Definitions
- the invention relates to a tubular spiral staircase with a steel existing pipe spindle, see for example FR-A-1 459 266 and US-A-1 774 582, on the radial cantilevers are attached.
- the invention also relates to an arrangement of several tubular spiral staircases of this type arranged one above the other.
- Such tubular spiral staircases made of steel are particularly on the outside Buildings as escape stairs or as subsequently installed Stairs attached. With such stairs is because of the weather conditions good corrosion protection is essential.
- the present invention has for its object a tubular spiral staircase to propose steel on which the treads are radial can be attached cantilevered and in the case of largely prefabrication at the factory nevertheless a perfect protection against corrosion, e.g. guaranteed by hot-dip galvanizing, without weak points is, and wherein the transport of the prefabricated parts and the installation is unproblematic.
- Pipe spiral staircase must be flexible.
- the pipe spindle provided with welded support elements has due to the shortness of the star-shaped supporting elements only a relatively small footprint, so that hot-dip galvanizing is also possible in small or medium-sized plants.
- the Transport of such a pipe spindle with support elements required no particularly large vehicles, and the installation on site is due to the lower weight also with simple Aids possible without construction cranes. Only then on site have to Installation and fastening of the pipe spindle to the building or the like. the individual steps, pedestals, etc. can be mounted, whereby by Appropriate preparation no drilling work required and therefore there is no risk of damage to the corrosion protection.
- An advantageous embodiment of the tubular spiral staircase according to the invention is characterized in that two steps per step Flat steel existing tabs are provided, which are about in Area of the outer surfaces of the steps from the tubular spindle extend outward, and that the rigidly formed Steps between these tabs, or these outwards covering, are fastened by screw connections and in radial Stand unsupported in the direction of the tabs. Between At least one stiffening bar is welded to one to ensure good transverse stability.
- brackets are fed two stiffening webs at a distance from each other, of which the inner one arranged in the area of the pipe spindle Stiffening web as the upper support surface and in the area of the outer limitation of the tabs welded, outer stiffening web serves as the lower support surface of the step.
- outer stiffening web serves as the lower support surface of the step.
- the two are advantageously arranged at a distance from one another Tabs and the two arranged between the tabs Stiffening webs already before welding onto the pipe spindle a prefabricated carrier cassette welded together.
- Such Carrier cassettes can then be prefabricated in series production then only need to be in accordance with the dimensions of the tubular spiral staircase the corresponding angular position and at the appropriate distance be welded from each other to the pipe spindle before the whole thing maintains its corrosion protection.
- Such tubular spiral stairs are usually also with a pedestal on the top End provided to a corresponding exit in the upper building level or the like to win, and also using the pipe spindle to anchor the building.
- a corrosion protected, in particular hot-dip galvanized pedestal frame provided on the one hand with a Clamp for fastening to the upper end of the pipe spindle for the purpose Support and on the other hand with brackets for attachment to one Building or the like is equipped.
- the tubular spiral staircase according to the invention is normally for one Floor height in buildings and thus extends in a piece over such a height. With multi-storey buildings, however such tubular spiral staircases are arranged one above the other, whereby according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the pipe spindles connected at their ends by clamps and be supported at the same time on the building side. The presence a podium frame provided clamp can simultaneously to Serve connection of the stacked pipe spindles.
- the representations according to Figures 1 and 2 are intended only for explanation serve the basic structure of a tubular spiral staircase, and a tubular spiral staircase with self-supporting on a tubular spindle 1 attached steps 3.
- the pipe spindle 1 is with a base plate 11 provided, or the like on an in the ground. provided concrete slab 13 or the like gets up and is fastened there.
- the top side the pipe spindle 1 is supported in a suitable manner on the building.
- a platform 2 is also provided, from which an exit to the upper building level.
- the platform 2 serves at the same time in the present example for fastening the pipe spindle 1 on Building using the indicated fastening screws 12.
- the treads exist 5 made of U-shaped pimpled, checkered or teardrop sheet.
- the Levels 5 are placed over the tabs 4 and include them.
- the Attachment is carried out by means of bolts which are inserted through bores 14 are.
- the step 10 is now between these two webs 7 and 8 inserted, and it can be seen that with a supernatant the Step 10 occurs beyond the length of the tabs 9 Forces between the webs 7 and 8 are absorbed without Transfer of the forces from the step 10 to the tabs 9 special arrangements would have to be made. It would be theoretical a bolt connection in the area of the bore 15 is sufficient, one will however, for security reasons, several screw connections on different Make positions.
- the embodiment according to Figures 5 and 6 leaves one rational prefabrication of the support element for the steps 10 to.
- the tabs 9 with the stiffening webs 7 and 8 welded and form a prefabricated support element.
- Support elements which can also be called support cassettes, in the corresponding angular position and height on the pipe spindle 1 welded on.
- This preparatory construction can of course also take place in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
- FIGs 3 and 4 are the welds between the individual Parts shown.
- the tabs 4 are through with the web 6 Welds 16 welded while the manufactured in this way Support element 4, 6 then through welds 17 and 18 is connected to the pipe spindle 1.
- Similar welds are in the embodiment of Figures 5 and 6, wherein the welded connection between the tabs 9 and the web 8 of the For clarity is not shown.
- FIG. 7 it is shown in a simplified representation how a platform frame 20 can be attached to the tubular spindle 1.
- the Platform frame 20 has depending on the size of the to be placed on and to attaching pedestal plate (not shown) an appropriate shape and has at one end a clamp 21 which around the Pipe spindle 1 placed and attached to this by screwing can be.
- On the other side of the platform frame 20 are corresponding Brackets 22 arranged with which the platform frame can be attached to the building. In this way it is possible the pipe spindle 1 in relation to the building at a certain distance to support and at the same time a support for a platform plate for Allow exit to the higher building level.
- Both the Platform frame 20 as well as the platform plate to be placed are with corrosion protection, especially by hot-dip galvanizing.
