Claims (1)
- Zentrifugalpumpe (1) zur Umwälzung von Wasser, zur Anwendung insbesondere in Schwimmbecken, welche Pumpe mit einem Elektromotor (4) ausgestattet ist, dessen Achse (6) ein Laufrad (7) mit mehreren Schaufeln in Bewegung setzt, das sich im Inneren einer Ausströmkammer (8) dreht, die insbesondere durch einen Diffusor bzw. Ausströmraum (9) abgeschlossen ist, wobei die Flüssigkeit koaxial zu dem Laufrad eintritt und von der Zentrifugalkraft ausgestoßen zu einer Förderkammer (15) austritt, die zwischen dem Elektromotor (4) und einem Vorfilter (12) angeordnet ist, welche Pumpe (1) ein Pumpengehäuse (2) aufweist, das in zwei in Längsrichtung anliegende Abschnitte unterteilt ist, in einen vorderen Abschnitt, welcher den Vorfilter (12) bildet, und in einen hinteren Abschnitt, in dem sich die Ausströmkammer (8) vorgegeben befindet. welche aus dem Diffusor (9) und der Förderkammer (15), welche das restliche Volumen einnimmt, zusammengesetzt ist, wobei der Vorfilter dergestalt vorgesehen ist, daß er ein externes Behältnis (16) und einen vertikalen Becherfilter bzw. Godet-Filter (20) enthält, der im Inneren des externen Behältnisses (16) angeordnet ist, und welcher Vorfilter mit einem externen Ansaugeinlaß, mit einem wasserdicht abgeschlossenen horizontalen, kreisförmigen Ansatzstück, welches das Einführen und Herausnehmen des Becherfilters ermöglicht, und mit einer Auslaßleitung versehen ist, die mit dem Axialeinlaß des Laufrades (7) verbunden ist, dergestalt, daß die angesaugte Flüssigkeit in das externe Behältnis (16) durch den externen Ansaugeinlaß eintritt und zwingend durch die Seitenwandungen des Becherfilters (20) hindurchtreten muß, bevor sie zu der Pumpe gelangt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansaugeinlaß und das horizontale, kreisförmige Ansatzstück des externen Behältnisses (16) in einer einzigen horizontalen, kreisförmigen Öffnung (17) vereinigt sind, die an dem oberen Öffnungsende eines oberen zylindrischen Abschnitts (18) des externen Behältnisses realisiert ist und mit Außengewinde versehen ist, welcher Becherfilter (20) vertikal angeordnet ist, an seinem Ansatzstück mit einer zur Außenseite hin vorstehenden Randkrempe (21) versehen ist, die vorgesehen ist, um sich auf den Rand der horizontalen, kreisförmigen Öffnung (17) des externen Behältnisses aufzulegen, welcher Rand mit einer Nut bzw. Einkerbung versehen ist, in die eine Dichtung (22) eingeführt ist, wobei ein Rohrteil (22), das an einem der Enden eines Flansches (24) angeordnet ist, der ungefähr den gleichen Durchmesser aufweist wie die Öffnung (17) des externen Behältnisses und dazu vorgesehen ist, um sich auf dessen Rand anzudrücken, wobei eine Mutter mit Innengewinde (25) vorgesehen ist, durch deren Öffnung hindurch sich das Rohrteil (23) erstreckt, welches ausgelegt ist, um auf das Außengewinde (19) des oberen zylindrischen Abschnittes (18) des externen Behältnisses aufgeschraubt werden zu können, dergestalt, daß die Schraubenmutter. wenn sie auf der Schraubverbindung angezogen wird, den Flansch (24) des Rohrteils gegen den oberen Rand der Öffnung (17) des externen Behältnisses (16) preßt und auf diese Weise die Randkrempe (21) des Becherfilters und die Dichtung (22) zwischen dem Flansch (24) des Rohrteiles und dem oberen Rand der Öffnung (17) des externen Behältnisses zusammendrückt.
