技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵，具体是一种耐腐蚀过滤式泵体。
背景技术
耐腐蚀泵顾名思义是具有耐腐蚀性能的泵、主要用于具有腐蚀性液体的输送。是通用设备泵里面使用较为广泛的一种泵。目前国内市场腐蚀性液体输送使用最为广泛的为不锈钢材料材料制造的耐腐蚀泵、因其材料制造的耐腐蚀泵具有耐腐蚀范围广泛优越、维修操作方便等优点。
现有技术中，泵体在输送一些腐蚀性物时，使用寿命短，在泵体内易产生结块，会造成叶轮磨损，且泵体发生故障时难以检修，且传动轴发生装配歪斜时，不易察觉。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种耐腐蚀，具有过滤效果，且当泵轴发生偏转时，能快速发现的耐腐蚀过滤式泵体。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种耐腐蚀过滤式泵体，包括泵体，其特征在于：所述泵体的左端面设有进水口，所述进水口的内壁上设有环形凸起，所述环形凸起的右端设有凹槽，所述凹槽内卡接有密封组件，所述泵体内壁上设有防腐蚀层，所述泵体的进水口内壁上设有过滤网，所述过滤网与防腐蚀层为一体化结构，所述过滤网的中心设有轴孔，所述轴孔内设有传动轴，所述传动轴的中间端设有环形凸起，所述环形凸起内套有圆环。
所述进水口的端面上设有组装孔，所述泵体的上端设有锥形出水口，所述出水口端面上设有法兰面。
本发明在泵体的左端面设有进水口，在进水口内壁上设有环形凸起，在环形凸起的右端设有凹槽，在凹槽内设有密封组件，提高了泵体的密封效果，在泵体内安装有耐腐蚀层，有效提高了泵的使用寿命，在进水口处设有过滤网层，能减少凝结块进入到泵体内，减少叶轮与轴的摩擦，提高使用寿命，且在过滤网的中心转动安装有轴，在轴的侧壁上设有环形凸起，在环形凸起内套有圆环，这样在轴高速转动时，如果轴的中心发生偏转，那么圆环会产生振动，与轴之间产生碰撞，发出声音，提醒操作人员注意轴可能发弯曲或者装配有问题，便于及时检修。

参见附图，一种耐腐蚀过滤式泵体，包括泵体1，所述泵体1的左端面设有进水口2，所述进水口2的内壁上设有环形凸起3，所述环形凸起3的右端设有凹槽4，所述凹槽4内卡接有密封组件5，所述泵体1内壁上设有防腐蚀层6，所述泵体1的进水口内壁上设有过滤网7，所述过滤网7与防腐蚀层6为一体化结构，所述过滤网7的中心设有轴孔8，所述轴孔8内设有传动轴9，所述传动轴9的中间端设有环形凸起10，所述环形凸起10内套有圆环11。
所述进水口2的端面上设有组装孔12，所述泵体1的上端设有锥形出水口13，所述出水口13端面上设有法兰面14。

1.一种耐腐蚀过滤式泵体，包括泵体，其特征在于：所述泵体的左端面设有进水口，所述进水口的内壁上设有环形凸起，所述环形凸起的右端设有凹槽，所述凹槽内卡接有密封组件，所述泵体内壁上设有防腐蚀层，所述泵体的进水口内壁上设有过滤网，所述过滤网与防腐蚀层为一体化结构，所述过滤网的中心设有轴孔，所述轴孔内设有传动轴，所述传动轴的中间端设有环形凸起，所述环形凸起内套有圆环。
