Definitions

  • the invention relates to a surface cleaner device immersed in a liquid, in particular a swimming pool.
  • the pumping motor is arranged vertically, generally in the center of the hollow body, and the hydraulic circuit passes from one side to the other of the pumping motor. It is considered that this provision promotes the efficiency of the pump by minimizing pressure losses and optimizing the flow and filtration.
  • the access hatch to the filtration device is located at the base of the hollow body, the liquid inlet then necessarily being equipped with non-return devices such as valves; either a particularly tortuous path of the hydraulic circuit if the access hatch is arranged above the apparatus (see for example US 6,409,916 ).
  • the invention therefore aims to provide a submerged surface cleaner device whose performance / cost ratio is greatly improved over that of previous devices. More particularly, the invention aims to provide such a device whose cost can be substantially lowered, for equivalent performance, or even greater than those of known devices.
  • the invention also aims at providing such an apparatus, the filtering device can be easily dismounted to allow cleaning of the latter while having high hydraulic performance (flow, suction, ...) and filtering.
  • an apparatus according to the invention can be provided with a much lower power driving device, and thus with reduced consumption and costs. This also results in a lower overall volume and a lower weight of the apparatus which, in addition to the economy achieved, is an important advantage for the user, particularly in terms of handling, transport and storage of the apparatus. .
  • the architecture of an apparatus according to the invention allows the arrangement of the filtering device above and / or towards the front of the apparatus, so that the disassembly of the filtering device of a device according to the invention can be performed from the front and / or from above the apparatus.
  • Such disassembly does not impose delicate manipulations of the apparatus.
  • Disassembly of the filter device can be achieved while the device is at rest, in its normal position, on a horizontal surface.
  • such an architecture facilitates access to the engine and allows disassembly of the engine from below the device if necessary.
  • each pumping propeller adapted to generate a flow of liquid in the hydraulic circuit is rotated by a pumping motor disposed under the hydraulic circuit and comprising a rotary motor shaft passing through a bottom wall defining the hydraulic circuit.

  • the pumping propeller has an inclined axis of rotation, making with the longitudinal direction, a non-zero angle other than 90 ° -in particular between 30 ° and 60 ° - and adapted to generate a flow rate of liquid oriented along this axis towards the liquid outlet away from the base of said hollow body.
  • each liquid outlet is offset, in said longitudinal direction, from each liquid inlet with which it is in communication by the hydraulic circuit, and the axis of rotation of each axial pumping propeller interposed in the hydraulic circuit is parallel to the inclined mean direction passing through each liquid inlet and each liquid outlet connected by this hydraulic circuit.
  • the inventors have determined that such an inclination is a good compromise allowing both a good suction debris without loss of prohibitive charges, a back thrust by the outlet jet having a vertical component sufficient to contribute to the movement of the device on the immersed surface, a substantial reduction in the vertical dimensions of the device and a significant decrease in the hydraulic drag of the device allowing the use of a low power electric drive motor.
