Definitions
- the invention relates to a surface cleaner device immersed in a liquid, in particular a swimming pool.
- the pumping motor is arranged vertically, generally in the center of the hollow body, and the hydraulic circuit passes from one side to the other of the pumping motor. It is considered that this provision promotes the efficiency of the pump by minimizing pressure losses and optimizing the flow and filtration.
- the access hatch to the filtration device is located at the base of the hollow body, the liquid inlet then necessarily being equipped with non-return devices such as valves; either a particularly tortuous path of the hydraulic circuit if the access hatch is arranged above the apparatus (see for example US 6,409,916 ).
- the invention therefore aims to provide a submerged surface cleaner device whose performance / cost ratio is greatly improved over that of previous devices. More particularly, the invention aims to provide such a device whose cost can be substantially lowered, for equivalent performance, or even greater than those of known devices.
- the invention also aims at providing such an apparatus, the filtering device can be easily dismounted to allow cleaning of the latter while having high hydraulic performance (flow, suction, ...) and filtering.
- an apparatus according to the invention can be provided with a much lower power driving device, and thus with reduced consumption and costs. This also results in a lower overall volume and a lower weight of the apparatus which, in addition to the economy achieved, is an important advantage for the user, particularly in terms of handling, transport and storage of the apparatus. .
- the architecture of an apparatus according to the invention allows the arrangement of the filtering device above and / or towards the front of the apparatus, so that the disassembly of the filtering device of a device according to the invention can be performed from the front and / or from above the apparatus.
- Such disassembly does not impose delicate manipulations of the apparatus.
- Disassembly of the filter device can be achieved while the device is at rest, in its normal position, on a horizontal surface.
- such an architecture facilitates access to the engine and allows disassembly of the engine from below the device if necessary.
- each pumping propeller adapted to generate a flow of liquid in the hydraulic circuit is rotated by a pumping motor disposed under the hydraulic circuit and comprising a rotary motor shaft passing through a bottom wall defining the hydraulic circuit.
- Each pumping propeller being oriented axially so as to generate a flow of liquid with a horizontal component towards the rear, this propeller has an inclination with the longitudinal direction between 0 ° and 90 ° (values excluded).
- the pumping motor has a rotating motor shaft coaxial with the axis of rotation of the pumping propeller.
- the rotary drive shaft of the pumping propeller can have all types of inclinations with respect to the axis of rotation of the pumping propeller.
- the pumping motor has a rotary shaft inclined motor forming, with the longitudinal direction, a non-zero angle other than 90 °.
- the coupling between the motor and the propeller can be a simple direct coupling.
- the device has a minimum vertical footprint, which reduces the hydraulic drag of the device.
- the pumping propeller has an inclined axis of rotation, making with the longitudinal direction, a non-zero angle other than 90 ° -in particular between 30 ° and 60 ° - and adapted to generate a flow rate of liquid oriented along this axis towards the liquid outlet away from the base of said hollow body.
- each liquid outlet is offset, in said longitudinal direction, from each liquid inlet with which it is in communication by the hydraulic circuit, and the axis of rotation of each axial pumping propeller interposed in the hydraulic circuit is parallel to the inclined mean direction passing through each liquid inlet and each liquid outlet connected by this hydraulic circuit.
- the inventors have determined that such an inclination is a good compromise allowing both a good suction debris without loss of prohibitive charges, a back thrust by the outlet jet having a vertical component sufficient to contribute to the movement of the device on the immersed surface, a substantial reduction in the vertical dimensions of the device and a significant decrease in the hydraulic drag of the device allowing the use of a low power electric drive motor.
- the filtering device of an apparatus according to the invention can be of any type.
- the filtering device comprises at least one rigid filtering cassette.
- This cassette can be of all types.
- this cassette is mounted in the filtration chamber in the manner of a drawer.
- this cassette includes lateral ribs adapted to cooperate with grooves formed in the hollow body and adapted to guide the cassette in the hollow body. The extraction of the filtering device then results from a displacement in translation of the filtering device along the grooves of the hollow body.
- Such a filtering device can be easily inserted into the hollow body by positioning the ribs of the device facing the grooves of the hollow body, then by sliding the filtering device in the hollow body.
- a filtering device is removably mounted in the filter chamber so as to allow the filtering device to be dismounted and removed from the hollow body for cleaning or replacement.
- the apparatus according to the invention comprises an access hatch adapted to allow easy disassembly of the filtering device and its extraction of the hollow body for cleaning or replacement.
- the access door is provided on the top of the device.
- the access door is provided at least partially towards the front of the device.
- the access hatch can be of all types. It can in particular be provided with a completely removable cover so as to leave a passage for the extraction of the filtering device.
- the access hatch comprises a hinged lid to the body of the apparatus.
- a user can easily rotate the lid hinged around its articulation to reveal an opening through which the filter device can be extracted for cleaning or replacement.
- the filtering device has an upper wall forming the cover of the access hatch so that a user can seize the filtering device directly and proceed to extract it from the apparatus.
- the cover of the trapdoor forms a wall of the filtering device so that a user can directly, without before opening a lid, grasp the filtering device and extract it from the appliance for cleaning or replacement.
- an apparatus has a single liquid inlet located at the base and at the front of the body of the apparatus and a single liquid outlet disposed at the rear of the hollow body opposite the propeller pumping so that the liquid flows out of the apparatus through this outlet in a direction corresponding to that of the liquid flow generated by the pumping propeller.
- the axis of rotation of at least one pumping helix is parallel to the inclined mean direction passing through the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet.
- at least one liquid outlet out of the hollow body is substantially coaxial, within 5 °, to the axis of rotation of the axial pumping propeller.
- said drive members of said body on the submerged surface comprise at least one electric drive motor, each electric motor being arranged under the hydraulic circuit.
