Claims (6)
- Getriebeverdichter mit einer oder mehreren von jeweils einem Verdichtergehäuse (15) umschlossenen Verdichterstufen (1 bis 4), wobei jede Verdichterstufe (1 bis 4) eine Rotorwelle (8) enthält und jede Rotorwelle (8) ein Ritzel (7) und an mindestens einem Ende ein Laufrad (9) trägt, das in jeweils einem der Verdichtergehäuse (15) umläuft, wobei jede Rotorwelle (8) von einem integrierten, ölgeschmierten Getriebe angetrieben und durch ein ölgeschmiertes Lager (10) in einem das Getriebe umschließenden Getriebegehäuse (5) gelagert ist, wobei jede Rotorwelle (8) zusätzlich durch ein Lager (18) in einer Haltekonstruktion gelagert ist, an der die Verdichtergehäuse (15) befestigt sind und die in einem Abstand von dem Getriebegehäuse (5) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Verdichten von Sauerstoff die Rotorwelle (8) innerhalb des Verdichtergehäuse (15) und bei dem Durchtritt durch das Getriebegehäuse (5) gegenüber der Außenatmosphäre abgedichtet ist und daß zwischen der Haltekonstruktion und dem Getriebegehäuse (5) ein von Umgebungsluft durchströmbarer Zwischenraum gebildet ist.
- Getriebeverdichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Lager (18) durch ein mit Sauerstoff verträgliches Schmiermittel geschmiert ist.
- Getriebeverdichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Lager (18) ein Magnetlager ist.
- Getriebeverdichter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Verdichterstufe (1 bis 4) im Nabenteil ein konisches Fanglager (19) besitzt, das axial soweit verschiebbar ist, daß das Laufrad (9) bei einem Ausfall des Magnetlagers spielfrei geführt ist.
- Getriebeverdichter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Rotorwelle (8) durch zwei ölgeschmierte Lager (10, 26) in dem Getriebegehäuse (5) gelagert ist und daß das zusätzliche Lager (18) als Führungs- und Dämpfungslager ausgebildet ist.
- Getriebeverdichter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Rotorwelle (8) zwei Laufräder (9) trägt und daß hinter jedem Laufrad (9) ein Magnetlager angeordnet ist.
