Claims (7)

  1. Enroulement de fenêtre de véhicule type câble avec chaíne cinématique simplifiée et entraínement manuel ou électrique, comprenant:
    Un élément de guidage (1) construit avec un profil avec un section cruciforme adaptée à son utilisation au regard de ses dimensions et du moment d'inertie. La fin de l'élément de guidage reposant sur deux éléments de support à glissières (3,4), faits en matériau plastique, qui sont insérés dans l'élément de guidage (1) par déplacement.
    Un élément d'entraínement coulissant (2) pour vitre de fenêtre (21), et
    Un tambour de tension (5) caractérisé par:
    L'élément de guidage (1) est formé par une bande métallique de matériau inoxydable ou prétraité soit fondu sous pression soit laminé. Ses extrémités son perforées symétriquement pour permettre à chaque bout de recevoir une vis filetée (7,8) permettant de fixer l'élément de guidage décrit (1) à la porte d'un véhicule et de recevoir l'élément à glissières (3,4), et avec des trous intermédiaires permettant de recevoir un réducteur de vitesse motorisé (9) ainsi que le tambour de tension décrit (5).

Cette vis reste donc solidement fixée sur place, pour interdire à cette vis de se déplacer autour d'un axe ou de tourner quand un boulon correspondant utilisé pour sécuriser l'élément de guidage (1) à la porte d'un véhicule est attaché à la vis filetée (7,8) et serré.

    L'élément d'entraínement coulissant (2) bouge le long de l'élément de guidage (1) grâce à la pression alternée exercée sur les deux câbles multiples en acier (6), ces câbles étant insérés avec leurs premières extrémités dans l'élément d'entraínement coulissant (2) par la connexion sur deux pattes pressées et insérées de la même façon et embobinées sur le tambour de tension (5) par leurs autres extrémités, formant ainsi une chaíne cinématique fermée une fois que lesdits câbles (6) se déplacent dans les glissières (23) ou les roues d'entraínement à chaíne ou roues d'entraínement à poulies dans les éléments de guidage à glissières (3,4) et ont été tendus, sans l'assistance d'aucun autre élément de guidage, d'enroulement ou de mise en tension.
    Le tambour de tension (5) est en relation avec les deux câbles (6) provenant de l'élément d'entraínement coulissant (2) après être passés au travers des éléments de support à glissière (3,4), en fermant la chaíne cinématique par insertion, enroulement et tension sur ledit tambour de tension, qui est fait de deux parties coaxiales (25,26) fixées par une rondelle l'une sur l'autre et dont la position relative finale est fixée par la fermeture d'une crémaillère dentée interne circulaire dans une (26) des parties coaxiales et des languettes d'engagement interne (30) dans l'autre partie (25), le tambour de tension (5) étant soumis à la rotation et aux opérations de tension par le système d'enroulement choisi, qu'il soit électrique ou manuel.
    Le câble type enrouleur de fenêtre de véhicule étant tel que la mise en tension des câbles (6) s'effectue d'abord en unissant et en enroulant un desdits câbles (6) sur une partie du tambour de tension qui a un filetage hélicoïdal avec une inclinaison convenable jusqu'à une certaine position, cette partie (26) étant ensuite immobilisée par fermeture au moyen d'un outil d'assemblage (32) d'une crémaillère dentée extérieure (29) découpée sur le périmètre extérieur (25) du tambour de tension, et en tournant cette seconde partie (25) dans la direction inverse de la direction d'enroulement d'une des parties (26) de moins d'une rotation complète, lesdits câbles étant soumis à une tension fixée à l'avance, l'enrouleur étant prêt à être utilisé après relâchement de la crémaillère dentée extérieure (29) d'une partie (26) par le biais d'un outil d'assemblage (32).
  2. Enroulement de fenêtre de véhicule type câble avec chaíne cinématique simplifiée et entraínement manuel ou électrique, conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de guidage (1) agit comme un support pour le réducteur de vitesse motorisé (9) avec le tambour de tension (5) attaché.
  3. Enroulement de fenêtre de véhicule type câble avec chaíne cinématique simplifiée et entraínement manuel ou électrique, conformément à la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de guidage (1) agit comme un support pour le tambour de tension (5) qui est mis en marche par un réducteur à vis sans fin (11) avec une transmission souple (14) d'un moteur commandé à distance.
  4. Enroulement de fenêtre de véhicule type câble avec chaíne cinématique simplifiée et entraínement manuel ou électrique, conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de guidage (1) agit comme un support pour le tambour de tension (5) qui est actionné par une courroie à engrenage dentée (15,16) à partir d'un système de guidage manuel.
  5. Enroulement de fenêtre de véhicule type câble chaíne cinématique simplifiée et entraínement manuel ou électrique, conformément aux revendications 1, 3 et 4 caractérisé par le fait qu'un engrenage en anneau permettant le guidage par courroie à engrenage denté est intégré dans une des parties dudit tambour de tension avec les deux parties obtenues par moulage par injection d'un matériau thermoplastique.
  6. Enroulement de fenêtre de véhicule type câble avec chaíne cinématique simplifiée et entraínement manuel ou électrique, conformément aux revendications 1, 3, 4 et 5 caractérisé par le fait que le compensateur à ressort (43) peut être incorporé, coaxial au tambour, pour contrebalancer le poids de la vitre, a fin de réduire l'effort du moteur ou le couple d'entraínement manuel.
  7. Enroulement de fenêtre de véhicule type câble avec chaíne cinématique simplifiée et entraínement manuel ou électrique, comprenant deux enrouleurs de fenêtre de véhicule type câbles conformément à chacune des revendications relié en parallèle par le biais d'une courroie à engrenage denté (17) coopérant avec deux engrenages à anneau (18,19) respectivement établis sur les tambours de tension (5) des deux enrouleurs, lesdits engrenages à anneau (18,19) ayant le même nombre de dents.
