Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hülsenförmigen Druckform, insbesondere für den Offset-Druck aus einem metallischen Werkstoff für einen Formzylinder einer Druckmaschine, ausgehend von einem plattenförmigen Zuschnitt, der in eine Schweißvorrichtung registergerecht eingespannt wird und dort die sich gegenüberstehenden den Anfang und Ende der Druckform bildenden Plattenkanten mittels eines Laserstrahls verschweißt werden, so daß eine Druckform-Hülse mit zusammenhängender Umfangsfläche entsteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der eine dem Formzylinder entsprechende Breite aufweisende plattenförmige Zuschnitt (1) in der Länge grob mit größerem als das für eine Druckform vorgegebene Maß durch Stanzung aus einem metallischen Werkstück abgelängt wird, daß der Zuschnitt (1) als gestanztes, nicht aber maßhaltig abgelängtes Werkstück im registergerechten, gerundeten Zustand in die Schweißvorrichtung überlappungsfrei eingelegt wird, in der Schweißvorrichtung mittels des Laserstrahls als Schneidgerät (6a, 6b) maßhaltig abgelängt wird, so daß mindestens ein Abfallstück (7a, 7b) entsteht, daß das Abfallstück (7a, 7b) entfernt wird, die beiden, den Anfang und Ende der Druckform bildende Plattenkanten (8a, 8b) überlappungsfrei einander gegenübergestellt und miteinander verscheißt werden. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hülsenförmigen Druckform nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuschnitt (1) im registergerechten, gerundeten Zustand an beiden sich gegenüberstehenden Plattenkanten (5 a, 5 b) mittels des Laserstrahls (6 a, 6 b) maßhaltig abgelängt wird, so daß zwei Abfallstücke (7 a, 7 b) entstehen, die beide entfernt werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hülsenförmigen Druckform nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der plattenförmige Zuschnitt (1) mitsamt einer Registereinrichtung in Form eines Paßloch-Systems im Bereich der Anfang und Ende des Zuschnitts (1) bildenden Plattenkanten (5a, 5b) außerhalb des Druckbereichs durch Stanzung hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hülsenförmigen Druckform nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet das die Registereinrichtung in den Bereich des Zuschnitts (1) eingebracht wird, der nach dem Laser-Schneiden als Abfallstück (7 a, 7 b) entfernt wird.
