An dem Deckel 6 ist ein Winkelausleger 44 angeordnet. Deckel 6 und Winkelausleger 44 sind senkrecht zueinander angeordnet, so daß der Winkelausleger in Schließstellung des Deckels 6 horizontal und parallel zur Bodenfläche eines Spendefaches 2 zu liegen kommt. Der Winkelausleger 44 erstreckt sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Tiefe eines Spendefachs 2 und kann an seinem freien Endbereich einen Mitnehmerabsatz 45 aufweisen. Der Mitnehmerabsatz 45 hintergreift eine Folienrolle 3 beim Öffnen des Deckels 6. Der Winkelausleger 44 liegt bei geöffnetem Deckel 6 am Gehäuse 7 an und begrenzt den Öffnungswinkel des Deckels 6. Wahlweise ist der Winkelausleger 44 plattenförmig über die gesamte Fachbreite ausgebildet.
Claims (93)
- Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Folienrollen (3) und zum Abtrennen von Teilstücken der Folie, mit einem mindestens ein Spendefach (2) und eine Spendeöffnung (5) aufweisenden Gehäuse (7), und mindestens einer mit einem an der Frontseite der Vorrichtung angeordneten Trennprofil (8) zusammenwirkenden Trenneinrichtung (12), die über dem Trennprofil (8) und quer zu einer abgezogenen Folienbahn (4) relativ bewegbar ist, wobei ein Deckel (6) mit mindestens einem Deckelteil (6) vorgesehen ist, und das Trennprofil (8) und die Trenneinrichtung lediglich an einem der Deckelteile (6) angeordnet sind und dort die Folie getrennt wird, wobei die Trenneinrichtung (12) an diesem Deckelteil (6) verschiebbar gelagert ist und die Spendeöffnung (5) zum Durchführen der Folie von dem Deckelteil (6) und dem Gehäuse (7) oder diesem Deckelteil (6) und einem anderen Deckelteil (48) des Gehäuses begrenzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Deckel (6), insbesondere im Bereich des Trennprofils (8), widerstandserhöhende Verstärkungselemente (9) angeordnet sind, die die Steifigkeit des Deckels (6) erhöhen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verstärkungselemente (9) an der Innenseite des Deckels angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich längs des Trennprofils (8) Verstärkungsleisten (9) erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Trennprofil (8) frontseitig aus der Ebene des Deckels (6) erhöht vorsteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verstärkungsleiste (9) als Anlageelemente für die Folienrolle (3) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (6) über eine lösbare Rastverbindung (31) an dem Gehäuse (7) befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Deckel (6) und Gehäuse (7) die Spendeöffnung (5) begrenzen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verstärkungselemente (9) als Abziehkante (28) für die Folienbahn (4) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verstärkungselemente (9) zusammen mit dem Trennprofil (8) im wesentlichen einen U-förmigen Querschnitt bilden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Deckel (6) wenigstens eine Führungsschiene (13) ausgebildet ist, an der ein mit der Trenneinrichtung (12) verbundenes Führungsteil (10) angreift und verschieblich gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeweils mindestens eine Führungsschiene (13) auf jeder Seite längs des Schneidschlitzes (17) des Trennprofiles (8) angeordnet ist und das Führungsteil (10) die Führungsschienen (13) miteinander verbindet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Führungsteil (10) die Führungsschienen (13) klammernd umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsschiene (13) T-förmig an dem Deckel (6) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsschiene (13) in am Führungsteil (10) ausgebildete Nuten (14) eingreift. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trenneinrichtung (12) ein mit dem Führungsteil (10) verbundenes Trennmesser (11) aufweist, das sich durch den Schneidschlitz (17) hindurch erstreckt und auf der dem Führungsteil (10) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Trennprofils (8) mit der Trenneinrichtung (12) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trenneinrichtung (12) wenigstens zwei Rollen (15) aufweist, zwischen denen das Trennmesser (11) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rollen (15) auf dem Trennprofil (8) abrollen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rollen (15) in das Trennprofil (8) eingreifende Trennkanten (19) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (6) drehbar am Gehäuse (7) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Drehachse (29) des Deckels (6) von einer begrenzenden Deckelkante (26) beabstandet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

daß der Deckel (6) in Schließstellung stehend gelagert ist, wobei der Deckel (6) in Schließstellung auf der Drehachse steht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

daß der Deckel (6) in Schließstellung mit seiner oberen Kante (26) die Spendeöffnung (5) begrenzt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (6) im Bereich der oberen Kante (26) Versteifungselemente (27) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Versteifungselemente (27) deckelinnenseitig angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 25 oder 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Versteifungselemente (27) als Folienabziehkante (28) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Öffnungswinkel des Deckels (6) durch einen Anschlag (30) begrenzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 28,

daß das Trennprofil (8) als öffnungswinkelbegrenzender Anschlag (30) ausgebildet ist, der bei vollständig geöffnetem Deckel (6) an einem feststehenden Teil anliegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 29,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsschiene (13) als Führungskanal (22) ausgebildet ist, in dem das Führungsteil (10) verschieblich gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30,

daß der Führungskanal (22) aus mindestens zwei fest miteinander verbundenen Deckelteilen (23) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 31,

daß die Deckelteile (23) den schneidschlitz (17) begrenzen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Führungskanal (22) schneidschlitzseitig elastische Elemente (24) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 33,

daß die elastischen Elemente (24) als federnde Toleranzausgleichsstege (24) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 33 oder 34,

daß an jedem Deckelteil (23) ein federnder Toleranzausgleichssteg (24) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 35,

daß die dem Schneidschlitz (17) zugewandte Seite des Führungsteils (10) dachförmig ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

daß der Deckel (6) in Schließstellung an einem Gehäuseanschlag (30) anliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 37,

daß zwischen Gehäuseanschlag (30) und oberer Kante (26) des Deckels (6) die Folienbahn (4) durchgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

daß der Deckel (6) in Schließstellung über eine Arretiervorrichtung (31, 32) an dem Gehäuse (7) lösbar befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 39,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretiervorrichtung (31, 32) Rastzungen (31) aufweist, die am jeweiligen Gegenstück ausgebildete Absätze oder Ausnehmungen (32) hintergreifen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 39 oder 40,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretiervorrichtung (31, 32) über eine frontseitige Handhabe (33) bedienbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 39 bis 41,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rastzungen (31) frontseitig über den Deckel (6) hervorstehen und einen Absatz (32) aufweisen, der den Deckel (6) in Schließstellung übergreift. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 39 bis 42,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretiervorrichtung (31, 32) eine Handhabe (33) aufweist, die durch eine von der Gehäusemitte zur Gehäuseseite gerichtete Bewegung bedienbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Gehäuse (7) oder/und Deckel (6) wenigstens eine Öffnungsfeder (34) angeordnet ist, die in Schließstellung des Deckels (6) am jeweiligen Gegenstück elastisch verformt anliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 44,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Öffnungsfeder (34) als an Deckel (6) oder/und Gehäuse (7) angeformter Biegesteg (34) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 45,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Biegesteg (34) an einem am jeweiligen Gegenstück ausgebildeten Absatz anliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 45 oder 46,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Biegesteg (34) L-förmig ausgebildet ist und durch stirnseitige Anlage eines L-Schenkels in Schließstellung des Deckels (6) elastisch verformt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 44 bis 47,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Öffnungsfeder (34) im Bereich einer seitlichen Ruheposition (35) der Trenneinrichtung (12) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

daß der Deckel (6) wenigstens teilweise zylinderschalenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 49,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Radius der Zylinderschale (36) dem Radius der Folienrolle (3) im wesentlichen angepaßt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 49 oder 50
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Trennprofil (8) an der frontseitigen Scheitelkante (39) der Zylinderschale (36) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Deckel (6) gehäuseinnenseitig Rippen (37) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit mindestens zwei Spendefächern, die jeweils einen zylinderschalenförmigen Deckel aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich von jedem Deckel (6) eines Spendefaches (2) in Richtung eines benachbarten Spendefaches (2) jeweils eine Frontplatte (38) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 53,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Frontplatte (38) tangential an die Zylinderschalenform des Deckels (6) angrenzt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 53 oder 54,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Frontplatten (38) zweier benachbarter Spendefächer bei geschlossenen Deckeln (6) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 53 bis 55,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Frontplatten (38) zweier benachbarter Spendefächer (2) bei geschlossenen Deckeln (6) in einer Ebene angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 53 bis 56,

daß die Frontplatten (38) zweier benachbarter Spendefächer (2) eine Spendeöffnung (5) begrenzen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

daß der Deckel (6) über eine Langlochführung (40) verdrehbar und verschieblich an dem Gehäuse (7) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 58,

daß das Langloch (42) im wesentlichen vertikal angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Deckel (6) eine Nase (43) angeformt ist, die einen am Gehäuse (7) angeformten Absatz bei geschlossenem Deckel (6) übergreift. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Deckel (6) ein Winkelausleger (44) befestigt ist, auf den die Folienrolle (3) auflegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 61,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich der Winkelausleger (44) bei geschlossenem Deckel (6) parallel zum Boden des Spendefachs (2) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 61 oder 62,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich der Winkelausleger (44) über die gesamte Tiefe des Spendefachs (2) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 61 bis 63,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am freien Endbereich des Winkelauslegers (44) ein Mitnehmerabsatz (45) angeordnet ist, der die Folienrolle beim Öffnen des Deckels hintergreift. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 61 bis 64,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Winkelausleger (44) bei geöffnetem Deckel (6) an einem Gehäuseteil (7) anliegend den Öffnungswinkel des Deckels (6) begrenzt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 61 bis 65,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich der Winkelausleger (44) plattenförmig im wesentlichen über die gesamte Fachbreite erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (6) auf der der Folienrolle (3) zugewandten Seite Seitenwangen (47) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 67,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Höhe und/oder Breite der Seitenwangen (47) etwa dem Durchmesser einer Folienrolle (3) entsprechen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (6) zweiteilig mit einem hängend und einem stehend drehbar gelagerten Deckelteil (48) ausgebildet ist, wobei das stehend gelagerte Deckelteil (48) in Schließstellung auf seiner Drehachse steht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 69,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Deckelteile (48) zwischen sich die Spendeöffnung (5) begrenzen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 69 oder 70,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Deckelteile (48) an ihren in Schließstellung einander zugewandten Seiten gegengleich angefast sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 69 bis 71,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Deckelteile (48) durch mechanische Getriebemittel (49, 50, 51, 52) miteinander gekoppelt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 72,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die mechanischen Getriebemittel als miteinander in Eingriff stehende Zahnradsegmente (49) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 72,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die beiden Deckelteile (48) über eine Kulissenführung (50, 51) miteinander bewegungsverbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 74,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eines der beiden Deckelteile (48) einen Führungsfinger (51) aufweist, der in einem Kulissenkanal (50) der anderen Klappe (48) geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 74 oder 75,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kulissenkanal (50) als einseitig offene Lasche ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 69 bis 76,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Deckelteile (48) durch elastische Mittel (53) und/oder Gewichtskräfte in Schließstellung gehalten werden. -
Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 69 bis 77, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an einem der beiden Deckelteile (48) eine Steuerkurve (52) ausgebildet ist, die die Öffnungsbewegung des anderen Deckelteils (48) steuert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 69 bis 78,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die beiden Deckelteile (48) wenigstens bereichsweise überlappen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 79,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Trennprofil (8) im Bereich einer seitlichen Ruheposition (35) an dem mit der Trenneinrichtung (12) verbundenen Deckel (6) angeordnet ist und mit der Trenneinrichtung (12) zusammen beim Öffnen des Deckels (6) ausschwenkt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Spendefach (2) als von dem Gehäuse (7) abnehmbarer Einsatzbehälter (54) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 81,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Trennprofil (8) und die Trenneinrichtung (12) an dem Einsatzbehälter (54) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 81 oder 82,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Einsatzbehälter (54) wenigstens eine Folienwechselöffnung (55) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 81 bis 83,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Folienwechselöffnung (55) bei in das Gehäuse (7) eingesetztem Einsatzbehälter (54) von einer Gehäusewand (7) Zumindest teilweise verschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 81 bis 84,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Zwischen Einsatzbehälter (54) und Gehäuse (7) eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (56) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 85,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Einsatzbehälter (54) beziehungsweise Gehäuse (7) elastische Verriegelungszungen (57) ausgebildet sind, die in am jeweiligen Gegenstück ausgebildete Ausnehmungen oder Absätze (58) eingreifen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Gehäuse (7) außenseitig mindestens eine Aufhängevorrichtung (59) für eine Folienrolle (3) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufhängevorrichtung (59) zwei Winkelhebel (59) aufweist, deren abgewinkelte Enden auf einer Linie angeordnet einander zugewandt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 88,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zwei Winkelhebel (59) an einer Schiene (60) am Gehäuse (7) längsverschieblich angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüch 88 oder 89,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zwei Winkelhebel (59) durch elastische Elemente (62) aufeinander zubewegt werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 90,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen den Winkelhebeln (59) wenigstens eine Zugfeder (62) angeordnet ist, die die Winkelhebel (59) aufeinander zubewegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 88 bis 91,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Winkelhebel (59) drehbar am Gehäuse (7) gelagert sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 88 bis 92,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Winkelhebel (59) in Gehäuseausnehmungen (61) versenkbar sind.
