Claims (21)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen von Folienrollen (2) mit einem Gehäuse (3), das je Folienrolle (2) ein mit einem Deckel (5) und einer Spendeöffnung (6) bestücktes Fach (4) aufweist, wobei es zum Abtrennen von Folienabschnitten eine einem Trennprofil (8) zugeordnete, quer zur Folienlängsrichtung bewegbare Trenneinrichtung (7) gibt, und Deckel (5) und Trenneinrichtung (7) auf derselben Frontseite des Gehäuses vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trenneinrichtung (7) an einem oberhalb des Deckels (5) und der Spendeöffnung (6) parallel zum Trennprofil (8) ausgerichtet vorgesehenen Gleitlager (11) des Gehäuses (3) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das obere Ende der Trenneinrichtung (7) mit Hilfe eines formschlüssigen Schiebestücks (12) im Gleitlager (11) verschieblich gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schiebestück (12) an seinem freien Ende eine pfeilartig zulaufende Spitze (18) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Spitze (18) des Schiebestücks (12) eine geneigte Anlauffläche (19) zum Einführen desselben in das Gleitlager (11) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Rückseite der geneigten Anlauffläche (19) eine Halteschulter (20) zum Verankern des Schiebestücks (12) am Gehäuse (3) vorhanden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gleitlager (11) auf der einen Seite von einer Längsführung (13) des Gehäuses (3), und auf der anderen Seite von einem sich parallel zur Spendeöffnung (6) verlaufenden Lagerprofil (14) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Lagerprofil (14) im Querschnitt T-förmig ist, wobei die Oberseite des T-Balkens (15) als Gleitfläche für das Schiebestück (18) dient. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der T-Steg (16) in etwa parallel zum Deckel (5) verlaufend nach unten gerichtet ist und einen Schließanschlag für denselben bildet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der T-Steg (16) in etwa um das Maß der Dicke (a) des Deckels (5) nach innen in das Gehäuseinnere versetzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trenneinrichtung (7) sich mit einem Absatz (21) auf dem äußeren Ende des T-förmigen Balkens (15) verschieblich abstützt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Spendeöffnung (6) sich zwischen dem vertikalen Steg (16) des T- Profils und dem oberen Ende (17) des Deckels (5) befindet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trenneinrichtung (7) querverschieblich hängend oberhalb des Deckels (5) in dem Gleitlager (11) gelagert ist und das zugeordnete Trennprofil (8) sich in etwa in der Höhenmitte der Deckelaußenseite befindet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (5) unten in einer horizontalen Achse (31) herausschwenkbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (5) mit seitlichen Vorsprüngen (33) zumindest in Schließstellung zum Zwecke der Arretierung seitliche Haltenocken (34) am Gehäuse lösbar übergreift. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (5) an seiner Bedienungsseite eine Handhabe (35) zum Lösen des Rastsittes des Deckels (5) aus den seitlichen Haltenocken (34) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gleitlager (11) wenigstens an einer Seite des Deckels (5) über diesen herausragt, um eine seitliche, gehäusefeste Parkposition (36) für die Trenneinrichtung (7) zu bilden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Trennprofil (7) sich auch über diese seitliche Parkposition (36) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trenneinrichtung (7) ein mit dem Trennprofil (8) zusammenwirkendes Trennzeug (22) mit einer Spurrolle (23) und einem Trennmesser (24) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das quer zur Folienlängsrichtung verlaufende Trennprofil (8) hintereinander in Folienlängsrichtung angeordnet eine Spannleiste (27), eine mit dem Trennmesser (24) zusammenwirkende Trennnut (26) und ein mit der Spurrolle (23) zusammenwirkendes Spurprofil (25) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Trennzeug (22) eine Laufrolle (28) mit einem kegelstumpfförmigen Absatz (29), der in eine Trennnut (26) eingreift, aufweist, so daß die Trennnut (26) zugleich ein Spurprofil (2) für den kegelstumpfförmigen Absatz (29) der Laufrolle (28) bildet und die Laufrolle (28) auf einer Lauffläche (30) des Deckels (5) abrollt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in einem Fach (4) im seitlichen Bereich der zugehörigen Spendeöffnung (6) Zentrierwangen (39) zum fluchtenden Positionieren der Folienrolle (2) mit der Spendeöffnung (6) angeordnet sind.
