Claims (9)
- Leiteranschlussvorrichtung für Schwachstrom-Anlagen, mit Mitteln zur lötfreien Andrahtung, welche an einem Gehäuseteil mindestens einen Längskanal zur Aufnahme eines Leiters eines Datenkabels o.dgl. umfassen, wobei jeder Längskanal in seiner axialen Richtung mit einem sich tangential zum eingelegten Leiter erstreckenden, in den Längskanal hineinragenden Schneid-Klemm-Anschluss zusammenwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Schneid-Klemm-Anschluss auf der einen Seite eines eingelegten Leiters tangential zu diesem eine Kontaktschneide (6) eines Kontaktpins (16) sowie mindestens einen, sich auf der anderen Seite des eingelegten Leiters tangential zu diesem erstreckenden Klemmstift (7) oder Klemmnocken (7') umfasst, wobei die Kontaktschneide (6) des Kontaktpins (16) sowie der Klemmstift (7) oder -nocken (7') derart in den Längskanal (2;2') hineinragen, dass bei eingelegtem Leiter (30) auf dessen abisolierten Bereich ein vorgegebener Kontaktdruck herstellbar ist. - Leiteranschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kontaktseitige zentrische Abstand (66) der Kontaktschneide (6) geringer ist als der Halbmesser des abisolierten Leiters und der abstützseitige zentrische Abstand (77) des Klemmstiftes (7) oder -nockens (7') kleiner oder gleich dem Halbmesser des abisolierten Leiters ist.
- Leiteranschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Längskanal (2) als Bohrung in einem blockförmigen Drahtgehäuse (1) erstreckt, der in seiner axialen Richtung beidseitig von Querbohrungen (3,4) zur Aufnahme von mindestens einer Kontaktschneide (6) eines Kontaktpins (16) resp. zur Aufnahme von mindestens einem Klemmstift (7) an einer Klemmplatte (17) tangential durchdrungen ist.
- Leiteranschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich parallele rinnenförmige Längskanäle (2') mit angeformten Klemmnocken (7') und angeordneten Kontaktpins (16) an einem Gehäuseteil (1') erstrecken, welches einen zum Eindrücken der Leiter (30)bestimmten Schwenkdeckel (60) oder dgl. trägt.
- Leiteranschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jeweils ein Klemmstift (7) oder -nocken (7') und eine Kontaktschneide (6) beideitig des Längskanals (2;2') gegenüberstehen.
- Leiteranschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch geennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktschneide (6) auf Lücke zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden Klemmstiften (7) oder - nocken (7') steht, um den Leiter in einen Wellenverlauf seiner Erstreckung zu zwingen.
- Leiteranschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmstifte (7) oder -nocken (7') und die zugeordneten Kontaktpins (16) resp. Kontaktschneiden (6) in Längserstreckung der Leiter (30) auf Lücke oder hintereinander angeordnet sind, um jeden der dicht aneinanderliegenden Leiter zu kontaktieren.
- Leiteranschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktpins (6,16) und die Klemmstifte (7) von entgegengesetzten Seiten oder von der gleichen Seite her in das Drahtgehäuse (1) einpressbar sind.
- Leiteranschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkdeckel (60) mit seitlichen Flanschen (61) versehen ist, welche die äusseren Seitenwandungen des Gehäuseteils (1') praktisch spiellos überlappen.
