一种软高压连接母线，它由两个快速锁紧螺母、两个连接螺母、两个锥形插座及软导线组成，快速锁紧螺母里面设有一个锥形插头，锥形插头的里端连接一个软导线连接头；连接螺母一端连接一个锥形插座，锥形插座外面带有外丝，锥形插座经其外面的丝扣旋接在快速锁紧螺母上；软导线两端分别压接在两个快速锁紧螺母上的软导线连接头上。本发明结构简单，容易制造，安装使用安全方便；彻底解决了原软连接母线因没有弹性，连接间隙无法调整的问题，确保了运行的稳定性；安装、拆除和更换十分方便；可以保证连接筒内导线的长度余量控制在5mm以内；防止开关体受环境地质变化时母线受力，损坏绝缘子；有效预防两端接线柱中心偏移带来的安装困难。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压连接母线，特别是一种软高压连接母线。
背景技术
由于现有技术中设备之间的高压连接母线设计不尽合理，导致高压开关柜母线连接屡次出现故障。造成故障的主要原因有：1、由于现有软连接母线的结构所致，连接时，连接部位的两端需要弯曲90度，才能与设备的螺栓连接，另外，由于空间受限紧固螺母时也十分困难；2、采用该连接方式，连接筒内导线的长度余量无法控制，因此，弯曲时弯曲的母线会在连接筒内占据一定空间，且很容易触及外壳，会对地（外壳）产生放电，极易造成安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种新型软高压连接母线，改变现有软连接母线的连接形式，克服现有技术存在的一系列问题。
实现本发明目的所采取的技术方案是：它由两个快速锁紧螺母、两个连接螺母、两个锥形插座及软导线组成，快速锁紧螺母里面设有一个锥形插头，锥形插头的里端连接一个软导线连接头，软导线连接头从快速锁紧螺母一端穿出；连接螺母一端连接一个锥形插座，锥形插座外面带有外丝，锥形插座内的锥形孔的长度和锥度均与快速锁紧螺母上的锥形插头相对应，锥形插座经其外面的丝扣旋接在快速锁紧螺母上；软导线两端分别压接在两个快速锁紧螺母上的软导线连接头上。
本发明的积极效果是：结构简单，容易制造，安装使用安全方便；可最大限度的保证连接筒线与线之间、线与地之间的间隙；彻底解决了原软连接母线因没有弹性，连接间隙无法调整的问题；保证了母线连接部位的接触面积，避免接头过热，确保了运行的稳定性；安装、拆除和更换十分方便；可以保证连接筒内导线的长度余量控制在5mm以内；防止开关体受环境地质变化时母线受力，损坏绝缘子；有效预防两端接线柱中心偏移带来的安装困难。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，它由两个快速锁紧螺母3、两个连接螺母1、两个锥形插座2及软导线6组成，快速锁紧螺母3里面设有一个锥形插头4，锥形插头4的里端连接一个软导线连接头5，软导线连接头5从快速锁紧螺母3一端穿出，锥形插头4和软导线6均采用紫铜材质；连接螺母1一端连接一个锥形插座2，锥形插座2外面带有外丝，锥形插座2内的锥形孔的长度和锥度均与快速锁紧螺母3上的锥形插头4相对应，锥形插座2经其外面的丝扣旋接在快速锁紧螺母3上；软导线6两端分别压接在两个快速锁紧螺母3上的软导线连接头5上，压接之前先将两个快速锁紧螺母3背靠背预置在软导线连接头5上。
安装时，首先将两个连接螺母1分别旋接在两侧设备开关柜的螺栓上，再将两个快速锁紧螺母3分别旋在两侧的两个锥形插座2上，将锥形插头4紧紧压在锥形插座2上的锥形孔中。

1.一种软高压连接母线，其特征在于：它由两个快速锁紧螺母、两个连接螺母、两个锥形插座及软导线组成，快速锁紧螺母里面设有一个锥形插头，锥形插头的里端连接一个软导线连接头，软导线连接头从快速锁紧螺母一端穿出；连接螺母一端连接一个锥形插座，锥形插座外面带有外丝，锥形插座内的锥形孔的长度和锥度均与快速锁紧螺母上的锥形插头相对应，锥形插座经其外面的丝扣旋接在快速锁紧螺母上；软导线两端分别压接在两个快速锁紧螺母上的软导线连接头上。
