Claims (15)
- Laminoir à déplacement axial, comprenant, à l'intérieur d'une cage (1) ayant deux montants écartés (11), au moins deux cylindres (2, 2') superposés, entre lesquels passe un produit à laminer, et portés chacun par deux tourillons alignés (22) montés rotatifs respectivement, par l'intermédiaire de paliers d'appui (31), chacun dans une empoise de maintien (3) guidée dans une fenêtre (13) du montant (11) correspondant de la cage (1) parallèlement à un plan de serrage (P2) dans lequel sont placés sensiblement les axes des cylindres (2, 2'), le laminoir comportant des moyens (5) de réglage d'un décalage axial d'au moins l'un des cylindres (2) par rapport au cylindre opposé (2') en fonction de la largeur du produit à laminer, avec coulissement axial des tourillons dudit cylindre déplaçable (2) dans leurs empoises respectives (3) qui restent fixes axialement par rapport aux montants correspondants de la cage (1), lesdits moyens (5) de réglage axial prenant appui sur un organe auxiliaire d'entraínement axial (4) monté rotatif sur une extrémité de l'un des tourillons (22) dudit cylindre déplaçable (2) et solidaire axialement de celui-ci,
caractérisé par le fait que, pour s'adapter à un changement d'épaisseur du produit à laminer, le cylindre (2) déplaçable axialement peut en outre se déplacer parallèlement à lui-même et sur une grande course d'ouverture, le long du plan vertical de serrage (P2), avec déplacement correspondant des empoises de maintien (3) guidées dans les fenêtres (13) de la cage (1), ainsi que de l'organe auxiliaire d'entraínement axial (4), et que lesdits moyens (5) de commande du déplacement axial sont munis d'un moyen (53) d'accrochage amovible sur l'organe auxiliaire d'entraínement axial (4) et sont montés sur un support (6) susceptible de coulisser parallèlement audit plan de serrage (P2) et dont le niveau peut être réglé indépendamment des empoises (3), par des moyens auxiliaires (66) de positionnement desdits moyens (5) de commande du déplacement axial sensiblement au niveau du cylindre (2) pour l'engagement du moyen d'accrochage amovible (53) sur l'organe d'entraínement (4) du cylindre. - Laminoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (5) de commande du déplacement axial comprennent, pour chaque cylindre déplaçable (2, 2'), au moins un vérin hydraulique (5) dont le corps est fixé sur le support coulissant (6) et que le moyen (53) d'accrochage amovible est fixé à l'extrémité de la tige (52) du vérin (5) et est monté coulissant sur le support (6), parallèlement à l'axe du cylindre (2).
- Laminoir selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (5) de commande du déplacement axial comprennent, au moins pour le cylindre (2) déplaçable en hauteur, deux vérins (5a, 5b) placés symétriquement de part et d'autre du plan de serrage (P2) et susceptibles d'être commandés en synchronisme, lesdits vérins (5a, 5b) étant montés respectivement sur deux supports (6a, 6b) déplaçables en synchronisme et associés, respectivement, à des moyens (53a, 53b) d'accrochage amovible avec, respectivement, deux parties latérales (45) de l'organe d'entraínement (4) s'étendant symétriquement de part et d'autre de l'axe (x'x) du cylindre (2).
- Laminoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins l'un des supports coulissants (6) est associé à un capteur (67) de repérage de la position dudit support (6), et à des moyens (66) de commande du coulissement du support (6) le long du montant (11) en fonction des indications du capteur (67) pour le réglage de la position dudit support (6) au niveau du cylindre (2) à déplacer et l'engagement des moyens (5) de commande du déplacement axial avec un organe d'entraínement (4) solidaire axialement du cylindre (2) avec possibilité de rotation.
- Laminoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'entraínement (4) de chaque cylindre (2) déplaçable axialement est constitué d'une empoise auxiliaire (4) montée rotative sur une partie extrême (24) du tourillon correspondant (22) du cylindre (2) et bloquée axialement par rapport à celui-ci, ladite empoise auxiliaire (4) étant munie d'au moins une oreille (44) susceptible de s'engager de façon amovible dans l'organe d'accrochage (53) solidaire des moyens de déplacement axial (5).
- Laminoir selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que chaque organe d'accrochage (53) est monté coulissant sur une glissière (68) ménagée sur le support (6) correspondant et parallèle à l'axe (x'x) du cylindre (2).
- Laminoir selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé par le fait que chaque organe d'accrochage (53) est muni d'une encoche (54) dans laquelle s'engage une partie latérale (45) de l'oreille (44) de l'empoise (4) et qui s'étend perpendiculairement à l'axe (x'x) du cylindre sur toute la hauteur de l'organe d'accrochage (53) de façon à permettre une variation de hauteur de l'empoise (4) par rapport au support (6).
- Laminoir selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que l'empoise auxiliaire (4) est munie d'un alésage (46) dans lequel peut s'enfiler une tige (36) fixée sur l'empoise de maintien (3) du tourillon (22) et s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe (x'x) du cylindre, ladite tige (36) servant au maintien de l'empoise auxiliaire (4) sans gêner les déplacements axiaux de celle-ci avec le cylindre.
- Laminoir selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que chaque empoise de maintien (3) d'un cylindre de travail (2) est bloquée axialement sur le montant correspondant (11) de la cage (1) par un moyen de solidarisation amovible (18) et est associée à des moyens amovibles (8) de solidarisation axiale avec le cylindre (2) pour permettre le démontage dudit cylindre (2) avec ses empoises (3a, 3b).
- Laminoir selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen amovible (8) de solidarisation axiale de l'empoise de maintien (3) est constitué d'un levier (8) monté rotatif autour d'un axe (81) sur l'empoise auxiliaire (4) et muni d'une encoche (84) susceptible de s'engager dans une gorge (37) ménagée sur la tige (36) de maintien de l'empoise auxiliaire (4), ladite encoche (84) se dégageant de la gorge (37) par une rotation dudit levier (8) commandée par l'engagement de l'empoise auxiliaire (4) dans l'organe (53) d'accrochage du vérin de déplacement (5).
- Laminoir selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que, dans le cas où les hauteurs de l'un des cylindres d'appui (20') et du cylindre de travail correspondant (2') ne varient que faiblement en service, les moyens (5') de commande du déplacement axial dudit cylindre de travail (2') sont montés sur un support (6') qui reste au niveau dudit cylindre (2') et sert de référence pour le réglage de la position en hauteur du support (6) des moyens de déplacement axial (5) de l'autre cylindre de travail (2).
- Laminoir selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens (7, 71), de solidarisation amovible des supports (6') de niveau sensiblement constant avec les supports (6) de niveau réglable permettant d'écarter ensemble lesdits supports (6, 6') du niveau des cylindres de travail (2, 2') auxquels ils sont respectivement associés, pour permettre le démontage desdits cylindres de travail avec leurs empoises de maintien (3, 3') et les empoises auxiliaires (4, 4').
- Laminoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque cylindre de travail (2, 2') est associé à des moyens de cambrage (7, 34), prenant appui directement sur ses empoises de maintien (3, 3').
- Laminoir selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de cambrage (17) dans le sens d'écartement relatif des empoises (3, 3') sont constitués de vérins (17) comprenant chacun deux éléments prenant appui en des sens opposés, respectivement, sur les empoises de maintien (3, 3') des deux cylindres, lesdits vérins (17) ayant, d'une part, une amplitude de réglage compatible avec les possibilités de variation de l'entrefer entre les deux cylindres de travail (2, 2') et étant, d'autre part, dimensionnés de façon à pouvoir exercer les efforts de cambrage.
- Laminoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque palier d'appui (31) d'un tourillon (22) du cylindre déplaçable (2) est monté sur une douille (35) enfilée, avec possibilité de coulissement axial, sur une portée de glissement (23) ménagée sur le tourillon (22) et s'étendant sur une longueur (L1) au moins égale à l'emprise (L2) de l'empoise de maintien (3) augmentée de l'amplitude maximale (D) du déplacement axial du cylindre (2).
