Claims (11)
- Druckmaschine mit einem abhebbar gelagerten, an eine Gegendruckrolle (8) federbelastet andrückbaren Druckkopf (9), zwischen dem und der Gegendruckrolle das wirksame Trum (7) eines Druckbands (4) und eines zu bedruckenden Aufzeichnungsträgers durchlaufen, bei der eine Vorrichtung zum Aufheben des Anpreßdrucks zwischen der Gegendruckrolle (8) und dem Druckkopf (9) während eines Stillstands des Druckbands (4) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Vorrichtung zum Aufheben des Anpreßdrucks zwischen der Gegendruckrolle (8) und dem Druckkopf (9) zur Einsparung von Druckband (4) bei nicht zu bedruckenden Zwischenräumen auf dem Aufzeichnungsträger aktivierbar ist, der Aufzeichungsträger in den nicht zu bedruckenden Zwischenräumen bei stillstehendem Druckband (4) weitertransportiert wird, und das Druckband (4) von einer ersten Spule (1) abgewickelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels einer Steuerung der Druckmaschine während des Stillstands des Druckbands (4) eine Arretierungsvorrichtung (14) für das Druckband (4) in eine wirksame Stellung bringbar ist, und daß das Druckband (4) indirekt durch ein Festhalten der ersten Spule (1) arretierbar ist, wobei die Arretierungsvorrichtung (14) mit der ersten Spule (1) zusammenwirkt.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckband (4) auf eine zweite Spule (3) aufgewickelt wird und daß zwischen einen Antrieb (17) für das Druckband (4) und die durch den Antrieb (17) angetriebene Spule (3) für das Druckband (4) eine Rutschkupplung (15) geschaltet ist.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Spule (1) drehfest mit einem außenverzahnten Rad (20) gekuppelt ist, dem ein mittels der Steuerung zustellbarer Verrastzahn (21) zugeordnet ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Verrastzahn (24) an einem Schwenkarm (22) befindet, der mittels eines steuerbaren Sperrglieds (25) in einer wirkungslosen Stellung haltbar ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrglied (25) mittels eines steuerbaren Antriebs (26) von seiner Sperrstellung in eine Freigabestellung überführbar ist und umgekehrt.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Sperrglied (25) an einem schwenkbar gelagerten Hebel (27) befindet, der mittels eines den steuerbaren Antrieb bildenden Exzenterantriebs (28) verstellbar ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein exzentrisch an einem antreibbaren Drehglied (33) angebrachter Zapfen (32) in einen Längsschlitz (31) eingreift, der im Abstand von der Drehachse (30) des schwenkbaren Hebels (27) an diesem angeordnet ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schwenkbare Hebel (27) ein Winkelhebel ist und sich der Längsschlitz (31) im Bereich der Winkelecke befindet sowie etwa in Längsrichtung des angelenkten Winkelschenkels (24) erstreckt, wobei der freie Winkelschenkel (35) das Sperrglied (25) trägt oder bildet.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der freie Winkelschenkel (35) des winkelförmigen, schwenkbaren Hebels (27) in Gebrauchslage eine etwa vertikale Lage einnimmt und sein freies Ende das Sperrglied (25) bildet, wobei sich der Schwenkarm (22) oben am freien Winkelschenkelende abstützt.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (22) ein einarmiger Hebel ist, dessen freies Ende ein vorzugsweise balliges Abstützelement (27) aufweist, wobei sich der Verrastzahn (21) zwischen dem Schwenklager (24) und dem Abstützelement (36) befindet.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der angelenkte Winkelschenkel (34) des schwenkbaren Winkelhebels (27) über das Lager (30) hinaus verlängert ist, wobei der Verlängerungsarm (37) einen Teil eines Verstellantriebs für den Druckkopf (9) bildet.
