Claims (6)

  1. Textiler Träger für Klebeeinlagen zur Schmelzverklebung von Kleidungsstücken, der aus einem schußgewirkten Gewebe besteht, das Reihen von Maschen als Kette sowie zwischen den Maschen in Breitenrichtung der Ware regelmäßig eingebrachte, als Schußfäden bezeichnete Fäden aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ausschließlich aus Fäden aus einem biologisch abbaubaren Cellulosematerial aufgebaut ist, wobei die Kette ausschließlich aus einem Multifilament-Endlosgarn besteht.
  2. Textiler Träger für Klebeeinlagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ausschließlich aus Viskose besteht.
  3. Klebeeinlage, die einen textilen Träger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 aufweist, der mit Polymerpunkten beschichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polymerpunkte aus einem Polymer mit niederem Schmelzpunkt bestehen.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines textilen Trägers für Klebeeinlagen zur Schmelzverklebung von Kleidungsstücken, der aus einem schußgewirkten Gewebe besteht, das Reihen von Maschen als Kette sowie zwischen den Maschen in Breitenrichtung der Ware regelmäßig eingebrachte, als Schußfäden bezeichnete Fäden aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es, wobei der textile Träger ausschließlich aus Fäden aus einem biologisch abbaubaren Cellulosematerial zusammengesetzt ist und die Kette ausschließlich aus einem Multifilament-Endlosgarn aufgebaut ist, darin besteht, daß das schußgewirkte Gewebe (3) einer Befeuchtungsbehandlung und daran anschließend einer mechanischen Verdichtungsbehandlung durch Hindurchführen zwischen einem beheizten Zylinder (1) und einem Andruckband (2) unterzogen wird, wobei die Temperatur des Zylinders höchstens 130 °C beträgt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 zur Herstellung von Klebeeinlagen zur Schmelzverklebung von Kleidungsstücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der textile Träger nach dem Aufbringen der Polymerpunkte aus dem wärmeschmelzbaren Polymer einer zweiten Befeuchtungsbehandlung und einer zweiten mechanischen Verdichtungsbehandlung ähnlich der ersten Behandlung unterzogen wird, wobei der Zylinder (1) nur auf eine Temperatur unter 80 °C erhitzt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf dem textilen Träger aufgebrachten Polymerpunkte aus einem Polymer mit niederem Schmelzpunkt bestehen.
