- the process according to the present invention is characterized in that only part of the warp yarns is heated.
- the process according to the invention treats part of the warp threads in a differentiated manner, which means that, over the total width of the fabric, only part of its warp threads undergoes the heating step which gives them specific properties.
- the fabric thus obtained has warp threads from a single beam, delivering threads homogeneous, but which are transformed in a differentiated way during the weaving operation.
- the warp threads behave differently depending on whether or not they have undergone the treatment by heating during weaving. It follows that the different length of the warp threads and the phenomenon of complementary shrinkage, cause different deformations at the level of the fabric and distributed as a function of the selection of the warp threads which have undergone or not been reheated during weaving.
- the warp threads having undergone the heat treatment during weaving have a lower shrinkage capacity than those that have not been heated, and cause the appearance of embossed zones in thickness when the unheated threads shrink.

- the wires situated at the end of each of the bundles when they come into contact with the paper (61) in the area facing the pad (63), receive the sublimed dyes. It has been observed that the threads located at the end of each of the bundles receive more dyes than the threads located in the center of the bundle, it follows that when the printed threads are combined with the warp threads of the series (33) , an overcurrent of color is visible at the level of these particular wires.

- the fabric according to the invention is particularly original, because it has perfectly rectilinear stripes having borders limited to a single thread, while being able to present patterns of an extreme variety.
