Claims (10)
- Massicot pour découper sur trois faces des piles (1) de corps d'ouvrage, de brochures ou de produits similaires, avec une station de découpe qui comporte des lames latérales (2) et une lame perpendiculaire (3), une presse (4) pour exercer une pression sur la pile de produits à découper (1) se trouvant sur la table (5), et, un dispositif d'alimentation pour l'acheminement cadencé de la pile de produits (1) dans la station de découpe caractérisé par une presse préliminaire (10) disposée de préférence immédiatement devant la station de découpe, pour faire sortir l'air enfermé dans la pile de produits (1) en exerçant progressivement une pression à partir d'un côté de la pile de produits (1) à l'aide de moyens transporteurs (11), (12) sans fin, entraînés en rotation à la même vitesse, agissant depuis le haut et le bas, vers lesquels la pile de produits (1) est amenée par un dispositif transporteur (35).
- Massicot selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens transporteurs (11), (12) sont constitués de chaînes transporteuses avec des plaquettes de pression (13) qui sont perpendiculaires à la direction de passage, qui s'appuient dans la zone de pression sur des rails (26), (27) et qui sont assemblées avec des chaînes (19), (20) disposées à distance l'une de l'autre et courant autour de roues dentées (15 à 18).
- Massicot selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les plaquettes de pression (13) sont articulées sur les chaînes (19), (20) de manière décalée de sorte que leurs surfaces se trouvent légèrement en dehors du cercle primitif de référence des roues dentées (15 à 18).
- Massicot pour découper sur trois faces des piles (1) de corps d'ouvrage, de brochures ou de produits similaires, avec une station de découpe qui comporte des lames latérales (2) et une lame perpendiculaire (3), une presse (4) pour exercer une pression sur la pile (1) de produits à découper se trouvant sur la table (5), et, un dispositif d'alimentation pour l'acheminement cadencé de la pile de produits (1) dans la station de découpe caractérisé par une presse préliminaire (10) disposée de préférence immédiatement devant la station de découpe, pour faire sortir l'air enfermé dans la pile de produits (1) en exerçant progressivement une pression à partir d'un côté de la pile de produits (1) à l'aide d'un dispositif transporteur comportant une plaque de pression supérieure (56) et une plaque de pression inférieure (55), disposées dans un moyen transporteur sans fin supérieur (53), respectivement inférieur (54), entraînés en rotation, où la plaque de pression supérieure (56) peut pivoter entre une position d'ouverture inclinée sur la plaque de pression inférieure (55) et une position de fermeture parallèle à ladite plaque de pression inférieure (55) grâce à des moyens de commande (59), (60) et sous l'effet d'une pression exercée sur la partie de travail des moyens transporteurs (53), (54), où les piles de produits (1) sont acheminées de manière cadencée vers les plaques de pression (55), (56) de sorte qu'une pile de produits (1) se trouvant entre la partie de travail supérieure du moyen transporteur inférieur (54) et la partie de travail inférieure du moyen transporteur supérieur (53) peut être pressée ensemble avec lesdites parties de travail entre les plaques de pression (55), (56).
- Massicot selon les revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la partie de travail du moyen transporteur inférieur (12), (54) est située dans un plan plus élevé que le plan d'acheminement du dispositif transporteur (35).
- Massicot selon les revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la distance entre les chaînes transporteuses (11), (12), respectivement les moyens transporteurs (53), (54) avec les plaques de pression (55), (56), est modifiable par des moyens de réglage (33), (34) en vue du réglage de la force de pression.
- Massicot selon les revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que les moyens transporteurs (11, 12; 53, 54) présentent un espace libre (41) destiné à recevoir la zone du dos de la pile de produits (1).
- Massicot selon les revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que la partie de travail du moyen transporteur supérieur (11), (53) présente une zone d'entrée (28) diminuant de manière conique et une zone de sortie (29) s'élargissant de manière conique.
- Massicot selon la revendication 4 caractérisé par l'utilisation à la place des chaînes transporteuses (11), (12) de courroies, rouleaux ou moyens similaires.
- Massicot selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que les moyens transporteurs sont constitués de courroies (64) disposées à une distance déterminée les unes des autres.
