Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen o.dgl., auf eine Fläche eines Hohlblocksteins, Hohlblockziegels o.dgl. mit einem im wesentlichen V-förmigen, sich im wesentlichen über die Breite der zu bearbeitenden Fläche erstreckenden Kasten, an dessen V-förmiger, nach unten gerichteter Spitze ein Austragsschlitz mit einer darin angeordneten Auftragswalze vorgesehen ist.The invention relates to a device for applying or the like., On a surface of a hollow block, hollow block brick or the like. with a substantially V-shaped box, which extends essentially over the width of the surface to be processed, on the V-shaped, downward-pointing tip of which there is provided a discharge slot with an application roller arranged therein.
Derartige Vorrichtungen sind aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt. Der grundsätzliche Aufbau ist dem Fachmann bereits in der DE 40 37 898.5 offenbart, wobei die dort beschriebene Vorrichtung jedoch noch keine zufriedenstellenden Ergebnisse liefert. So wird beispielsweise ein Teil des auf der Auftragswalze befindlichen Materials wieder mit in den Öffnungsspalt des Kasten eingezogen und verhindert auf diese Weise, daß frisches Material aufgebracht werden kann. Auf der Walze festsitzendes Material verdichtet sich mit der Zeit und wird zu verhärteten Materialstreifen, die als unerwünschte "wurst-förmige" Ablagerungen abfallen, wodurch es zu einer ungleichmäßigen Klebverbindung der zu verbindenden Steine kommt.Such devices are known from the prior art. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Auftragswalze am Außenumfang ein im wesentlichen V-förmiges Sägezahnprofil aufweist.
