Claims (3)
- Prallbrecher mit einem Rotor (10), der Schlagleisten (20) aufweist, die durch einen oder mehrere Spannkeile (22) in Schlagleistenaufnahmen (14) des Rotors befestigt sind, wobei der bzw. die zugehörigen Spannkeile in der Schlagleistenaufnahme des Rotors unter der Wirkung der Zentrifugalkraft zwischen einer der Drehachse (12) näheren Entriegelungsstellung und einer achsfernen Keilstellung näherungsweise radial verschieblich angeordnet sind, wobei in der Entriegelungsstellung der Abstand des Schwerpunktes der Schlagleiste von der Drehachse größer ist als der Achsabstand des Schwerpunktes des zugehörigen Spannkeils und wobei die radiale Außenöffnung (16) der Schlagleistenaufnahme durch ein diese übergreifendes Teil (18) verengt ist, an dem die Schlagleiste in der Keilstellung mit einer vorstehender Widerlagenase (24) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an der Schlagleiste (20) anliegende Abschnitt des Spannkeils (22) eine außerhalb der Selbsthemmung liegende Keilschräge aufweist, daß die radiale Außenöffnung (16) der Schlagleistenaufnahme (14) durch ein weiteres tangential übergreifendes Teil (26) verengt ist, wobei ein am Rotor (10) befestigtes als Anlagebalken ausgebildetes Teil (18) die Außenöffnung (16) von der einen Seite und ein am Rotor (10) lösbar befestigtes als Begrenzungsplatte ausgebildetes Teil (26) die Außenöffnung (16) von der gegenüberliegenden Seite sowie den Spannkeil (22) übergreift, und daß die Schlagleiste (20) zwei Widerlagernasen (24) aufweist, die über ihre beiden radialen Oberflächen vorstehen, wobei in der Entriegelungsstellung die eine Widerlagernase (24) auf der Oberseite des als Begrenzungsplatte ausgebildeten Teils (26) aufliegt und in der Keilstellung die andere Widerlagernase an der Unterseite des als Auflagebalkensausgebildeten Teils (18) anliegt.
- Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das als Begrenzungsplatte ausgebildetes Teil (26) mittels einer Langlochverbindung (28, 30) zwischen der Betriebsstellung und einer die Außenöffnung (16) der Schlagleistenaufnahme (14) nicht übergreifenden Stellung verschiebbar ist.
- Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das als Begrenzungsplatte ausgebildetes Teil (26) auf ihrer Oberseite eine Ausnehmung (32) für die Widerlagernase (24) aufweist.
