Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de raccordement de bandes de matériau d'emballage, plus précisément du début (33) d'une bande de matériau (nouvelle bande 13) enroulée en bobine (nouvelle bobine 12) à la fin (32) d'une bande de matériau (bande en déroulement 10) se déroulant d'une autre bobine (bobine en déroulement 11), dans lequel le début (33) de la nouvelle bande (13) est amené par un organe de tirage (20) dans la zone d'un groupe de raccordement (18) et raccordé dans cette zone à la fin (32) de la bande en déroulement (10) par collage ou de manière semblable, caractérisé par les phases suivantes :
    a) le début (33) de la nouvelle bande (13) est saisi par l'organe de tirage (20) sur le pourtour de la nouvelle bobine (12),
    b) le début de bande (33) est ensuite tiré de la nouvelle bobine (12) par tirage d'un tronçon (29) de la bande en un seul temps de transport jusque dans la zone du groupe de raccordement (18), au-delà de celui-ci,
    c) la nouvelle bande (13) est tenue jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit raccordée à la bande en déroulement (10),
    d) le tronçon (29) de la nouvelle bande (13) et une partie de la bande en déroulement (10) sont appliqués l'un contre l'autre et coupés ensemble, de façon telle que la fin (32) de la bande en déroulement (10) et le début (33) de la nouvelle bande (13) soient voisins,
    e) enfin, la fin de bande (32) et le début de bande (33) sont raccordés.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le tronçon (29), après avoir été séparé de la nouvelle bande (13), est évacué par l'organe de tirage (20).
  3. Dispositif pour le raccordement de bandes de matériau d'emballage, plus précisément du début (33) d'une nouvelle bande (13) tirée d'une nouvelle bobine (12) par un organe de tirage (20) à la fin (32) d'une bande (10) se déroulant d'une bobine en déroulement (11), dans la zone d'un groupe de raccordement (18), comportant un transporteur qui présente un support pour la saisie d'un morceau d'extrémité libre (25) de la nouvelle bande (13), caractérisé par le fait que le transporteur peut transporter le support avec la nouvelle bande (13), plus précisément un tronçon (29) de celle-ci, à travers le groupe de raccordement (18).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de tirage (20) est un bras basculant (21) placé à poste fixe, mobile dans un plan vertical, et à l'extrémité libre duquel est monté le support destiné à la saisie du morceau d'extrémité (25) de la nouvelle bande (13).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé par le fait que le support destiné à la saisie du morceau d'extrémité (25) de la nouvelle bande (13) est un rouleau récepteur tournant (22) qui présente des trous d'aspiration (23) pour la saisie de la nouvelle bande (13) et sur lequel un morceau d'extrémité (25) de la nouvelle bande (13) peut être enroulé pour le maintien de celle-ci,
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le support, en particulier le rouleau récepteur (22), peut être mil avec le tronçon (29) de la nouvelle bande (13) dans la zone du groupe de raccordement (18) le long du dessous d'une plaque de pression (31) de façon telle que le tronçon de bande (29), en position finale, soit appuyé sur le dessous de la plaque de pression (31).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la zone du groupe de raccordement (18), la nouvelle bande (13), plus précisément son tronçon (29), est tenu contre le dessous de la plaque fixe de pression (31) par de l'air aspiré, et que la bande en déroulement (10), guidée au-dessous de la nouvelle bande (13), peut être serrée contre celle-ci, ou la plaque de pression (31), par une pièce de pression (36) pouvant monter à partir d'une position inférieure.

Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'un couteau (41) mobile transversalement destiné à couper la bande en déroulement (10) et la nouvelle bande (13) placées l'une contre l'autre dans la zone de la plaque de pression (31) est placé sur le côté de la pièce de pression (36) dirigé vers la nouvelle bobine (12).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le couteau (41) est monté sur un chariot (43) qui est monté mobile sur des barres de guidage (44) dirigées perpendiculairement à la bande en déroulement (10) et la nouvelle bande (13).
  10.
