Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device to identify data of the content a packaging according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention relates to a related method according to the preamble of claim 10.
  • the known devices provide information about "absolute" Sizes of the contents of a package.
  • the expiry date is an absolutely fixed figure that the manufacturer affix on the packaging of perishable goods must to ensure sufficient consumer information.
  • a data carrier for medication is known from US-A-3,757,441.
  • This disk has small areas that Hours and days in advance can be assigned on which the ingestion of a drug. The small areas are subsequently provided with stickers. After assigning the hours and days on the disk and the application of stickers, the disk is attached to one Container for medical products attached. With every intake of a product, the patient pulls a sticker from the assigned small area.
  • a sticker is known from the generic US-A-4,830,407, which in addition to the information about a medical to be used Product still has surface areas. These surface areas identify the individual times at which a Patient should take his medical device. In the initial state are the surface areas in the manner of a matrix in columns and rows arranged. In line with the income requirements of the patient before using the label, i.e., sticking it on an individual medication container unnecessary columns / rows are torn down. Like The sticker on the medication container will then be in an adapted state glued. This will take a medication characterized in that the surface of the respective surface area, for example by the patient scratching it becomes.
  • the aim of the invention is in a generic Labeling device achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
  • this goal is achieved in a generic method by the characterizing features of claim 10.
  • a special idea The invention thus consists in the marking device to supplement documentation means with whose Help the user get information about usage history can hold on. The individual design of this There are no limits to the means when the basic idea is recognized. While the user at the labeling devices according to the state of the art always the individual Had to keep usage data in mind, he can keep his individual Data using the documentation means according to the invention simply and quickly on the marking device attach yourself. Since the labeling device in generally attached to packaging is a direct, clear recording of important data guaranteed. According to the labeling device attached to the packaging must cannot be detached from the packaging.
  • the start of use is the decisive factor over the Shelf life of a perishable good. So lies for example drugs often provide information that the drug within a certain amount after starting use Period is to be consumed. Now are the means of documentation designed so that the start of use is documentable, the user of the labeling device take directly how long the drug is already open. Spoiled medicines can pose a significant health hazard. It is therefore particularly surprising that so far on the market no facility for individual documentation of this important data was developed.
  • the Labeling device arranged directly on the packaging. It is also possible to use one Marking device (for example a sheet Paper) to be enclosed in packaging. A direct arrangement on the packaging, for example in the form of a print or sticking, but ensures a special clarity. The labeling device cannot be relocated and the connection to the packaging remains always guaranteed.
  • the tearable means are preferred arranged next to individual calendar day digits. Marking is a special way simplified. The user no longer needs a pen, he does just needs it when opening a package Start of use by tearing the in To mark the upcoming tear-cut.
  • the Marking device is preferably on the edge of a Label of the packaging arranged.
  • the relationship between label and labeling device leads to a special clarity.
  • the marking device on the edge of the label easier to tear or can be part of the label itself be trained.
  • the marking device is particularly preferred part of the packaging label for this purpose. A separate realization omitted in this embodiment.
  • the Marking device on the inside of an opening section arranged in a packaging box.
  • the marking device interferes in this Not the usual external packaging presentation. So far, it is often advantageous unused inside of the packaging is used sensibly.
  • the marking device as an aluminum strip trained, which is attached to a medicament carrier.
  • a tablet carrier is often not the expiration date of interest, but the last time you take the drug.
  • tablets often have to be in one individual cycle, for example every two days or every six hours.
  • the labeling device such is designed so that the user his individual Can mark usage data.
  • One on a drug carrier arranged aluminum strips, for example glued or embossed, allows easy tearing and one clear documentation of the individual usage data.
  • a development of the invention several of the devices that can be stuck on are compiled as a set on one sheet, for subsequent use Attach to packaging.
  • users buy a set of 10 stickers, which he then attaches to perishable goods can.
  • a food can also be used provided a marking device according to the invention be, which itself has no such device.
  • a label 1, for example for a can or a glass (not shown) is provided with an emblem 2.
  • the Emblem 2 has an advertising label 3 ("children's food - carrots").
  • a marking device on the emblem 2 according to the prior art in the form of a Mint stamp 4 ("April 95") depicting the expiration date of the contents of the packaging.
  • the marking device according to the invention 5 consists of a sticker 6, which means to document information about usage history is provided. Numbers are used as a means of documentation 7 and tear incisions arranged next to the numbers 7 8 provided.
  • the sticker is particularly preferred 6 in the area of the digits 7 and the tearing incisions 8 not glued, so that a special light Tear is guaranteed.
  • FIG. 1 The idea of the invention is particularly clear in FIG.
  • the opening day - here the eleventh day of the month - was simply by tearing the sticker 6 in place of eleventh paragraph 7 noted. Through the tear-cut is a course of cracks mapped out, which particularly easy the opening day reveals.
  • FIG. 3 illustrates another embodiment a marking device according to the invention 5.
  • the label has two marking devices according to the invention 5 in the form of stickers 6.
  • the first sticker 6 is also printed with numbers 7, while the second Sticker 6 is provided with letter 9, which the individual Symbolize days of the week.
  • Next to each letter identifier 9 is a further documentation means Note box 10 provided.
  • Tear incisions 8 are on the second sticker 6 Usage data marked with a pen.
  • labeling devices 5 it is also possible to use the labeling devices 5 to be arranged directly as a print on label 1.
  • a Training as a sticker 6 offers the possibility that the Users also not from the manufacturer with the invention Labeling devices 5 provided products later can add to the sticker 6.
  • the marking device 5 from FIG. 4 is printed 13 on the inside of an opening section 15 a - hinted - packaging box 14 realized.
  • As documentation means are with this Labeling device 5 each the calendar day digits 7 and the tearing incisions 8 are provided.
  • the marking device 5 designed in this way can be particularly good with easily tearable cardboard boxes 14 realizing, for example with medicine boxes.
  • a particularly successful aspect of the invention consists in the combination of imprint and tear-indentation.
  • This Combination makes it possible without using a pen Marking data - for example with a fingernail - to note.
  • the design options are - based of this basic idea - hardly any limits. So it can Labeling device 5 inside or on the edge of Label 1 can be arranged, it can be used as a separate sticker or can be realized as a print. For example, it can in the case of medication as a survivor or not welded aluminum strip (the one on a drug carrier arranged) can be realized.
  • Aluminum will in plastic drug carriers as Back wall used so that only a protruding strip must be provided. Aluminum is already light in itself tearable and only needs to be printed.
