Claims (9)

  1. Support d'impression, notamment en papier, pourvu sur une face ou sur les deux faces d'un couchage qui contient comme pigment de couchage des particules d'amidon non collantes et du kaolin et le cas échéant un ou plusieurs pigments minéraux supplémentaires ainsi que des liants, caractérisé par le fait que
    - les particules d'amidon sont présentes en une quantité allant de 2 à 25 % en poids - rapportée au pigment de couchage total,
    - la proportion de liants - rapportée au pigment de couchage total - < 12 % en poids - est calculée en parties de poids de produit sec,
    - l'éclat du couchage, mesuré selon Lehmann, sous un angle de 75°, après calandrage, est > 40 %,
    - le pigment minéral de couchage est formé à 60 % en poids au moins dc kaolin et les composants pigments minéraux et les particules d'amidon se complètent pour former 100 % en poids de pigment de couchage total.
  2. Support d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la part minérale du pigment de couchage est à plus de 90 % en poids formée de kaolin.
  3. Support d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le pigment de couchage minéral est formé jusqu'à 25 % en poids, rapporté au pigment de couchage total, de: carbonate de calcium, de dioxyde de titane, de talc ou d'un mélange de ces substances.
  4. Support d'impression, notamment en papier, pourvu sur une face ou sur les deux faces d'un couchage qui contient comme pigment de couchage des particules d'amidon non collantes ainsi que du carbonate de calcium en plus d'un ou de plusieurs autres pigments minéraux ainsi que des liants, caractérisé par le fait que
    - les particules d'amidon sont présentes en une quantité allant de 2 à < 10 % en poids - rapportée au pigment de couchage total,
    - la proportion de liant rapportée au pigment de couchage total - < 12 % en poids - est calculée en parties de poids de produit sec,
    - l'éclat du couchage, mesurée selon Lehmann, sous un angle de 75°, après calandrage, est > 40 %,
    - le pigment minéral de couchage est formé à 40 à 65 % en poids de carbonate de calcium et le reste du pigment de couchage minéral est formé de kaolin, de dioxyde de titane, de blanc satin, de talc ou d'un mélange de ces pigments, les composants pigments minéraux et les particules d'amidon se complètent pour former 100 % en poids de pigment de couchage total.
  5. Support d'impression selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que 20 à 50 % en poids - rapportés à la proportion totale de pigments de couchage - sont formés de talc.
  6. Support d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les particules d'amidon ont un diamètre moyen de grain compris dans une plage allant de 1 à 30 µm.
  7. Support d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les particules d'amidon ont un diamètre moyen de grain compris dans une plage allant de 2 à 9 µm.
  8. Support d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est formé d'un support de couche avec une masse par mètre carré allant de 30 à 60 g/m2 et que le couchage contenant les particules d'amidon présente une masse par mètre carré allant de 4 à 12 g/m2 et par face.
  9. Support d'impression selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est formé d'un support de couche avec une masse par mètre carré allant de 34 à 40 g/m2 et que le couchage contenant les particules d'amidon présente une masse par mètre carré allant de 6 à 8 g/m2 et par face.
