Claims (3)
- Dispositif pour déterminer l'erreur de repérage entre les différentes couleurs lors de l'impression polychrome dans une presse rotative à bande longue, ce dispositif incluant :- un système d'analyse (24), qui comporte, pour chaque emplacement de mesure, une tête d'analyse (25 à 27) à fibre optique destinée à des points de repère (P1 à P4) de différentes couleurs, qui sont imprimés en même temps sur une bande de matériau (7), et- un système d'évaluation (33) coopérant avec le système d'analyse (24) pour déterminer les positions relatives des différents points de repère (P1 à P4),caractérisé par le fait que- que chaque tête d'analyse (25 à 27) comporte un seul palpeur de bande (T1, T2, T3) à fibre optique pour les points de repère (P1 à P4), qui sont alignés les uns derrière les autres dans le sens machine (L) de la bande de matériau (7) et sont placés à une certaine distance les uns des autres, et- qu'un compteur est démarré au moyen du front avant (V1) d'un premier signal (S1) produit par chaque palpeur de bande (T1, T2, T3) respectivement, lequel compteur est arrêté avec le front avant (V2) d'un second signal (S2) produit par chaque palpeur de bande (T1, T2, T3) respectivement, le compteur comptant des impulsions qui sont produites par un transmetteur (30, 31, 32) pendant le temps (Δt) compris entre le démarrage et l'arrêt et dont la somme correspond à la distance (A) entre les points de repère (P1 à P4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, pour la sélection des points de repère (P1 à P4) à analyser et à évaluer, une fenêtre électronique est mise en place par le dispositif d'évaluation (33).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par un dispositif de commutation afin de commuter entre mesure séquentielle et mesure à l'arrêt.
