Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung zur Werkzeugreinigung bei der Herstellung gießfertiger Masken bzw. Kernpakete mittels Kernschießmaschinen bzw. Schießstationen, wobei die Kernschießmaschinen jeweils aus Werkzeugoberteil (1), Ausstoßplatte (2) des Werkzeugoberteils (1) und Werkzeugunterteil (3) bestehende Werkzeugsätze (4) aufweisen und wobei die Werkzeugsätze (4) von den Kernschießmaschinen abkoppelbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch eine Zuführeinrichtung (6), eine erste Spüleinrichtung (7), mindestens ein Ultraschallbad (8), eine zweite Spüleinrichtung (9), eine Trockeneinrichtung (12) und eine Abführeinrichtung (14), wobei die Werkzeugsätze (4) mittels der Zuführeinrichtung (6) von der Kernschießmaschine zu einem ersten Manipulator (15), von diesem in die erste Spüleinrichtung (7), mittels eines zweiten Manipulators (16) in das Ultraschallbad (8), in die zweite Spüleinrichtung (9), von dort aus in die Trockeneinrichtung (12), zu der Abführeinrichtung (14) und mittels dieser wieder zu den Kernschießmaschinen verbringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kernschießmaschinen bzw. Schießstationen linear angeordnet sind und wobei die Werkzeugsätze in ein Werkzeuglager (5) ausschleusbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kühleinrichtung (10) und eine Inspektionsstation (13) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Werkzeugsätze (4) aus dem Werkzeuglager (5) zu dem ersten Manipulator (15), mittels des zweiten Manipulators (16) in die Kühleinrichtung (10) und mittels eines dritten Manipulators (17) in die Inspektionsstation (13) verbringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführenrichtung (6) und ggf. die Abführeinrichtung (14) einen Rollenförderer (18 bzw. 36) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Manipulator (15) zur Vereinzelung der Werkzeugsätze (4) - Werkzeugoberteil (1) und Ausstoßplatte (2) einerseits und Werkzeugunterteil (3) andererseits - dient.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Spüleinrichtung (7) als Becken (19) mit einem das Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit der Ausstoßplatte (2) und das Werkzeugunterteil (3) aufnehmenden Halter (20) ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Spüleinrichtung (7) Düsen (21) zum Absprühen des Werkzeugoberteils (1) mit der Ausstoßplatte (2) und des Werkzeugunterteils (3) mit Kreislaufwasser und ggf. einen in ein Sammelbecken (22) in das Becken (19) führenden Zulauf (24) aufweist, wobei das Sammelbecken (22) mindestens eine Pumpe (25) und eine Filtereinrichtung (26) zum Ausfiltern des aus der ersten Spüleinrichtung (7) ausgespülten Sandes (27) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ultraschallbild (8) als Becken (28) mit einem das Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit der Ausstoßplatte (2) und das Werkzeugunterteil (3) aufnehmenden Halter (29) und ggf. als ein mit Ultraschall beaufschlagtes Laugenbad ausgeführt ist, wobei vorzugsweise insgesamt vier linear oder parallel angeordnete Ultraschallbilder (8) vorgesehen sind, die zum gleichzeitigen Behandeln von vier Werkzeugsätzen (4) dienen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Spüleinrichtung (9) zum Abspülen der die Werkzeugsätze (4) benetzenden Lauge mittels Kreislaufwasser dient und vorzugsweise als Becken (30) mit einem das Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit der Ausstoßplatte (2) und das Werkzeugunterteil (3) aufnehmenden Halter (31) ausgeführt ist und ggf. Düsen (32) zum Absprühen des Werkzeugsatzes (4) mit Kreislaufwasser und einen in ein Sammelbecken führenden Ablauf und einen von dem Sammelbecken in das Becken führenden Zulauf aufweist, wobei das Sammelbecken mindestens eine Pumpe zur Zirkulation des Kreislaufwassers und ggf. eine Filtereinrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühleinrichtung (10) zum Kühlen der im Ultraschallbad (8) bzw. beim Spülen erwärmten Werkzeugsätze (4) dient und als Becken (33) mit einem vorzugsweise vier Werkzeugsätze (4) - Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit der Ausstoßplatte (2) und das Werkzeugunterteil (3) - aufnehmenden Halter (34) ausgeführt ist, wobei die Kühleinrichtung (10) mit vorzugsweise zirkulierendem Kühlwasser gefüllt ist und ggf. einen in ein Sammelbecken mit einem Kühlaggregat führenden Ablauf sowie einen von dem Sammelbecken in das Becken führenden Zulauf aufweist, wobei das Sammelbecken mindestens eine Pumpe zur Zirkulation des Kühlwassers und ggf. eine Filtereinrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trockeneinrichtung (12) zum Lufttrocknen der wassergekühlten Werkzeugsätze (4) dient, daß die Trocknung vorzugsweise bei etwa 55°C erfolgt und daß vorzugsweise zwei linear oder parallel angeordnete Trockeneinrichtungen (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Inspektionseinrichtung (13) vorzugsweise kontaktlose Sensoren zur Abtastung der Oberflächen der Werkzeugsätze (4) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dritte Manipulator (17) zum Verbringen der Werkzeugsätze (4) aus der Trockeneinrichtung (12) in die Inspektionsstation (13) und ggf. zum Verbringen der Werkzeugsätze (4) auf die Abführeinrichtung (14) sowie zum gleichzeitigen Zusammenbau der Werkzeugsätze (4) in die Arbeitsposition - mit zusammengefahrenem Werkzeugoberteil (1) und Werkzeugunterteil (3) - dient.
- Verfahren zur Werkzeugreinigung bei der Herstellung gießfertiger Masken bzw. Kernpakete mittels Kernschießmaschinen bzw. Schießstationen, wobei die Kernschießmaschinen jeweils aus Werkzeugoberteil (1), Ausstoßplatte (2) des Werkzeugoberteils (1) und Werkzeugunterteil (3) bestehende Werkzeugsätze (4) aufweisen und wobei die Werkzeugsätze (4) von den Kernschießmaschinen abkoppelbar sind, unter Anwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:Verbringen der Werkzeugsätze (4) mittels der Zuführeinrichtung (6) von der Kernschießmaschine zu einem ersten Manipulator (15),Vereinzeln der Werkzeugsätze (4) - Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit Ausstoßplatte (2) und Werkzeugunterteil (3) - durch den ersten Manipulator (15),Verbringen von Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit Ausstoßplatte (2) und Werkzeugunterteil (3) in die erste Spüleinrichtung (7) und Spülen des vereinzelten Werkzeugsatzes (4),Verbringen von Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit Ausstoßplatte (2) und Werkzeugunterteil (3) mittels eines zweiten Manipulators (16) in ein Ultraschallbad (8) und Reinigen des Werkzeugsatzes (4) mittels Lauge und Ultraschallbeaufschlagung,Verbringen des Werkzeugsatzes (4) in eine Trockeneinrichtung (12) und Trocknen des Werkzeugsatzes (4),Übergabe des Werkzeugsatzes (4) an die Abführeinrichtung (14) und Rückführen des Werkzeugsatzes (4) zu der Kernschießmaschine.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Werkzeugsätze (4) in ein Werkzeuglager (5) ausschleusbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugsätze (4) mittels der Zuführeinrichtung (6) aus dem Werkzeuglager (5) zu dem ersten Manipulator (15) verbringbar sind, daß die Werkzeugsätze (4) in eine Kühleinrichtung (10) zum dortigen Kühlen des Werkzeugsatzes (4) verbringbar sind und daß die Werkzeugsätze (4) mittels eines dritten Manipulators (17) in eine Inspektionsstation (13) verbringbar sind, wobei die Werkzeugsätze (4) in das Werkzeuglager (5) rückführbar sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Manipulator (15) das Werkzeugoberteil (1) und die Ausstoßplatte (2) und danach das Werkzeugunterteil (3) ergreift, anhebt, um 90° um eine horizontale Achse dreht und in die erste Spüleinrichtung (7) stellt, daß ggf. das Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit Ausstoßplatte (2) und Werkzeugunterteil (3) durch den ersten Manipulator (15) vorzugsweise hochkant und mit der Werkzeuginnenseite voneinander abgewandt - nach außen gerichtet - in die Spüleinrichtung (7) gestellt werden, daß die Anordnung von Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit Ausstoßplatte (2) und Werkzeugunterteil (3) vorzugsweise in den nachfolgenden Einrichtungen bis zur Abführeinrichtung (14) beibehalten wird und daß vorzugsweise gleichzeitig vier Werkzeugsätze (4) in vier Ultraschallbädern (8) gereinigt, ggf. gleichzeitig vier Werkzeugsätze (4) in der Kühleinrichtung (10) gekühlt und ggf. gleichzeitig zwei Werkzeugsätze (4) in zwei Trocknungseinrichtung (12) getrocknet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabe des Werkzeugsatzes (4) an die Abführeinrichtung (14) die der Arbeitsposition entsprechende Zuordnung von Werkzeugoberteil (1) mit Ausstoßplatte (2) und Werkzeugunterteil (3) - im zusammengefahrenen Zustand - umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils acht Werkzeugsätze (4) hintereinander aus dem Werkzeuglager (5) ausgeschleust und gereinigt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitung an den einzelnen Einrichtungen bzw. Stationen im 45-Sekunden-Takt erfolgt, wobei die Reinigung der Werkzeugsätze (4) in zwei oder mehreren parallelen Linien mit Vorrichtungen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 12 erfolgt.
