Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de tri d'envois en succession d'étapes en plusieurs opérations de tri dans le cas d'installations de répartition de courrier équipées de rangées de casiers (1), dans lequel
    - le tri des envois dans les casiers (1) s'effectue selon un plan de tri, selon lequel chacun ou presque chacun des casiers est rempli durant une opération de tri au maximum jusqu'à sa capacité de remplissage maximale, au cas où un casier (1) est complètement rempli, est associé à celui-ci un casier de débordement, dans lequel est effectuée la suite de l'empilage,
    - durant une opération de tri, les casiers (1) ne sont pas vidés,
    - respectivement après achèvement d'une opération de tri, un transbordement conforme à la succession d'opérations des envois hors des casiers (1) s'effectue dans un transporteur (2) disposé en vis-à-vis des casiers (1).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en vue du transbordement dans le transporteur (2) ou dans les récipients (4) est utilisé un pont de transbordement (3) déplaçable le long de la rangée des casiers (1).
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les récipients (4) sont remplis lors du transbordement jusqu'à leur capacité de réception maximale.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une signalisation visible pour une opérateur est effectuée, au cas où un empilage est effectué dans un casier de débordement.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'à une destination, est associé plus d'un casier (1).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les récipients (4) sont amenés après transbordement en vue d'un autre traitement des envois sur une bande transporteuse (2).
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des récipients (4) avec des fonds de casier mobiles sont utilisés pour un empilage direct des envois.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une disposition à plusieurs étages des casiers (1), est effectué un transbordement sur des bandes transporteuses superposées.
