Abstract

Bei einer Matratze mit einem Luftkanäle (8,9) aufnehmenden Kern aus Schaumstoff und/oder Latex, der mehrere, sich jeweils über die volle Matratzenbreite erstreckende Zonen (1 bis 7) unterschiedlicher Härte aufweist, werden die verschiedenen Härtegrade der Zonen durch eine unterschiedliche, jeder Zone vorgesehene Anzahl der Luftkanäle (8,9) und/oder unterschiedliche Durchmesser der Luftkanäle (8,9) bestimmt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Matratze mit einem Luftkanäle aufnehmenden Kern aus Schaumstoff und/oder Latex, der mehrere, sich jeweils über die volle Matratzenbreite erstreckende Zonen unterschiedlicher Härte aufweist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine derartige Matratze den Bedürfnissen des Benutzers noch stärker anzupassen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die verschiedenen Härtegrade der Zonen durch eine unterschiedliche, in jeder Zone vorgesehene Anzahl der Luftkanäle und/oder unterschiedliche Durchmesser der Luftkanäle bestimmt sind.
  • Dabei können die Luftkanäle lotrecht und/oder horizontal verlaufen.
  • Die Matratze weist vorzugsweise sieben Zonen auf und zwar eine Kopf-, Nacken-, Schulter-, Hüft-, Becken-, Oberschenkel- und Unterschenkel/Fuß-Zone.
  • Weiter Merkmale der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche und werden in Verbindung mit weiteren Vorteilen der Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.
  • In der Zeichnung ist eine als Beispiel dienende Ausführungsform der Erfindung schematisch dargestellt. Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 - den Kern einer Matratze in Draufsicht;
    • Figur 2 - die Darstellung gemäß Figur 1 in Seitenansicht und
    • Figur 3 - die Darstellung gemäß Figur 2 in etwas verkleinertem Maßstab mit einer von einer auf der Matratze liegenden Person hervorgerufenen Eindrückkontur.
  • Die dargestellte Matratze weist sieben sich jeweils über die volle Matratzenbreite erstreckende Zonen unterschiedlicher Härte auf und zwar eine Kopfzone 1, eine Nackenzone 2, eine Schulterzone 3, eine Hüftzone 4, eine Beckenzone 5, eine Oberschenkelzone 6 und eine Unterschenkel/Fuß-Zone 7.
  • Bei einer Gesamtlänge der Matratze von 200 cm sind für die einzelnen Zonen vorzugsweise folgende Längen vorgesehen:
    • Kopfzone etwa 19 cm
    • Nackenzone etwa 16 cm
    • Schulterzone etwa 25 cm
    • Hüftzone etwa 15 cm
    • Beckenzone etwa 34 cm
    • Oberschenkel etwa 41 cm
    • Unterschenkel/Fuß-Zone etwa 50 cm.
  • In dem Kern der Matratze können lotrecht verlaufende Luftkanäle 8 (Figur 1) und/oder horizontal verlaufende Luftkanäle 9 (Figur 2) vorgesehen sein. In den einzelnen Zonen 1 bis 7 wird die angestrebte unterschiedliche Härte erreicht durch unterschiedliche Anzahl der Luftkanäle 8,9 und/oder durch unterschiedliche Durchmesser dieser Luftkanäle. So können z. B. gemäß Figur 1 die Durchmesser der lotrechten Kanäle 8 in den Zonen 1, 6 und 7 15 mm, in den Zonen 2, 4 und 5 7 mm und in der Zone 3 18 mm betragen. Die Abstände zwischen den lotrechten Luftkanälen 8 liegen zwischen 25 und 32 mm.
  • Figur 2 läßt erkennen, daß die horizontalen Luftkanäle 9 in einer gemeinsamen Horizontalebene liegen und unterschiedliche Durchmesser aufweisen. Die Luftkanäle 9 in der Zone 5 weisen den größten Durchmesser mit etwa 30 mm auf; im Bereich der Zone 6 liegen die Durchmesser bei 28 mm, in der Zone 3 bei 25 mm, in den Zonen 1 und 7 bei etwa 20 mm und in den Übergangsbereichen zwischen den Zonen 1 und 2, der Zone 2 und 3, der Zone 3 und 4 und der Zone 4 und 5 bei etwa 15 mm. Die Abstände zwischen den Horizontalbohrungen liegen in den Zonen 3, 5, 6 und 7 bei etwa 12,5 cm.
  • Figur 3 zeigt eine von einer auf der Matratze liegenden Person verursachte Eindrückkontur 10.
  • Der durch die Anordnung und/oder Dimensionierung der Luftkanäle 8,9 in den einzelnen Zonen erzielte Härtegrad läßt sich wie folgt angeben:
    • Zone 1: 2,7
    • Zone 2: 3,6
    • Zone 3: 2,4
    • Zone 4: 4,0
    • Zone 5: 3,6
    • Zone 6: 3,3
    • Zone 7: 2,7.
  • In der Praxis besteht die Möglichkeit, mit Hilfe eines Prototyps der erfindungsgemäßen Matratze die sich individuell tatsächlich ergebende Körpereinsinktiefe festzustellen, die dann mit der entsprechenden Ideallinie verglichen wird. Durch Anpassung der Luftkanalverteilung bzw. -durchmesser läßt sich dann die Ist-Linie der Soll-Linie anpassen.

Claims (13)

1. Matratze mit einem Luftkanäle (8,9) aufnehmenden Kern aus Schaumstoff und/oder Latex, der mehrere, sich jeweils über die volle Matratzenbreite erstreckende Zonen (1 bis 7) unterschiedlicher Härte aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiedenen Härtegrade der Zonen (1,7) durch eine unterschiedliche, in jeder Zone vorgesehene Anzahl der Luftkanäle (8,9) und/oder unterschiedliche Durchmesser der Luftkanäle (8,9) bestimmt sind.
2. Matratze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftkanäle (8,9) lotrecht und/oder horizontal verlaufen.
3. Matratze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kopf-, Nacken-, Schulter- , Hüft-, Becken-, Oberschenkel- und Unterschenkel/Fuß-Zone (1 bis 7).
4. Matratze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schulter-Zone (3) den niedrigsten Härtegrad aufweist.
5. Matratze nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hüft-Zone (4) den höchsten Härtegrad aufweist.
6. Matratze nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nacken- und die Beckenzone (2,5) den zweithöchsten Härtegrad aufweisen.
7. Matratze nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopf- und Unterschenkel/Fuß-Zone (1,7) den zweitniedrigsten Härtegrad aufweisen.
8. Matratze nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Gesamtlänge von 200 cm die Kopfzone (1) etwa 19 cm, die Nackenzone (2) etwa 16 cm, die Schulterzone (3) etwa 25 cm, die Hüftzone (4) etwa 15 cm, die Beckenzone (5) etwa 34 cm, die Oberschenkelzone (6) etwa 41 cm und die Unterschenkel/Fuß-Zone (7) etwa 50 cm lang sind.
9. Matratze nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchmesser der lotrechten Kanäle (8) zwischen 7 und 18 mm liegen.
10. Matratze nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstände zwischen den lotrechten Kanälen (8) zwischen 25 mm und 32 mm liegen.
11. Matratze nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchmesser der horizontalen Kanäle (9) zwischen 15 mm und 30 mm liegen.
12. Matratze nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstände zwischen den horizontalen Kanälen (9) zwischen 9,5 cm und 16 cm liegen.
13. Matratze nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die horizontalen Kanäle (9) in einer gemeinsamen Horizontalebene angeordnet sind.
