Claims (5)
- Procédé pour réaliser un bâton de colle avec une partie de pied en rotation, qui présente une broche rotative et qui est reliée de manière à fixe à celle-ci, un piston qui supporte la masse de colle, et une douille qui entoure la masse de colle avec un obturateur à capuchon, caractérisé en ce que la douille forme conjointement avec le piston une ébauche injectée d'une seule pièce, dans laquelle le piston est relié à la paroi de la douille par l'intermédiaire d'emplacements de rupture désirés, en ce que la partie de pied avec la broche rotative est introduite à travers un évidement agencé au centre dans le piston jusqu'à venue en butée de la bordure inférieure de la douille avec la partie supérieure de la partie de pied, en ce que la masse de colle est coulée dans l'unité ainsi réalisée avec la douille, la partie de pied, et la broche rotative, et après terminaison de l'opération de remplissage, on actionne la partie de pied rotative et grâce à ceci on soulève le piston au moyen de la plaque d'appui de la broche rotative jusque dans la position finale prévue, avec arrachement des emplacements de rupture désirés, et le plateau de support du piston est enfilé, au moyen d'entailles ou de gorges de bordure prévues sur lui-même, sur des barrettes de guidage prévues sur la face intérieure de la paroi de la douille, suite à quoi l'obturateur à capuchon est posé sur la douille remplie avec la colle.
- Agencement pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant :(a) une partie de pied rotative (7), qui est reliée de manière fixe à une broche rotative (7A) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément rotatif (7B), et qui présente des plaques d'appui (9A, 9B) correspondant au diamètre libre de la douille (2) et agencées à distance l'une de l'autre,(b) et une partie formant douille (2) ouverte des deux cotés avec un piston (1) relié de manière à fixe à l'intérieur par l'intermédiaire d'emplacements de rupture désirés (3), ledit piston comportant des éléments d'ancrage et des éléments d'appui pour la masse de colle, et le piston étant pourvu d'un évidement agencé au centre et d'ailettes d'appui (11) sur la bordure extérieure, tandis que des barrettes de guidage (12) sont prévues en direction longitudinale sur la paroi intérieure de la partie de douille (2).
- Agencement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le piston (1) est réalisé sous la forme d'une petite corbeille, laquelle présente des cames en pas de vis (5A) sur sa paroi intérieure, et des cames en pas de vis (5B) de préférence également sur la paroi extérieure de l'évidement central.
- Agencement selon l'une et/ou l'autre des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement agencé au centre dans le piston (1) est formé par au moins deux languettes élastiques (6) opposées l'une à l'autre, qui forment simultanément l'élément d'attaque dans la broche rotative (7A).
- Agencement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un canal d'air (4) en position de remplissage entre la paroi intérieure de la douille (2) et la partie (7, 7A, 7B), et ledit canal d'air ne communiquant plus avec l'espace rempli par la masse de colle après que la pièce (7, 7A, 7B) ait atteint sa position finale (10).
