Claims (7)
- Bâton (1) pour distribuer une masse apte à l'étalement notamment un bâton de colle ou de déodorant, constitué d'une gaine cylindrique (2) avec un fond fermé (4) où est introduit une tige (3) au moyen d'une liaison clipsée (7) pouvant tourner sur son axe longitudinal qui, approximativement le long du même axe longitudinal (5), est constituée en tige filetée (9) dépassant l'un des côtés de la liaison clipsée (7) et de l'autre côté de la liaison clipsée (7) au-dehors de la gaine (2) en forme d'écrou cannelé (10), et avec un piston (11) en forme de godet qui est assuré contre une rotation dans la gaine (2) par glissement sur des nervures (15) ou rainures de la paroi interne de la gaine, avec un élément d'enveloppe (12) cylindrique présentant des rainures longitudinales (14) ou des nervures longitudinales à sa surface externe, peut se déplacer le long de l'axe longitudinal de gaine (5) grâce à une tige filetée (9) en prise dans le trou fileté traversant (16) du piston (11), ainsi qu'un couvercle pouvant s'ouvrir sur le bord supérieur de la gaine,

le piston (11) est en deux parties et est constitué de l'élément d'enveloppe (12) cylindrique et d'un élément de plaque de fond (13) présentant le trou fileté traversant (16) et inséré dans l'élément d'enveloppe de façon à être empêché de tourner et de se déplacer axialement par rapport à l'élément d'enveloppe (12), au bord supérieur de gaine (17) est formé intérieurement un élément de butée (26) empêchant la sortie de l'élément d'enveloppe (12) et que lors de l'arrivée en butée de l'élément d'enveloppe (12) sur l'élément de butée (26) ainsi que lorsqu'on continue de faire tourner le bouton cannelé (10) pour faire avancer le piston on franchit la sécurité de déplacement axial (18, 24) dans l'élément d'enveloppe (12) avec l'élément de plaque de fond (13) et on peut déplacer en guidage l'élément de plaque de fond (13) dans l'élément d'enveloppe (12) au moins jusque dans le domaine du plan de bord frontal de l'élément d'enveloppe (12). - Bâton selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément d'enveloppe (12) présente un damaine de cylindre supérieur (12a) qui par sa surface externe présentant les rainures longitudinales (14) ou les nervures longitudinales de sécurité anti-rotation du piston (11) repose sur la paroi interne de gaine et est muni sur sa paroi interne d'un bourrelet (18) circulaire formant la sécurité de déplacement axial de l'élément de plaque de fond inséré (13) ou d'ergots disposés conformément, et que l'élément d'enveloppe (12) présente un deuxième domaine cylindrique inférieur (12b) de diamètre plus petit, qui est muni sur sa paroi interne de nervures longitudinales (20) ou de rainures longitudinales qui coopèrent avec des rainures longitudinales (21) ou des nervures longitudinales formées à l'extérieur sur le domaine (22) cylindrique creux de l'élément de plaque de fond (13) pour assurer la sécurité anti-rotation de l'élément de plaque de fond (13). - Bâton selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

la rondelle (23) en l'état de départ repose à l'intérieur sur le domaine de transition (25) entre les domaines de cylindre supérieur (12a) et inférieur (12b) de l'élément d'enveloppe (12) et est bloquée sur sa face supérieure par au moins un bourrelet (18) ou les ergots de segment disposés conformément de la sécurité de déplacement axial. - Bâton selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément de butée (26) est placé en dessous du bord supérieur de gaine et est en forme de bourrelet circulaire ou d'ergots de segment disposés d'une façon correspondante. - Bâton selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

lorsqu'il arrive en butée sur l'élément de butée (26) le plan de bord frontal supérieur de l'élément d'enveloppe (12) arrive au plan de bord frontal de la gaine (2). - Bâton selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
