Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gemüsehobel gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, der Art der GB-A-2192531.
Gemüsehobel nehmen einen wichtigen Platz in der Küchenarbeit ein, da die meisten Gemüse im Laufe der Verarbeitung in Scheiben, Streifen etc. geschnitten werden müssen. Sind unterschiedliche Formen des Schnittgutes erwünscht, so ist es aber bis jetzt erforderlich, mehrere unterschiedliche Geräte zu benutzen. Es wäre ein Vorteil, wenn ein Universalgerät zur Verfügung stünde, mit dem Gemüse zu Schnittgut mit verschiedenen Formen und Abmessungen verarbeitet werden könnte.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Gemüsehobel bereitzustellen, mit dem unterschiedliche Formen und Grössen der Abschnitte hergestellt werden können.
Erfindungsgemäss wird dies erreicht durch einen Gemüsehobel mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
Vorzugsweise hat die Gleitfläche des auswechselbaren Teils die Form eines Parallelogrammes, dessen Winkel der Schrägstellung des Messers entsprechen.
Auch sind vorzugsweise verschiedene auswechselbare Teile mit unterschiedlichen Schrägstellungen ihrer Gleitfläche vorhanden, durch die unterschiedlich breite Schnittfugen zur Herstellung verschieden dicker Abschnitte gebildet werden.
Gemäss einer besonderen Ausführungsform gibt es auswechselbare Teile mit einer Reihe von senkrecht zur Gleitfläche angeordneten Schneiden, mit denen das Schnittgut vor dem Schnitt mit der Messerschneide in einer zu ihr senkrechten Richtung eingeschnitten wird.
Gemäss einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform besteht das Gehäuse aus einem eigentlichen Hobelteil und einer über ein trennbares Gelenk mit ihm verbundenen Stütze zum Aufstellen des Hobels in einer schrägen Stellung. Vorzugsweise ist die Stütze als Behälter für das Schnittgut ausgebildet.
Im Folgenden wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung beschrieben. Es zeigen

Wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt besitzt der Hobel ein schräg in einer rechteckigen, geriffelten Gleitfläche angeordnetes Messer (1). Die geriffelte Gleitfläche besteht aus drei Teilen: Einem gehäusefesten Teil (2), der im wesentlichen in der Ebene des Messers (1) liegt; einem ebenfalls gehäusefesten, hinter dem Messer angeordneten Teil (3); einem die Form eines Parallelogramms mit Winkeln, die der Schrägstellung des Messers entsprechen, bildenden, eingesetzten Teil (4). Die geriffelte Oberfläche des Teils (4) ist zur Ebene des Messers (1) schräg gestellt und führt gleichmässig von der gemeinsamen Kante (5) mit dem Teil (2) zu einer unterhalb des Messers liegenden Kante (6). Die Kante (6) verläuft parallel zum Messer und hat von diesem einen Abstand nach unten, der mit der Schneide (7) des Messers die Schnittfuge definiert, welche die Dicke der Abschnitte des zu schneidenden Gemüseteils bestimmt.
Die gesamte Gleitfläche aus den geriffelten Teilen (2, 3, 4) und dem Messer (1) befindet sich in einem Gehäuse aus zwei seitlichen Längsholmen (8, 9) und stirnseitigen Querverbindungen (10, 11), wobei letztere unterhalb der Schneidfläche liegen.
Der eingesetzte Teil (4) besitzt ebenfalls zwei seitliche Holme (12, 13,) die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen der Seitenholme (8, 9) des Rahmens passen.
Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich besitzt der Rahmen eine über die Querverbindung (10) hinausgehende Verlängerung (14), die nach unten abgebogen ist. Die Verlängerung (14) endet in einer weiteren Querverbindung (15), die einen Griff bildet.
Weiter ist aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, dass das Gehäuse einen Unterteil (16) besitzt, das als wannenförmiger Behälter ausgebildet ist. Dieser Unterteil (16) des Gehäuses ist im Bereich der Verlängerung (14) durch ein Drehgelenk (17) mit dem oberen Teil verbunden. Das Drehgelenk (17) besteht aus einem in Fig. 1 sichtbaren Nocken (18) an jeder Seite des Gehäuseunterteils (16) und entsprechenden Ausnehmungen in den Rahmenseitenteilen (8 und 9) des Oberteils. Der Nocken (18) ist auch in der teilweise geschnittenen Ansicht in Fig. 6 gut sichtbar.
An den Gehäuseseitenteilen (8 und 9) sind in der Nähe der Querverbindung (11) jeweils zwei federnde Stifte (19) angebracht, die mit stufenförmigen Vorsprüngen versehen sind und in entsprechende Ausnehmungen des Unterteils eingreifen, so dass sich die beiden Gehäuseteile nicht ohne weiteres von selbst voneinander lösen können.
Der Gehäuseunterteil (16) hat zwei Funktionen. Im zusammengeklappten Zustand, der in Fig. 2 am besten sichtbar ist, dient der Gehäuseunterteil zur Aufnahme von abgehobelten Gemüsescheiben. Dafür ist er besonders geeignet, wenn eine kleinere Menge Gemüse gehobelt werden soll. Zum Herausnehmen des Schnittguts eignet sich die schräggestellte Stirnwand (20) des Behälters besonders gut.
In seiner zweiten Funktion dient der Gehäuseunterteil als Stütze für den schräg aufgestellten Gemüsehobel, wie es in Fig. 5 gezeigt ist. Dabei werden die beiden Teile soweit auseinandergeklappt, bis die Unterkante der Verlängerung (14) an einem dafür vorgesehenen Absatz (21) des Gehäuseunterteils aufliegt.
Zum Reinigen des Gemüsehobels und vor allem des Gehäuseunterteils sind die beiden Teile ohne weiteres voneinander trennbar. Der Nocken (18) ist zu diesem Zweck keilförmig angeschrägt, so dass im halbgeöffneten Zustand der Oberteil vom Gehäuseunterteil abgeschoben werden kann.
Zur Herstellung unterschiedlich dicker Scheiben und anderer Formen sind verschieden ausgebildete Einsätze (4) vorgesehen, die bei Bedarf ausgewechselt werden können. So gibt es verschiedene Einsätze mit unterschiedlicher Schrägstellung der Gleitfläche und demzufolge verschieden breiter Schnittfuge. Mit diesen Einsätzen können dünnere oder dickere Scheiben gehobelt werden.
Ausserdem gibt es Einsätze, die vor der Messerschneide (7) eine Vielzahl von senkrecht zur Gleitfläche (4) angeordneten Schneiden (22) aufweisen, deren Höhe der Schnittfuge entspricht. Diese Schneiden erzeugen parallele Einschnitte im Gemüseteil derart, dass nach dem Abschneiden einer Scheibe mit dem Messer (1) diese Scheibe in eine Vielzahl von Streifen zerteilt ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Gemüsehobel mit einer Gleitfläche für die Führung des zu schneidenden Gemüses, einem in der Gleitfläche schräg zur Gleitrichtung angeordneten und die Gleitfläche in zwei Teile trennenden Messer, einer aus der Messerschneide und dem tiefer als das Messer liegenden Teil der Gleitfläche gebildeten Schnittfuge, wobei der vor dem Messer (1) befindliche Teil der Gleitfläche auswechselbar ist und eine zur Schnittfügeführende, schräge Fläche definiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vor dem Messer (1) befindliche Teil (4) der Gleitfläche aus einem in der Messerebene liegenden gehäusefesten Teil (2) und einem zwischen diesem festen Teil (2) und dem Messer (1) eingesetzten auswechselbaren Teil (4) besteht, und dass die Gleitfläche des auswechselbaren Teils eine vom festen Teil (2) gleichmässig zur Schnittfuge führende, schräge Ebene definiert, und dass das Gehäuse des Hobels zum Ständer aufklappbar ist.
  2. Gemüsehobel nach Anspruch (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der auswechselbare Teil (4) die Form eines Parallelogramms hat, dessen Winkel der Schrägstellung des Messers (1) entsprechen.
  3. Gemüsehobel nach Anspruch (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass verschiedene auswechselbare Teile (4) mit unterschiedlichen Schrägstellungen ihrer Gleitfläche vorhanden sind, durch die unterschiedlich breite Schnittfugen zur Herstellung verschieden dicker Abschnitte gebildet werden.
  4. Gemüsehobel nach Anspruch (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der auswechselbare Teil eine Reihe von senkrecht zur Gleitfläche angeordneten Schneiden (22) besitzt, mit denen das Schnittgut vor dem Schnitt mit der Messerschneide (7) in einer zu ihr senkrechten Richtung eingeschnitten wird.
  5. Gemüsehobel nach Anspruch (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse aus einem Hobelteil und einer über ein trennbares Gelenk (18) mit ihm verbundenen Stütze (16) zum Aufstellen des Hobels in einer schrägen Stellung besteht.
  6. Gemüsehobel nach Anspruch 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze als Behälter (16) für das Schnittgut ausgebildet ist.
