Definitions
- the invention relates to flat bar arrangements of a revolving flat card.
- the flat bar of a revolving flat card comprises in any case a set receiving part, which with a Drive device must be connected.
- the flat bar can include end heads that both with the fitting receiving part as well as to be connected to the drive device.
- the invention provides a connection system in a first aspect between a revolving flat bar of a revolving flat card and a flexible drive belt for the cover bars according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a such a connection system is known for example from DE-A-3907396 (US-4955111). It is particularly described there and shown (Fig. 4), the end of the lid head with a continuous hollow cylindrical bore and Drive belts with lugs that fit into the corresponding Engage holes in the lid heads.
- Fig. 4 shows the lid head with teeth Tooth gaps in which corresponding teeth of a double toothed belt reach in.
- the flat bars that are between the flexible bend and the toothed belt applies that they are managed there sufficiently. However in the area the redirection of the flexible bow, so that the flat bars do not fall off the toothed belt. After this deflection, the flat bars are easily removed Detachable timing belt as it lies freely on it.
- the above device has the disadvantage that the flat bars in the redirection and sometimes also on the ascending and falling path of the endless movement loop of the Mechanical revolving cover (through specially designed planned funds) must be managed. This means an increased constructive effort.
- Fig.8 From DE-A-3814412 (Fig.8) is a connection system for use with a Cover chain known, an end portion of a mounting bolt with a continuous slot is provided so that two webs are created. Every bridge points an outward approach. The webs are elastic so that the Lugs can snap into a slot in the lid head.
- the system requires one Fastening element (the bolt) which itself is connected to the cover chain got to.
- the arrangement has compared to the conventional systems (with a Screw instead of bolt) has practically no advantages and is not in practice appeared.
- the invention has set itself the task of the above-mentioned device improve that the flat bars in a very simple and effective way, especially in Area of the deflection, are guided and yet the flat bars are easily replaceable are connected to the drive belt. This task is done through a connection solved according to the features in the characterizing part of claim 1 or claim 2.
- the advantages of the present invention are in particular that now none additional mechanical deflection guides are needed more and a simple one and practical connection of the flat bars to the drive belt during operation is guaranteed.
- the flat bars can easily be removed from the drive belt remove and replace.
- the solution according to the invention is not only available for the known flat bars with cuboid lid heads, but for Example also with flat bars that have rod-shaped sliding bolts at their ends are provided, for example according to EP-A-567747.
- the flat bar can be shaped as a hollow profile and with separately formed end heads be provided.
- a flat bar is for example in US-A-4827573 and consists of a steel tube drawn through a profile shape.
- On Both ends of the flat bar are solid head pieces for attachment with one Drive belt provided.
- head pieces are either welded or with rivets or screws connected to the flat rod so that they can be replaced when they are through Wear have become unusable.
- connection between the Flat bar and the head pieces are provided, which are simple and is inexpensive to manufacture and unnecessary local tensions between the Headpiece and a hollow flat rod reduced to a minimum.
- This arrangement has the great advantage that the connection between the head piece and the hollow Flat rod is manufactured in a very inexpensive way, and yet a dimensionally stable and precise location connection between these two parts allowed.
- this type of connection is particularly advantageous when light metals such as aluminum or the like, can be used as a hollow profile for the production of flat bars. Due to the inexpensive manufacture of such flat bars, it is much more economical if the flat bars are replaced as a whole instead of just the Exchange headers or headboards.
- the revolving cover set of a card according to DE-A-3835776 comprises for example 106 flat bars 1, of which 41 are in the working position, that means in contact with the sliding guide are located.
- Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a Part of a flat bar 1 on a so-called flexible sheet 2, which serves as a sliding guide here.
- the flat bar 1 has a cavity 3 with a wall 4.
- the flat bar 1 has two reinforcing ribs 5, in which blind hole-like connecting holes 6 are provided. In these holes 6 slide pins 7 are pressed or screwed in.
- the flat rod runs on this sliding bolt 7 1 on the flexible sheet 2.
- the reinforcing ribs 5 are each provided with an upstanding edge 8 so that the set, not shown, lightly on the flat rod 1 can be applied by flanging.
- FIG. 1 Drive belts are brought into circulation.
- Figures 2 to 5 are now four different ways of connecting between a drive belt 9 and the sliding pin 7 shown.
- the left bolt 7a belongs to one first flat rod, the middle two bolts 7b into one second flat bar 1 (indicated by dashed lines) and the right one Bolt 7c to a third flat bar.
- the distance between the bolts 7b is fixed, the means unchangeable, and that the distance, for example between the bolt 7a and the right bolt 7b in Dependent on the division of the drive belt 9 changeable is. This distance is as for the connection system such unimportant.
- Fig. 3 is a second variant of a drive or Timing belt 9.1 in connection with the flat bar according to FIG. 1 shown.
- Two tooth-like projections 10.1 (which are similar are formed as the projection 10 in Fig. 2) the two bolts 7b of the flat bar 1. It remains therefore an open space between the two bolts 7b, which at the deflection on the - not shown - gear is slightly curved. This will make the snap connection somewhat looser, but still remains sufficiently stable to Hold the flat bars 1 securely on the toothed belt 9.1.
- each bolt 7b is on both sides surrounded by a tooth-like projection 10.2.
- each bolt 7b is on both sides surrounded by a tooth-like projection 10.2.
- FIG. 2 shows that the cams 12 of the projections 10.2 .
- relief slots 11 are again provided, which in this case are somewhat wider than in FIG. 2.
- the relief slots are 11 about the same depth as the height (or depth) the projections 10 or 10.1.
- Fig. 5 is a fourth way of connecting between the drive belt 9.3 and the bolt 7b of the flat bar 1 shown.
- Projections 10.3 and 10.4 provided the one hand engage between the bolts 7b (projection 10.3) and on the other hand grasp only the left bolt 7b (projection 10.4).
- FIGS. 6 and 6a Another variant of the clamp connection is shown in FIGS. 6 and 6a indicated with a drive or toothed belt 9.4.
- the flat rod 1 is not a hollow profile here but formed as a solid rod and is in the usual form with a cuboid end 13, on which a pin 14th is arranged in the middle.
- the pin 14 is with two to the outside curved leaf springs 15 provided in a corresponding Engage the blind hole 16 in the drive belt 9.4 (Fig.6a).
- the blind hole 16 can be reinforced accordingly be by means of a metal can or the like.
- Slits or grooves are provided in the metal sleeve be.
- leaf springs 15 also in the blind hole 16 can be provided so that the Pin 14 is clamped by the leaf springs 15.
- the clamping could still have corresponding slots in the Pen 14 may be provided.
- annular one Groove in pin 14 or in blind hole 16 be milled.
- spring washers can also be used or can also be a rubber spring in the form of a rubber ring in a groove either in pin 14 or in Blind hole 16 may be provided.
- FIG. 7 shows a further variant of the clamp or snap connection indicated according to Figures 6 and 6a.
- the cuboid End 13 of the flat bar is there with a continuous Provide hole 17, rounded at the top and bottom or folded.
- the projection 10.5 is similar to that protrusions described with reference to Figures 1 to 5.
- the cams 12 are here again on the outwardly facing Rounded edges so that a safe "entry and exit Notching "is guaranteed.
- the projection 10.5 shown in the clamped Condition is always under an elastic tension that ie the cams 12 are pressed together at their ends and the slot 11 is tapered.
- Fig. 8 is a flat bar 31 with a back part 32 and a clothing receiving part 33 shown.
- On the clothing receiving part 33 is usually a sawtooth set (not shown here) clamped on the side two projections 34 with obliquely inwardly extending holding surfaces 35 are provided.
