Claims (19)

  1.   2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Verschluß (5) über der Basis (6) einen Kragen (19) aufweist, der seitliche Rillen ausbildet.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Verschluß (5) Rippen (19A,19B) aufweist, die zwischen dem Kragen und der Basis (6) diametral einander gegenüberliegend vorgesehen sind.
  4. Behälter nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 - 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Verschluß (5) assymetrisch angeordnet ist, und zwar in einem kleineren Abstand von der Spitze der einen seitlichen Schweißlinie (7) als von der Spitze der anderen seitlichen Schweißlinie (8), wobei die beiden Hohlräume des oberen Teils (4) ungleich groß sind.
  5. Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Verschluß in Bezug auf die Basis assymetrisch angeordnet ist, und daß eine Grifflasche (15) über die Basis (6) in einem Gebiet vorspringt, das den Verschluß nicht enthält.
  6. Element zum Herstellen des Behälters nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das verhältnismäßig steife Element einen Verschluß (5) mit einer rechteckigen oder quadratischen Basis (6) aufweist, sowie eine Grifflasche (15), die einstückig mit der Basis (6) ausgebildet ist und die über die Basis vorspringt.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Behälters aus biegsamem Material nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 - 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - daß ein erster Film (24) aus einheitlichem oder zusammengesetztem wärmeschweißbarem Material flach ausgezogen wird,
    - daß der erste Film (24) längs seiner Längsachse in regulären Intervallen perforiert wird (bei 30),
    - daß auf dem ersten Film (24) Basen (6) der Verschlüsse (5) geführt und befestigt werden, und zwar entsprechend den Perforationen (30),
    - daß der erste Film (24) dadurch verformt wird, daß seine Seitenteile nach unten geklappt werden, während der mit dem Verschluß (5) versehene Teil in der oberen Position verbleibt,
    - daß ein zweiter Film (41) aus einheitlichem oder zusammengesetztem wärmeschweißbarem Material abgewickelt und gezogen wird, wobei er zwischen die nach unten weisenden Seitenteile des ersten Films (24) geführt wird,
    - daß die beiden Filme (24,41) miteinander verschweißt werden, um unterbrochene oder gebogene Schweißlinien (14) der Böden (3) der Behälter (1) auszubilden,
    - daß seitliche Schweißlinien (7,8) der Behälter (1) angelegt werden und daß sie zwischen den Schweißlinien getrennt werden, und
    - daß die oberen Teile (4) dieser Behälter (1) derart ausgebildet werden, daß die erwähnten Hohlräume erhalten werden.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß am ersten Film (24) vorher eine Markierung erfolgt, und zwar der Faltungen des oberen Teils (4) der Behälter (1) derart, daß die Ausbildung der Hohlräume erleichtert wird.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der erste Film (24) so verformt wird, daß er eine Faltung in Form eines T ausbildet, wobei die Verschlüsse (5,6) sich im oberen Teil befinden, und daß die Schweißungen einschließlich derjenigen, die die Falten des oberen Teils (4) der Behälter (1) fixieren, in dieser T-förmigen Konfiguration ausgebildet sind, wobei die Trennung (bei Pos. 59) der Behälter (1) anschließend deren Strecken einschließlich der Ausbildung der Hohlräume ermöglicht.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß gleichzeitig die gebogenen oder unterbrochenen Schweißlinien (14) der Böden und die Schweißungen ausgebildet werden, die die Faltungen des oberen Teils (4) fixieren, und anschließend die seitlichen Schweißlinien (7,8) der Behälter (1).
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Strecken der Behälter (1) nach deren Trennung (bei Pos. 59) durch Aufblasen der Behälter über deren Verschlüsse (5) erfolgt.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 7 - 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Verschlüsse (5), die sich auf dem ersten Film (24) befinden, verwendet werden, um den Film (24) zu führen, um ihn stromab zu ziehen und um die Behälter (1) zu handhaben.
  13. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Patentansprüche 7 - 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß folgende Merkmale in Kombination vorgesehen sind:
    - Mittel (22,23,25,26,33) zum Abspulen einer ersten Rolle (20) eines wärmeschweißbaren Films und zum Flachziehen des ersten Films (24), der von der Spule (20) abgewickelt wird,
    - Mittel zum Stanzen (29), die das Perforieren (bei Pos. 30) des ersten Films (24) längs seiner Längsachse sicherstellen,
    - Mittel (31,32) zum Heranführen und zum Schweißen der Basen (6) der Verschlüsse (5) auf dem ersten Film (24), und zwar entsprechend den Perforationen,
    - ein Gerät für den ersten Film, das die Verschlüsse (5,6) in der oberen Lage hält, während die seitlichen Teile des Films (24) nach unten geklappt sind,
    - Mittel (39,42) zum Abspulen einer zweiten Rolle (40) eines wärmeschweißbaren Films und zum Zuführen des zweiten Films (41), der von dieser Rolle (40) abgespult wird, zwischen die Seitenteile des ersten Films (24),
    - Mittel (44-55) zum Verschweißen der beiden Filme (24,41) miteinander, wodurch Schweißlinien in gebogenen oder unterbrochenen Linien (14) der Böden der Behälter ausgebildet werden und auch seitliche Schweißlinien (7,8),
    - eine Vorrichtung (56) zum Ziehen der beiden vereinigten Filme (24, 41) und Trennmittel (59), die die Behälter (1) trennen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß stromab der Mittel zum Abspulen des ersten Films (24) eine Vorrichtung (28) zum Markieren der Faltungen des oberen Teils (4) der Behälter (1) vorgesehen ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Gerät eine flache, horizontale Führung (37) aufweist, die den oberen Teil des ersten Films (24), der die Verschlüsse (5,6) aufweist, hält, sowie zwei seitliche, konvergierende Führungsstangen (38) derart, daß der erste Film (24) nach und nach in eine T-förmige Konfiguration gebracht wird, wobei eine Einrichtung mit Heizbacken (48) stromab des Geräts vorgesehen ist, um die Faltungen des oberen Teils (4) der Behälter (1) durch Schweißen zu fixieren.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Einrichtung mit den Heizbacken (48) zum Fixieren der Faltungen des oberen Teils (4) der Behälter (1) durch Schweißen in ein und derselben Schweißstation (44) einer Doppelstation (45) zum Verschweißen der Böden (3) der Behälter (1) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Schweißstation (44) von einer Station (50) gefolgt ist, die die seitlichen Schweißlinien (7,8) derselben Behälter (1) ausbildet.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Station (50) zum Ausbilden der seitlichen Schweißlinien (7,8) zwei vertikale, heizbare Backenpaare (51,52) aufweist, die von einem Paar Abkühlungsblöcken (53) gefolgt sind, wobei elastische Heizblöcke (54,55) in eine der Backen (51,52) jedes Paares eingesetzt sind, und zwar gegenüber der anderen Backe.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 13 - 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zusätzlich zu einer Trennstation (59), die das Abtrennen der Behälter (1) entsprechend den seitlichen Schweißlinien (7,8) sicherstellt, eine Einrichtung (60) zum Greifen, zum Mitnehmen und zum Aufblasen der abgetrennten Behälter (1) vorgesehen ist, in der die Behälter an ihren Verschlüssen (5) gegriffen und mitgenommen werden und wo sie durch ihre Verschlüsse (5) aufgeblasen werden, um ihre endgültige Gestalt anzunehmen.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß, zugeordnet der Einrichtung (60) zum Greifen, zur Mitnahme und zum Aufblasen der Behälter, Schweißmittel (61,62) für Laschen vorgesehen sind, die sich in den oberen Winkeln der Behälter (1) befinden.
