Claims (5)
- Grille à rouleaux pour installations de combustion, en particulier installations d'incinération d'ordures, avec des rouleaux de grille creux (1) de forme cylindrique, disposés les uns à côté des autres suivants des axes parallèles, le long d'un plan (3) incliné, et entre lesquels est respecté un espace intermédiaire, dans lequel sont disposés des racleurs (5) qui sont fixés sur un porte-racleur (6) disposé au-dessous de l'espace intermédiaire, caractérisée en ce que, au-dessous des racleurs (5), sont disposés des éléments d'étanchéité (11) en forme de tourillons à pivotement pressés élastiquement sur la totalité de sa longueur contre le rouleau de grille (1).
- Grille à rouleaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments d'étanchéité (11) sont pressés contre le rouleau de grille (1) au moyen d'éléments élastiques, tourillonnant à pivotement.
- Grille à rouleaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément d'étanchéité (11) est constitué de plusieurs plaques situées très près les unes des autres, soutenues élastiquement individuellement.
- Grille à rouleaux selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les éléments élastiques sont constitués de ressorts à lames (15) reliés entre eux, assujettis en rotation à un arbre (16) et guidés pour permettre un coulissement de chacun dans une fixation (13), située sur l'élément d'étanchéité (11) du côté opposé au rouleau de grille (1).
- Grille à rouleaux selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévu un recouvrement (19) entre l'élément d'étanchéité (11) tourillonnant à pivotement et le porte-racleur (6), le recouvrement (19) étant fixé de manière rigide sur le porte-racleur (6).
