Claims (15)
- Luftkühler zum Erzeugen eines Kühlluftstromes, bestehend aus einem einen Lufteinlaß und einen Luftauslaß aufweisenden Gehäuse (12), in dem eine ein Kühlmittel führende Kühlrohranordnung (18) vorgesehen ist, zumindest einem von einem Elektromotor (38) angetriebenen Gebläse (40), das in Strömungsrichtung der Luft hinter der Kühlrohranordnung (18) angeordnet ist, sowie einer am Luftauslaß vorgesehenen Luftleitgitteranordnung (50, 50'), wobei das Gebläse (40) in einer Öffnung (32) einer Zwischenwand (30) angeordnet ist, die das Gehäuse (12) in eine zustromseitige, die Kühlrohranordnung (18) enthaltende Wärmetauscherkammer und in eine abstromseitige Druckkammer (46) unterteilt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Lufteinlaß mehrere in einer bodenseitigen Lufteinlaßwand des Gehäuses (12) ausgebildete Lufteintrittsöffnungen (14) umfaßt,daß die Zwischenwand (30) sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Lufteinlaßwand erstreckt und über ihre gesamte Fläche einen im wesentlichen konstanten Abstand zur Kühlrohranordnung (18) aufweist, unddaß die Luftleitgitteranordnung (50, 50') Stegmaschenstruktur mit einer Vielzahl von Einzelöffnungen (52) besitzt. - Luftkühler nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lufteintrittsöffnungen (14) im wesentlichen über die gesamte Lufteinlaßwand verteilt sind. - Luftkühler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lufteintrittsöffnungen (14) den wesentlichen Teil der Fläche der Lufteinlaßwand bilden. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Höhe der diese Einzelöffnungen (52) begrenzenden Stege etwa 5 bis 15 mm beträgt. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zwischenwand (30) im oberen Drittel des flachquaderförmig ausgebildeten Gehäuses (12) angeordnet ist. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das oder die Gebläse (40) mittig in der Zwischenwand (30) angeordnet ist bzw. sind. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der oberhalb der Trennwand (30) liegende, die Druckkammer (46) bildende Gehäuseteil als separater Gehäuseteil ausgebildet und austauschbar sowie insbesondere mit unterschiedlichen Luftleitgitteranordnungen (50, 50') ausstattbar ist. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Luftleitgitteranordnung aus einem einzigen, in der Vorderwand (47) des Gehäuses (12) vorgesehenen Luftleitgitterelement (50) besteht. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Luftleitgitterelement (50, 50') eine rechteckige Umfangsform aufweist. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich ein Luftleitgitterelement (50, 50') im wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite der Vorder- und/oder Rückwand (47, 48) des Gehäuses (12) erstreckt. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich das Luftleitgitterelement (50, 50') nur über einen oberen Teilbereich der Höhe der Druckkammer (46) erstreckt. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die gesamte Luftaustrittsfläche der Luftleitgitterelemente (50, 50') im wesentlichen der Luftansaugfläche des Gebläses (40) entspricht. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die gesamte Luftaustrittsfläche der Luftleitgitterelemente (50, 50') kleiner als die Luftansaugfläche des Gebläses (40) ist und insbesondere der halben LuftansaugFläche des oder der Gebläse (40) entspricht. - Luftkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einzelöffnungen (52) rechteckig ausgebildet sind. - Luftkühler nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einzelöffnungen quadratisch ausgebildet sind.
