Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Schaffen eines homogenen Luftstroms durch Änderung der Struktur, bei dem der Luftstrom durch das Laufrad (3) eines Gebläses (1) in den Spiralkanal (5) des Gebläsegehäuses (4) gepresst und daraus in einer etwa rechtwinkligen Umlenkung (6) in ein seitlich angeordnetes Brennergehäuse (8) geleitet wird, aus dem es durch Luftlöcher (31) in einem Verteilerelement (13) in die Brennzone eines Gebläsebrenners einströmt, gekennzeichnet durch eine mindestens 2-stufige Verringerung des Turbulenzgrades, wobei mindestens zwei der folgenden 3 Stufen verwendet werden: 1. Stufe an der Umlenkung (6) vom Spiralkanal (5) zum Brennergehäuse (8) ein Linearberuhiger (14), vorzugsweise in Form eines Lamellengitters (15), 2. Stufe im Brennergehäuse (8) ein Rohrberuhiger (22), vorzugsweise in Form eines stirnseitig zum Verteilerelement (13) offenen Zylindergitters (23), 3. Stufe ein Kreisberuhiger (26) in Form eines mit kleinen Löchern (28) versehenen Gitters (27) vor dem Verteilerelement (13), welches den Luftstrom homogenisiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die 2-stufige Verringerung des Turbulenzgrades des Luftstroms nach folgenden geometrischen Bedingungen verwirklicht wird:für die 1. Stufe:M1 : M = (1 ÷ 3) (1 ÷ 15), vorzugsweise M1 : M = 1 10;ΣF1 : ΣF = 1 ÷ 8, vorzugsweise 1 F1 : ΣF = 4;für die 2. Stufe:M2 : M = (1 ÷ 3) (1 ÷ 15), vorzugsweise M2 : M = 1 : 10;ΣF2 : ΣF = 3 ÷ 12, vorzugsweise ΣF2 : ΣF = 6; - Gerät zum Schaffen eines homogenen Luftstroms enthaltend ein Gebläse (1) mit einem Elektromotor (2), einem Radiallaufrad (3), einem Gebläsegehäuse (4) mit einem Spiralkanal (5) und einer zur Seite des Elektromotors gewandten Umlenkung (6), sowie ein Brennergehäuse (8) mit einem Seitenausschnitt (9) zum Anschluss der Umlenkung (6), einem rückwärtigen Boden (10) mit zentraler Öffnung (11) für eine Brennstofflanze (12) und ein gegenüberliegendes Verteilerelement (13) in Form einer mit Luftlöchern (31) versehenen Scheibe,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur mindestens 2-stufigen Verringerung des Turbulenzgrades an der Umlenkung (6) mindestens zwei der folgenden 3 Stufen eingebaut sind: 1. Stufe als Linearberuhiger (14), vorzugsweise in Form eines Lamellengitters (15), 2. Stufe im Brennergehäuse (8) als axialsymmetrisch befestigter Rohrberuhiger (22) in Form eines Zylindergitters (13) mit vorzugsweise längsläufigen Schlitzen (24), 3. Stufe vor dem Verteilerelement (13) als ein Kreisberuhiger (26) in Form eines Gitters (27) mit kleinen Löchern (28). - Gerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergitter (23) des Rohrberuhigers (22) Öffnungen jeder beliebigen Form hat, unter der folgenden Bedingung:M'2 M1 = (1 ÷ 3) : (1 ÷ 15), vorzugsweise M'2 : M1 = 1 : 10;ΣF'2 ΣF = 3 ÷ 12, vorzugsweise ΣF'2 : ΣF = 6. - Gerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergitter (23) des Rohrberuhigers (22) eine geschlossene Endstrecke (25) aufweist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergitter (23) des Rohrberuhigers (22) am Boden (10) des Brennergehäuses (8) stationär befestigt ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergitter (32) des Rohrberuhigers (22) am Verteilerelement (13) befestigt ist und mit ihm eine abnehmbare Baugruppe bildet. - Gerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylindergitter (23) des Rohrberuhigers (22) gemeinsam mit dem Verteilerelement (13) eine Fertigungseinheit bildet. - Gerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zylindergitter (23) des Rohrberuhigers (22) zusätzlich ein gitterförmiger Rohrdruckminderer (29) angeordnet ist, der dem Zylindergitter (23) des Rohrberuhigers (22) geometrisch ähnlich ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Rohrdruckminderer (29) außerhalb des Rohrberuhigers (22) angeordnet ist.
