Claims (17)

  1. Ferme-porte (6) dont le bras de positionnement (7), à l'une de ses extrémités, est solidaire en rotation de l'axe d'entraînement (16) du ferme-porte, l'autre extrémité portant un élément coulissant (11) susceptible, au moins de se déplacer en translation dans un rail de guidage (12) prévu sur le dormant (2), ou équivalent, de la porte (1), et de préférence susceptible de se bloquer en position d'ouverture, un axe de pivotement (17) ou équivalent situé à l'extrémité (10) du bras de positionnement, du côté de l'élément coulissant, tournant sur palier dans l'élément coulissant (11), l'axe de pivotement (17) pouvant être relié à l'élément coulissant (11) par enclipsage ou par encliquetage, caractérisé en ce que l'élément coulissant (11) comporte une pièce réceptrice (18) en forme de fourche pour l'axe de pivotement, les branches de la fourche (19, 20) de la pièce réceptrice (18) étant disposées transversalement par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (17) et étant susceptibles de s'écarter de façon élastique.
  2. Ferme-porte selon le revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la liaison par enclipsage ou par encliquetage entre l'axe de pivotement (17) et l'élément coulissant (11) peut être bloquée par un élément de sécurité (23).
  3. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité (23) et l'élément coulissant (11) peuvent se verrouiller par enclipsage ou par encliquetage.
  4. Ferme-porte selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les branches de la fourche (19, 20) ont leur extrémité libre dirigée du côté opposé au dormant (1), et en ce que les extrémités libres des branches de la fourche sont placées en vis à vis en formant des contredépouilles, ou bien comportent des surépaisseurs correspondantes (21, 22).
  5. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce réceptrice (18) en forme de fourche est constituée par un alésage de palier, découpé aux dimensions de l'axe de pivotement (17) ou correspondant à la partie en prise (24) de l'axe de pivotement.
  6. Ferme-porte selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément coulissant (11) est constitué par un coulisseau dont la partie centrale est formée par la pièce réceptrice (18) en forme de fourche, et dont les extrémités portent chacune une nervure (26, 27) saillante, disposée pratiquement parallèlement à la branche de fourche (19, 20) correspondante.
  7. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité (23) est en forme de U ou bien comporte une zone dont la section est en forme de U, les côtés en forme de U (28, 29) étant chacun en prise entre une branche de fourche (19, 20) et une nervure (26, 27) de l'élément coulissant (11).
  8. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chacun des côtés en forme de U (28, 29) de l'élément de sécurité (23) comporte un bourrelet latéral longitudinal qui se verrouille par enclipsage ou par encliquetage derrière un bourrelet extérieur dépassant en direction opposée de la branche correspondante (19, 20) de la fourche.
  9. Ferme-porte selon l'une au moins des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie (24) de diamètre réduit de l'axe de pivotement (17) se verrouille entre les branches (19, 20) de la fourche.
  10. Ferme-porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un logement de verrouillage (32) situé à l'extrémité de l'élément coulissant (11) opposée au dormant de porte (1) lorsque la porte (2) est en position ouverte, se verrouille dans un logement de blocage, basculant sous l'action d'un ressort, et dont la position est réglable dans le sens longitudinal du rail de guidage (12).
  11. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le logement de verrouillage (32) de l'élément coulissant (11) est constitué par les extrémités de l'une des nervures (26, 27) et par l'élément de sécurité (23).
  12. Ferme-porte selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage (34) est un levier à deux bras (33) monté en rotation sur le boîtier (36) qui est susceptible d'être réglé en position et bloqué sur le rail de guidage (12).
  13. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (36) comporte un cliquet (37) dépassant latéralement dans le sens de déplacement (13) du bras de levier (35) du levier (33), le second bras de levier (38) prenant appui sur un pan oblique (39) d'un coulisseau (40) susceptible de se déplacer dans le sens longitudinal du rail de guidage (12) en s'opposant à l'action d'un ressort de rappel (43).
  14. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (40) comporte un alésage borgne (45) prévu pour recevoir au moins partiellement le ressort de rappel (43) dont une extrémité est en appui au fond de l'alésage borgne, l'autre extrémité s'appuyant sur un élément de réglage (47).
  15. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de réglage (47) est un élément fileté susceptible d'être vissé dans le boîtier (36).
  16. Ferme-porte selon l'une au moins des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (36) sur sa face arrière, côté rail de guidage, comporte une rainure longitudinale (49) resserrée vers l'extérieur, qui s'étend au moins sur une partie de la longueur, et qui s'engage sur un côté (50) du rail de guidage (12) dont la section a la forme d'un double T.
  17. Ferme-porte selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (36) peut être immobilisé en position sur le rail de guidage (12) au moyen d'au moins une vis de blocage (55).
