Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen Von Bögen mit einem Rahmen (10), mehreren in diesem Rahmen übereinander angeordneten Fächern (20), die zur Beschickung mit Papierstapeln (28) vorgesehen sind, wobei jedes Fach (20) mit einer Auswurfvorrichtung für einzelne Bögen und einer Übergabevorrichtung versehen ist, und einer an die Auswurfvorrichtungen der Fächer (20) angrenzenden Vertikal-Fördereinrichtung (26) zur Aufnahme der aus ihrem Fach ausgeworfenen Bögen mittels der Übergabevorrichtungen und zur Beförderung derselben zu einer Zusammentragstation, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswurfvorrichtung wenigstens ein Endlos-Lochband (34), das auf zwei beabstandete Umlenkrollen (36, 38) aufgezogen ist, und einen Unterdruckbehälter (46) aufweist, der von dem Band (34) umgeben ist und der in seiner unteren Wandung, die an die innere Fläche des Untertrums (34a) des Bandes (34) angrenzt, verteilte Luftdurchgangsöffnungen aufweist, wobei die gegenüberliegende Fläche des Untertrums des Bandes (34) bezüglich des obersten Bogens (28a) des Stapels parallel zu diesem und in einem Abstand angeordnet ist, der durch eine bewegliche Platte (22), auf der der Stapel (28) liegt, im wesentlichen konstant gehalten wird.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabevorrichtung durch eine Antriebsrolle (56) und wenigstens eine Klemmrolle (58) gebildet ist und der Schlitz, der zwischen der Rolle und der Klemmrolle gebildet ist, im wesentlichen in der Ebene des Untertrums (34a) des Lochbands (34) liegt.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfang der Antriebsrolle (56) an ein vertikales Transportband (50) der Fördereinrichtung (26) angrenzt, dessen der Antriebsrolle (56) gegenüberliegende Fläche an einer Stützrolle (60) anliegt, wobei ein Ablenkelement (66) dem Umfang der Antriebsrolle (56) zugeordnet ist, um die vordere Kante eines durch die Transportrolle (56) beförderten Bogens in den Schlitz zu leiten, der zwischen dieser und dem Transportband (50) der Fördereinrichtung (26) gebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswurfvorrichtung, die Übergabevorrichtung und die Fördereinrichtung so angeordnet sind, daß ein Bogen, der von seinem Stapel (28) getrennt wurde und durch Ansaugen an der unteren Fläche des Bandes (34) haftet, durch das Band zu der Übergabevorrichtung befördert, durch diese übernommen und zu der Fördereinrichtung (26) übertragen wurde, im Moment seiner Übernahme durch die Fördereinrichtung (26) wenigstens mit seiner hinteren Kante noch an dem Band (34) haftet.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Luftstrom in einen Raum zwischen der unteren Fläche des obersten, gegen das Lochband (34) gesaugten Bogens (28a) und der oberen Fläche des folgenden Bogens (28b) des Stapels (28) geleitet wird, der durch wenigstens ein ringförmiges Spreizelement (44) erzeugt ist, das sich parallel zu dem Band (34) erstreckt und dessen Dicke größer ist als die des Bandes, so daß eine lokale Verformung des angesaugten Bogens (28a) hervorgerufen wird, die in dessen Längsrichtung ausgerichtet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spreizelement durch einen Endlosriemen (44) gebildet ist, der um zwei Umlenkrollen (36, 38) gelegt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Lochbänder (34) um Umlenkrollen (36, 38) gelegt sind und sich in geringem Abstand voneinander parallel erstrecken, wobei der Riemen (44) im wesentlichen in der Mitte der Bänder (34) angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Luftstrom auf die seitlichen Ränder und/oder auf den stirnseitigen Rand des Stapels (28) geleitet wird, um die Trennung der Bögen zu erleichtern.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (10) eine allgemein prismatische Form aufweist und die Fördereinrichtung (26) entlang einer Seite des Rahmens angeordnet ist, während die Fächer (22) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Rahmens angeordnet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fächer (22), bezogen auf eine schräge Seite (18a) der prismatischen Form des Rahmens, seitlich aus dem Rahmen (10) hervorstehen.
