Claims (7)
- Einlageelement zur Anwendung beim Trocknen und Brennen von in einem Weichpreßverfahren hergestellten, großformatigen Ziegelformlingen in einem Arbeitsgang, bei dem die Ziegelformlinge einen höheren Lochanteil von 20 bis 50% aufweisen und nach dem Pressen naß auf einem Herdwagen ohne Umladen durch einen kombinierten Trockner- und Brennofen transportiert werden, das als Stab (2) mit rechteckigem, insbesondere quadratischem Querschnitt und einer Länge ausgebildet ist, die geringer als die Breite der Auflagefläche der Ziegelformlinge (1) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stäbe mit rechteckigem oder quadratischem Querschnitt Durchlässe aufweisen, die von Perforierungen gebildet sind, die quer oder schräg zur Längsachse der Stäbe angeordnet sind und die Stäbe aus feuerfestem Material hergestellt sind.
- Einlageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einlageelement aus zwei X-förmig gekreuzten Stäben besteht.
- Einlageelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforierung aus Durchlässen mit quadratischem Querschnitt besteht.
- Einlageelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforierung aus Durchlässen mit rundem Querschnitt besteht.
- Verfahren zum Trocknen und Brennen von in einem Weichpreßverfahren hergestellten, großformatigen Ziegelformlingen in einem Arbeitsgang, bei dem die Ziegelformlinge einen höheren Lochanteil von 20 bis 50% aufweisen und nach dem Pressen naß auf einem Herdwagen ohne Umladen durch einen kombinierten Trockner- und Brennofen transportiert werden, wobei die Ziegelformlinge (1) in mehreren Lagen (1a, 1b, 1c) übereinander auf dem Herdwagen angeordnet und die einzelnen Lagen durch mehrere stabförmige Einlageelemente (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4 voneinander beabstandet werden und wobei die Einlageelemente (2) derart ausgestaltet und parallel zueinander angeordnet werden, daß sie zwischen den Lagen der Ziegelformlinge entlang der Auflageflächen der Einlageelemente eine Strömung der Trockenluft und der Ofenluft i.w. in Richtung der Löcher in den Ziegelformlingen (1) ermöglichen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stabförmigen Einlageelemente (2) parallel zur Richtung der Löcher in den Ziegelformlingen (1) angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stabförmigen Einlageelemente (2) quer zur Richtung der Löcher in den Ziegelformlingen (1) angeordnet und derart ausgebildet werden, daß die Trockenluft und Ofenluft sie durchströmen kann.
