Claims (5)
- Verschließbares Heizgerät mit einem Behandlungsraum zum beispielsweise Sintern, Trocknen, Garen, wobei für festlegbare Temperaturbereiche Regeleinrichtungen anwählbar sind, die mindestens eine im Behandlungsraum befindliche thermische Heizeinrichtung, die kombinierbar mit Mikrowellenenergie ist, steuern, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Regeleinrichtung in Abhängigkeit von der relativen Dielektrizitätskonstante (εR) des Behandlungsgutes eine Mikrowellen-Anfangsenergie dosiert, daß die Regeleinrichtung ein zeitabhängiges Taktverhältnis für die thermische Heizeinrichtung festlegt, daß die Regeleinrichtung in Abhängigkeit von der Behandlungsprozedur und der Solltemperatur für die thermische Heizeinrichtung eine Heizzeitphase vorgibt, und daß die Regeleinrichtung für eine behandlungsgutspezifische und temperatursensorangepaßte Mindestzeit zwischen zwei Heizphasen die thermische Heizeinrichtung abschaltet.
- Verschließbares Heizgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regeleinrichtung die Mikrowellen-Anfangsenergie-Dosierung sensorgesteuert ausgibt.
- Verschließbares Heizgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuereinheit (1) über einen Ausgabebus (4) einen Heizzeittimer (31) aktiviert, der die taktbare Heizeinrichtung (32) im Behandlungsraum heizphasensteuernd ein- und ausschaltet.
- Verschließbares Heizgerät nach Anspruch 1, 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit (1) die auf einem Eingabebus (2) befindlichen Sollwerte - beispielsweise Betriebsart, Gewicht des Behandlungsgutes, Temperatur-Sollwert - mit den auf einem Steuerbus (3) befindlichen Regeldaten - beispielsweise Temperatursensor-Daten, Feuchtesensor-Daten, Gassensor-Daten - zu Regelungs- und Ausgabedaten verknüpft und über den Ausgabebus (4) beispielsweise einen Timer (31), eine Heizung (32), einen Mikrowellengenerator (33) und ein Gebläse (34) für ein optimiertes Ein-Aus-Regelspiel eines angewählten Temperatur-Mittelwertes ansteuert.
- Verschließbares Heizgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit (1) Teil eines speziellen Mikroprozessors ist.
