Abstract

Process for making non-bearing partition walls for buildings in which a core (3-8) in the form of a longitudinal strip of longitudinal tiles (4, 4'), blocks or the like with at least one continuous longitudinal channel is laid out in rows on a first covering layer (2) and a further covering layer (2') is laid on this core, thus forming a sandwich construction in the form of a longitudinal strip from which pieces of predetermined length are cut off to form partition wall sections. The core consists of two layers (3, 7) or rows of tiles. The longitudinal channels (5) of all the tiles (4) in the first layer (3) run in the longitudinal direction of the strip and the longitudinal channels (5') of all the tiles (4') in the second layer (7) run across the strip.

Description

The invention relates to a method for producing non-load-bearing partitions for building construction, in which a core of bricks, stones or the like laid in rows of bricks laid in rows of bricks on a first cover layer in the form of an elongated web. and a further cover layer is applied to this core, so that a sandwich body in the form of an elongated web is formed, from which pieces of a predetermined length are separated to form partitions.

Such a method is known from AT 391 339 (WO 90/00214), the core being formed from a single layer of rows of bricks which are applied in such a way that at least one row of bricks runs with its channel in the longitudinal direction of the web, whereas the predominant one Part of the brick with its channels runs in the transverse direction of the web.

The partitions produced using this method are already fully prepared to accommodate plumbing and electrical cables: after the wall has been erected, openings can be worked in at the joints of the rows of bricks running in the longitudinal direction of the web with the rows of bricks running in the transverse direction, in order to provide connections between the produce longitudinal and transverse channels of the rows of bricks, so that lines can be pulled.

In the known intermediate wall, however, only one or a few longitudinal channels are available, which are only available in the installed position of the intermediate wall at predetermined heights above the floor, so that the detour via one of these few longitudinal channels has to be taken in order to produce a horizontal connection between vertical rows of tiles. which leads to excessive consumption of pipe material.

The aim of the invention is to create a method of the type mentioned which enables prefabrication of partitions in the factory and at the same time permits simple and inexpensive subsequent installation of installation lines. This goal is achieved according to the invention with a method of the type mentioned in the introduction, which is characterized in that that two layers of rows of bricks are applied as the core, all bricks with their longitudinal channels in the longitudinal direction of the web in the first tier and all bricks with their longitudinal channels in the transverse direction of the web in the second layer, and after the pieces of predetermined length have been cut through openings between the first and the second layer at the locations provided for installation line diversions.

This procedure enables the prefabrication of entire partitions of any length in the factory, whereby a completely free choice of the path for subsequent plumbing or electrical lines is made possible. Because all rows of bricks of the two layers intersect, openings can easily be incorporated at each crossing point to create a connection between the brick channels. The double-layer design of the core has the additional advantage of increased strength and improved insulation.

At this point it should be mentioned that from FR 1 270 582 a wall panel is known which brick from a first layer of horizontally extending hollow, a core layer of vertically extending hollow brick and a second outer layer is made of solid panels. The core layer is set back in relation to the outer layers, with the resulting cavity between adjacent wall elements being poured out with concrete. Crossing wall elements are connected using angle profiles. The known wall element is a modular panel, and for the construction of an entire wall, several panels must be assembled in the manner described. FR 1 270 582 does not teach about prefabrication of entire partitions in the factory starting from sheet-like semi-finished products. Furthermore, in FR 1 270 582, the intersecting arrangement of hollow bricks is used only for reinforcement purposes, but is in no way used for installation management, as proposed by the invention.

According to a preferred embodiment of the method, the core is additionally or the like in a reinforcing fabric. hammered in, at least on one long side of the sandwich body protrudes to form a loop, which makes it easier to pick up and transport the partition.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing, which shows a perspective view of an intermediate wall sheet produced by the method according to the invention.

On a horizontal or inclined base 1, storey-high, e.g. 2 m high boards made of plasterboard, gypsum fibers or the like, or reinforced mortar in the form of a sheet designed to form a first cover layer 2. In the case of slabs, a first layer 3 of elongated hollow bricks 4 with at least one continuous longitudinal channel 5, so-called Hourdis bricks made of clay, concrete, gypsum or the like, is then glued onto them by means of an adhesive, otherwise directly; these bricks 4 are e.g. 10 cm thick and 25 cm wide and in the first layer 3 all run in the longitudinal direction of the web, i.e. in the direction of the wall element length L of the intermediate wall element to be produced.

An intermediate layer 6 of mortar, which can optionally be reinforced, is applied to this first layer 3. A second layer 7 of similar Hourdis bricks 4 'is applied to this intermediate layer 6 in such a way that its longitudinal channels 5' run in the transverse direction of the web 2, i.e. in the direction of the wall element height H of the finished element.

The construction of the wall element web is completed by a second web-shaped cover layer 2 'made of plates or reinforced mortar, which is applied to the brick layer 7, in the case of plates, is glued on.

Pieces of any length L, e.g. can be separated using a circular saw K.

In order to make it easier to pick up and transport the wall elements or the wall, the core layer 3 - 7 can be wrapped in a reinforcing fabric 8 which projects in the form of a loop from a longitudinal narrow side of the web.

The intermediate wall elements produced are prepared for receiving electrical and sanitary installation lines: breakthroughs can be made at any point between the rows of bricks in layers 8 and 7, so that any route can be chosen for lines drawn into channels 5, 5 '.

It is understood that the illustrated embodiment can be modified in various ways within the scope of the claims.
