A. Einschalige Decken mit ebener Untersicht.
B. Zweischalige Massivdecken.

Process for the production of double-shell ceilings u. like structures
In the case of the reinforced concrete ceiling systems commonly used today, especially using prefabricated parts, two main groups can be distinguished, u. between:
A. Single-leaf ceilings with a level soffit.
B. Double-shell solid ceilings.
Group A includes reinforced concrete slab ceilings and hollow stone and hollow body ceilings, it being irrelevant whether the laid hollow stone or hollow body is prefabricated from one piece or is composed of two or more shells.
The double-shell solid ceilings usually consist of reinforced concrete ribbed ceilings, the second shell of which is a heat-insulating plaster shell that is largely independent of the supporting structure. This lower ceiling shell should consist of materials with good sound-insulating properties. Lightweight construction materials such as wood wool panels, reed mats and panels made of fiber material as well as wood come into consideration as such materials.
In order to make the lower ceiling shell particularly sound-absorbing, it is necessary to only loosely connect the second shell to the supporting structure via individual ribs, beams or webs.
However, hollow bricks or hollow body ceilings of group A can also be configured to double-shell ceilings by equipping them with a lower ceiling shell made of the building materials mentioned above.
It is essential that, according to previous practice, the second ceiling shell is subsequently attached to the already finished supporting structure in a further operation from below.
The above invention discloses the idea of following the usual way of producing a double-shell ceiling in the reverse order, u. in the form that the actual supporting structure is subsequently built on the flat soffit.
The soffit panels should be made of light, heat-insulating and sound-insulating materials (reed panels,

Like.dermontagelastea able to carry. In order to get by with a minimum of the moment of resistance of the load-bearing soffit elements, they are supported with a provisional support in the middle for the span widths of 4 to 6 m that are common in building construction.
The soffit elements are commercially available building boards, which: n width corresponds to the selected rib spacing of the supporting structure. Two vertical webs running in the longitudinal direction of the board are connected to these plates, so that trough-shaped, upwardly open, load-bearing bodies result, with each web being at a distance from the adjacent plate edge that corresponds to half the rib width of the supporting structure. These webs give the soffit panels the required rigidity.
The prefabricated soffit elements are laid side by side on the construction site, man to man, so that a channel is formed between every two soffit elements, which is intended for the later support of the reinforcement and the concrete of the supporting structure. The trough-like spaces, formed from the soffit plate and the two webs of one element each, are covered by prefabricated ceiling stones without formwork and in turn form part of the pressure zone of the later supporting structure.
The remaining channels, formed from the protruding slab ends and the webs of two neighboring soffit elements as well as the lateral boundary of the ceiling stones resting on them, are reinforced and poured with concrete or the like, with the grouting concrete (in-situ concrete) in the upper area making up the remaining part of the Pressure zone, which forms the rib of the supporting structure in the lower area.

In the case of the ceiling stones, the design according to Austrian patent specification no. 163015 is preferably intended, whereby the special shape of the arched ceiling stones described in this patent together with the soffit webs and the channel floor for the cast concrete (Oitbeton) create T-shaped cross-sections that ensure a good connection of the in-situ concrete with the ceiling stones due to the extraordinarily large adhesive surface.
However, it is also possible by another, for. B. a flat shape of the ceiling stones when using appropriate toothing to achieve the same effect.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated, for example, in FIGS. 1-3 of the drawing. 1 shows a perspective view of a soffit element, and FIGS. 2 and 3 show examples of ceilings in cross section.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the soffit plate made of light, heat-insulating and sound-insulating building material, e.g.
B. reed board. Each plate is provided with two vertical webs 2 and 3 running in the longitudinal direction of the plate.
These webs can be formed from boards placed on edge, which are nailed to the plate 1 at 4 and held at a distance throughquerrepeii 5, which can also consist of wooden boards and are nailed to the webs 2 and 3 at 6.
Fig. 2 shows the cross section through a ceiling in which the Umersichtelemente with the plates 1 and the webs 2 and 3 are laid man to man. The trough-like space 7 is covered with ceiling stones I1 8 according to Austrian Patent No. 163015 without formwork, with T-shaped channels 10 for between the webs 2 and 3 and the protruding plate ends 9 of two adjacent soffit elements and the boundary of the ceiling stones 8 resting on the latter the inclusion of the in-situ concrete and the reinforcement 11 form. In order to prevent the soffit elements from falling out, their webs 2, 3 are slightly inclined outwards so that the soffit elements are anchored in a dovetail shape in the supporting structure produced later after removal of any necessary temporary supports.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the troughs 7 with other, z. B. plate-shaped, ceiling stones 12 are covered, which have a toothing 15 on the sides at 13 for better connection with the in-situ concrete.
The method according to the invention makes the production of a double-shell ceiling cheaper by saving one work step, since there is no need to attach the second shell. In addition, there is no need to lay the soffit elements on prepared formwork. As part of the manufacturing process according to the invention, soffit elements are laid that consist of two or more parts that are loosely joined together in terms of acoustics and also ensure a loose connection between the plaster shell and the supporting structure, as could previously only be achieved with subsequently attached soffits.
Compared to the already known use of hollow bodies z. B. from zemeI1tgebundeI1er wood wool in pipe or box shape as lost formwork for ribbed ceilingI1 there is the advantage of simpler production of the trough-shaped soffit elements with considerable material savings and a lower weight and price.
Another advantage over ceilings with a level soffit (single-shell ceilings) including the hollow bodies mentioned in the previous paragraph is the possibility of any type of installation before the ceiling is completed without any damage to the soffit (the supporting structure) and without any chiseling work etc. in the open top Trough the installed soffit elements from above without entering.
Mount auxiliary device. To this end, slots 20 are expediently provided in the transverse webs 5 (FIG. 1).
PATENT CLAIMS:
