Abstract

In a process for manufacturing non-loadbearing intermediate walls for high buildings, a layer of bricks, stones or the like is applied to a facing (2) to form a sandwich structure in the form of an elongated sheet. The layer of elongated bricks, stones or the like, each of which is provided with at least one through channel (3''), is applied in such a way that at least one row of bricks with their channels runs in the longitudinal direction of the sheet, while the majority of the bricks with their channels run in the transverse direction of the sheet, and pieces of predetermined lengths from which intermediate wall elements are formed are cut from the sheet.

Description

The invention relates to a method for producing non-load-bearing partitions for building construction and to a partition element produced by this method.

It is known to produce non-load-bearing partition elements from a frame made of metal or wood, or the like on both sides with cover plates made of plasterboard. provided and with tell wool or the like. is filled. In order to be able to adapt the wall elements to the respective room dimensions, a frame part is adjustable, the cover plates not being connected to this frame part. The known wall design has the disadvantage that the construction is relatively complicated and limited in size. For example, wall elements of this type cannot be formed in floor length. In addition, the wall elements can only be installed after the shell has been erected and are difficult to install. Finally, they have the disadvantage that the installation of horizontal and vertical installations, e.g. Electrical installations in which partitions formed from the wall elements are associated with great expense and the provision of cable routings or with precise pre-planning of the outlets because of the closed frame. It is also known from EP-A2-170 218 to manufacture masonry elements on a horizontal support plate which serves as a template for the gap between the bricks.

The invention aims to provide a method by means of which partition walls of any size can be produced, which have a simple structure and which permit the subsequent installation of installations without further ado. The inventive method for producing non-load-bearing partitions for building construction, in which a layer of bricks, stones or the like on a cover layer. and on this brick layer a further cover layer is applied so that a sandwich body is produced, has the features that the sandwich body is designed in the form of an elongated web, the layer consisting of elongated bricks, stones or the like, which are each provided with at least one continuous channel, is applied in such a way that at least one row of bricks with its channel runs in the longitudinal direction of the web, whereas the majority of the bricks with their channels run in the transverse direction of the web, and that pieces of a predetermined length are separated from the web to form partition wall elements.

This procedure makes it possible to produce partitions of any length, including those with storey height and length, and to divide the web into wall elements as required by cutting off pieces of any length. The walls or wall elements have the advantage that they can be moved on each side, i.e. already when the shell is being built, and that installations, in particular electrical installations, can be installed in the horizontal channel and in the vertical channels at any time without great effort, that is to say also subsequently .

According to a preferred embodiment of the method, the brick layer forming the core is additionally or the like in a reinforcing fabric. embossed, which protrudes at least on a longitudinal narrow side of the sandwich body to form a loop.

The invention further relates to an intermediate wall element with a core and two cover layers connected thereto, which is characterized in that the core consists of bricks, stones or the like laid in the direction of the wall element height. is formed with at least one continuous channel, and that at least one longitudinal row of these bricks, stones or the like. is provided, which extends over the length of the wall element.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing, which shows a perspective view of an intermediate wall web produced by the method according to the invention.

On a horizontal or inclined base 1, storey-high, e.g. 2 m high panels 2 made of plasterboard, gypsum fibers or the like, or reinforced mortar in the form of a sheet. In the case of plates 2 are then on this by means of an adhesive 2 'or the like. as a core hollow brick with at least one continuous channel 3˝, so-called Hourdis brick 3 made of clay, concrete, plaster or the like. glued; these bricks 3 are e.g. 10 cm thick and 25 cm wide and run in the direction of the storey height, the bricks being cut to length by about 2 m long pieces. In the longitudinal direction of the web, at least one longitudinal row 3 'from the bricks mentioned is laid so that there is at least one longitudinal channel 3˝, which runs over the length of the web. The longitudinal row 3 'also serves as a lintel for window or door recesses T. In the embodiment shown, a further longitudinal row 3 'is provided on the underside of the web.

The structure of the wall panel is completed by a second layer of panels 2 or reinforced mortar, which is applied to the brick 3, in the case of panels is glued.

Pieces of any length L, e.g. can be separated using a circular saw K.

In order to make it easier to pick up and transport the wall elements or the wall, the layer of bricks 3 can be wrapped in a reinforcing fabric 4 which projects in the form of a loop S from a longitudinal narrow side of the web.

It is understood that the illustrated embodiment can be modified in various ways.
