Beispielsweise können derartige Wandelemen- te nicht in Geschoßlänge ausgebildet werden. Die Wand¬ elemente lassen sich außerdem erst nach der Errichtung des Rohbauε einbauen und sind schwierig zu installieren. Schließlich haben sie den Nachteil, daß der Einbau von horizontal und vertikal verlaufenden Installationen, z.B. Elektroinstallationen, in die aus den Wandelementen gebildeten Zwischenwände wegen des geschlossenen Rahmens mit einem großen Aufwand und dem Vorsehen von Leitungs¬ führungen bzw. mit genauer Vorplanung der Auslässe verbunden ist.
