Description
AT 404 046 BAT 404 046 B
The invention relates to a method for creating a wall from prefabricated wall panels, which consist of bricks bricked in the association and are provided with connecting elements for receiving on a hoist.
A method of this type is known from EP 609 479 A1. Wall panels are used here, the height of which corresponds to the height of the storey and which are generally mortared in during installation. Since the well-known wall panels extend over the entire floor height, height tolerances and the question of the connection of stackable wall panels play no role here. As a result of the great height of the wall panels used to date, the weight is very high, especially if these wall panels are to extend over the entire length of the wall to be produced. In this case, heavy-duty hoists are required to manipulate the wall panels, which are expensive and are therefore not available everywhere. If the width of the wall panels is reduced, several such wall panels must be placed next to each other. Experience has shown that exact alignment proves to be very difficult.
Proceeding from this, it is therefore the object of the present invention to permit a large panel length, which corresponds to the wall length as far as possible, in a method of the generic type and nevertheless to enable the use of comparatively light lifting devices and to ensure high accuracy and ease of installation.
This object is achieved in that wall panels are used, the height of which has a close tolerance and is smaller than the floor height and is formed by their horizontal division and which each have a mortar layer with about half the normal joint thickness on the underside and top of the board have the appropriate thickness, of which at least one is used as a height compensation layer and the surface of which form plane-parallel adhesive surfaces, and that such wall panels are placed on top of one another and bonded to one another in the region of the mutually facing adhesive surfaces by means of an adhesive in the form of thin-bed mortar, the applied layer of thin-bed mortar having a layer thickness which is within the tolerance allowed for the height of the wall panels.
The thin-bed mortar used as an adhesive advantageously has the same coefficient of expansion as mortar and also sets in an advantageous manner so quickly that the wall panels can be placed one on top of the other in rapid succession. Since the wall panels themselves have a high level of accuracy and at the same time the adhesive layer has a thickness lying within the tolerance range, little alignment work is advantageously required. Nevertheless, the wall panels can consist of normally brick bricks, whereby these stones, which have a high strength and load-bearing capacity, and their processing have to meet little accuracy requirements. Rather, the high accuracy is achieved through the upper and lower mortar layer, one of which can be used as a leveling layer. However, this is only possible because a connection with the layer sequence of mortar-adhesive-mortar is used at the joints between the wall panels. Since the mortar layers provided in the area of the joints have only a thickness corresponding to half the joint thickness and the thickness of the adhesive layer is within the height tolerance range, there are advantageously no grid deviations. The measures according to the invention also result in high stability. Another advantage can be seen in the fact that, due to the accuracy that can be achieved and their comparatively small height, the wall panels can have a very large length, practically corresponding to the length of the wall to be created, and can nevertheless be manipulated with simple lifting devices, which enables a rational method of operation.
Advantageous refinements and expedient further training of the higher-level measures are specified in the subclaims and can be found in the example description below.
Hierbei zeigen:A preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Here show:
Figur 1 eine schematische Ansicht einer Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Mauertafel,FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a device for producing a wall panel according to the invention,
Figur 2 eine Ansicht von zwei übereinander sich befindenden Mauertafeln beim Erstellen einer Wand, Figur 3 eine Seitenansicht einer fertigen Wand und Figur 4 einen Schnitt entlang der Linie IV-IV in Figur 3.2 shows a view of two wall panels located one above the other when creating a wall, FIG. 3 shows a side view of a finished wall and FIG. 4 shows a section along the line IV-IV in FIG. 3.
2For the production of wall panels according to the invention, normal bricks of the type indicated in FIG. 1 at 1 can be used, which are bricked up in the association. As shown in FIG. 1, the base used in the production is a formwork panel 2 with a plane-parallel surface, for example a steel plate. In the example shown, as shown in FIG. 1, this is provided with a standing rear wall 3, along which the panel masonry can be pulled up. The rear wall 3 can be provided with a side stop bar 4, which facilitates precise edge formation. 2nd

The height of the rear wall 3 corresponds to the desired board height. In the example shown, this should be 1 m, so that there are four stone layers 5, of which only one is present in FIG. 1. Of course, intermediate heights in grid spacing of one layer height are possible, i.e. here in grid spacing of 25cm. The length of the wall panels to be made may be the length of the wall to be made or a portion thereof, e.g. the board height. This length can be adjusted by means of a second side stop, which is not shown in detail here and which can be adjusted along the rear wall 3.
A normal mortar bed 6, as a rule in the form of two parallel mortar strips, is first applied to the plane-parallel surface of the formwork panel 2, which acts as a production base. Then the first stone layer 5 is placed. The further stone layers 5 are each bricked onto this using a layer of mortar arranged in between until the desired number of stone layers is reached. In order to achieve the specified board height exactly, another layer of mortar is applied to the top layer of stone, as can be seen in FIG. 2, which serves as a leveling layer 7. After this leveling layer 7 has been applied, it can simply be pulled off along the upper edge of the rear wall 3. This ensures that an exact board height with a narrow tolerance range of less than 1 mm and precise, plane-parallel, smooth top and bottom sides of the board element to be produced are achieved. The thickness of the lower mortar bed 6 and the upper leveling layer 7 can suitably correspond to approximately half the joint thickness.
The wall panels produced in this way, designated as a whole by 8 in FIG. 2, are moved, as shown in FIG. 2 above, with the aid of a hoist, which is indicated here by a hoisting rope 9 and which can be a simple construction site crane. For this purpose, the wall panels 8 are already provided with connecting elements during manufacture, here in the form of crane eyelets 10, which protrude above the top of the panel. As a rule, 2 connecting elements arranged symmetrically to the center of the panel are sufficient for each wall panel. These are assigned continuous vertical reinforcement bars 11 over the entire board height. The crane eyelets 10 can simply be molded onto these. Such molded crane eyelets 10 are separated after assembly of the wall panel in question, as can be seen in FIG. 2 below, along a parting plane coplanar with the top of the panel. A cut-off machine can be used for this. However, it would also be conceivable to provide the reinforcement bars 11 at their upper end with a threaded bushing ending at the top of the table and the crane eyelets with threaded pins that can be screwed into them. In this case, the crane eyes can simply be unscrewed, so that a cut-off process is not necessary. It would also be conceivable to provide the reinforcing bars 11 at their upper end with a thickening which tapers downwards and ends at the top of the table, for example informally in a hemisphere which can be grasped by means of a claw gripper. In any case, make sure that the top of the board is flat.
The reinforcement bars 11 assigned to the crane eyelets 10 are inserted into vertical shafts 12 which extend over the height of the board and are poured with mortar, as can best be seen from FIG. The bricks 1 used to form the wall panels 8 are, as FIG. 4 further shows, provided with vertical passage recesses 13 arranged in the composite grid, so that continuous shafts 12 result above the board height. In the case of reinforcement bars thickened from above, the free space surrounding the thickening for the claw gripper is created by first using a shaped part comprising the thickening, material that has been removed after the mortar has hardened, such as a rubber sleeve or the like. The connection elements practically sunk into chambers are always retained.
3In order to achieve the inherent stability required to raise and lower the complete wall panels 8, the wall panels 8 are provided with horizontal reinforcements 14 extending over the length of the panel, as can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4. As FIG. 3 shows, these are arranged in the region of the joint between two stone layers 5 located one above the other. In any case, a horizontal reinforcement 14, as indicated on the left in FIG. 4, is connected to an eyelet 15 in the region of the joint between the lowest and the stone layer 5 located above it. This protrudes with about half its diameter over the associated side edge of the table. The bricks 1 and, accordingly, the wall panels 8 created therefrom have lateral edge channels 16 assigned to the eyelets 15. The mutually facing eyelets 15 adjoining wall panels 8 can therefore be brought into alignment with one another and connected to one another by means of an inserted, vertical reinforcement bar 17. The assigned shaft, which is formed by complementary edge channels 16, can be poured with mortar. If two wall panels 8 are to be connected to one another vertically, a connection channel arranged in the region of a long side is to be provided in the region of a wall panel. The horizontal reinforcements 14 are to be beheaded so that the eyelets 15 are located in this connection channel, which in turn complements the edge channel of an adjacent wall panel to form a shaft. 3rd
