Claims (3)

  1. Commande de vitesse, indépendante de la pression d'une charge, pour des éléments de positionnement hydrauliques tels que des cylindres (3), des moteurs hydrauliques (28) ou similaires, dans le cas de charges qui se déplacent en avance de marche sur des machines de chantier, comme par exemple des chargeurs à roues, des pelles mécaniques, des niveleuses ou similaires, comprenant au moins une pompe (17) qui refoule un agent sous pression depuis un réservoir (9) avec un volume de refoulement modifié par un régulateur (16) et au moins un tiroir de commande (4), comprenant au moins un piston de commande (5) pour l'actionnement du ou des éléments de positionnement (3, 28), dans laquelle est prévue une balance de pression (11) et la zone de retour du piston de commande (5) est réalisée sous forme de diaphragme à pression différentielle (8), la pression de l'écoulement d'huile avant la traversée du diaphragme à pression différentielle (8) pouvant être transmise via une conduite (7) vers le côté (10) de la balance de pression (11) détourné de la chambre à ressort (14),
    caractérisée en ce que la balance de pression (11) est mise en place dans la conduite de liaison (6) qui va depuis la chambre (2) qu'il s'agit de vider, de l'élément (3) ou des éléments (28) de positionnement, jusqu'au piston de commande (5), et en ce qu'il est prévu une conduite de commande (12) qui palpe la pression après le diaphragme à pression différentielle (8) ainsi qu'une conduite (15) servant à annoncer la pression de charge, qui palpe la pression de charge engendrée par la pompe (17), lesdites conduites menant respectivement à une valve d'inversion commune (13), de sorte que seule la pression respectivement plus élevée provenant de la valve d'inversion (13) est transmise depuis la conduite de commande (12) et depuis la conduite servant à annoncer la pression de charge (15), via une autre conduite de commande (24) vers la chambre à ressort (14) de la balance de pression (11).
  2. Commande de vitesse, indépendante de la pression d'une charge, pour des éléments de positionnement hydrauliques tels que des cylindres (3), des moteurs hydrauliques (28) ou similaires, dans le cas de charges qui se déplacent en avance de marche sur des machines de chantier, comme par exemple des chargeurs à roues, des pelles mécaniques, des niveleuses ou similaires, comprenant au moins une pompe (17) qui refoule un agent sous pression depuis un réservoir (9) avec un volume de refoulement modifié par un régulateur (16) et au moins un tiroir de commande (4), comprenant au moins un piston de commande (5) pour l'actionnement du ou des éléments de positionnement, dans laquelle est prévue une balance de pression (11) dans la conduite entre la sortie (25) du piston de commande (5) et le réservoir (9), la zone de retour du piston de commande (5) étant réalisée sous forme de diaphragme à pression différentielle (8) et la pression de l'écoulement d'huile avant la traversée du diaphragme à pression différentielle (8) peut être transmise via une conduite (29) vers le côté (27) de la balance de pression (11) détourné de la chambre à ressort (14),
    caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une conduite de commande (26) qui palpe la pression après le diaphragme à pression différentielle (8) ainsi qu'une conduite (15) servant à annoncer la pression de charge, qui palpe la pression de charge engendrée par la pompe (17), lesdites conduites menant respectivement à une valve d'inversion commune (13), de sorte que seule la pression respectivement plus élevée provenant de la valve d'inversion (13) est transmise depuis la conduite de commande (26) et depuis la conduite servant à annoncer la pression de charge (15), via une conduite de commande (24) vers la chambre à ressort (14) de la balance de pression (11).
  3. Commande selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une valve (19) de post-aspiration, agencée dans la région de la conduite (20') d'admission de fluide sous pression, ladite valve remplissant l'espace annulaire (18) de l'élément de positionnement réalisé sous forme de cylindre (3), ou alimentant le moteur hydraulique (28) faisant alors office de pompe.
