Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Eine solche Einrichtung ist bekannt aus der EP 0 181 280. Aus der EP 0 181 280 ist eine Einrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Klebebandes bekannt, die ein Gehäuse umfaßt, das das ab- und aufzuwickelnde Klebeband umgibt. Jedoch ist dieses Gehäuse fest mit seiner Führungseinrichtung verbunden, so daß im Falle die Klebefolie vollständig verbraucht ist, das Gehäuse geöffnet und ein zeitaufwendiger Rollenwechsel durchgeführt werden muß. Die DE-A 38 34 334 zeigt eine Einrichtung, bei der in einer Führungsbahn ein Gleitstück einer Schleifeinrichtung geführt wird, welche im wesentlichen von einem Schneidrad gebildet wird. Das Gestell der Schneideinrichtung hat noch einen Ausleger, um eine Klebebandrolle an einer Achse zu halten.
  • Aus der EP 0 134 533 ist eine Einrichtung bekannt geworden, bei der eine Klebebandrolle auf einer Halterung angebracht wird, die entlang der Klebefläche verschoben werden kann. Die Klebebandrolle ist offen und nicht in einer Kasette oder einem Gehäuse untergebracht.
  • Die WO 89/03356 zeigt lediglich eine Kassette, in der eine Klebebandrolle untergebracht ist, die zwischen zwei Schienen gleitet.
  • Nachteil der aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Einrichtungen ist, daß die Handhabbarkeit dieser Einrichtungen zum Durchführen einer Klebeverbindung insbesondere dadurch beeinträchtigt ist, daß wenn die Kleberolle verbraucht ist ein zeitaufwendiges Auffüllen der Einrichtung mit einer neuen Rolle vorgenommen werden muß.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine leicht zu handhabende Einrichtung für das Aufbringen eines Klebebandes von in einer Kassette geführten Rolle anzugeben.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand der Figuren der Zeichnung erläutert; dabei stellt im einzelnen dar:

    einen Ausschnitt des mit der fertigen Stoßstelle versehenen Tambours der Warenbahn,

    die Verhältnisse an einer nachgeordneten Streichklinge S einer Streicheinrichtung,

    einen Tambourwagen mit einer Führung,
    Figur 5
    eine Einzelheit in Bezug auf die Halterung in Draufsicht und
    Figur 6
    im wesentlichen eine Ansicht dazu, teils im Schnitt entsprechend der strichpunktierten dicken Linie in Figur 5.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt das Klebeband 1, bestehend aus dem Träger 2 für die Klebschicht 3, den durch eine Längsnaht 9 voneinander getrennten Deckfolien 4 und 5, die auf der Klebschicht 3 haften, und den weiteren, schmalen, beidseitig klebenden Klebestreifen (auch Klebeband) 7 mit weiterer Deckfolie 8. Dabei kann der Klebestreifen 7 auch durch eine Reihe von Klebepunkten oder Klebeflächen ersetzt sein.
  • Dabei ist die Klebkraft der unter der Deckfolie 8 befindlichen Klebschicht des Klebestreifens 7 wesentlich stärker als die Haftkraft der Klebschicht auf der anderen Seite dieses Klebestreifens 7. Da mit diesem Klebestreifen gemäß Fig. 2 das Klebeband an dem Warenbahnende C des Tambours oder Bahnwickels A an demselben befestigt wird, haftet beim Abreißen dieses Bahnendes durch den Zug der alten Bahn beim Zusammenkleben der beiden Bahnen der Klebestreifen eher am Tambour und nicht an dem Klebeband 1. Dadurch wird die Dicke der Stoßstelle an dem Rakelelement (Streichklinge S) der Fig.3 gering gehalten. Dadurch kann sich an dieser Stoßstelle auch nur eine sehr geringe Menge an Streichmasse sammeln.
  • Man wird vorzugsweise die Klebekraft der Klebestreifen 6, 7 (bzw. 10) - die auch jeweils eine Klebeschicht allein sein können - auf der dem Klebeband 2 usw. zugewandten Seite schwächer machen, als auf der anderen Seite. Man kann auch dazu - bei gleicher Klebestärke auf beiden Seiten - die Klebeflächen auf beiden Seiten verschieden groß ausbilden.
  • Der Klebestreifen 7 (usw. 6, 10, siehe Fig. 4; 11, siehe Fig. 5) folgt der Splice-Stelle im Abstand eines Tambourumfanges und kann somit die unter Umständen am Rakelelement hängengebliebenen Papierbahnreste, die beim Abschlagen der alten Papierbahn entstehen, entfernen, was für die Qualität des aufgetragenen Striches sehr wichtig ist.
  • Das "Ende" C der Warenbahn ist hier natürlich der "Anfang" des Tambours oder Bahnwickels A.
  • In Fig. 2 ist der Zustand dargestellt, wo das Klebeband 1 einerseits am Warenbahnende C des Tambours A, und zwar auf der dem Tambourinneren zugewandten Seite derselben und andererseits an der nach außen gewandten Seite B derselben Windung der Warenbahn angeheftet ist. Dies kann z.B. manuell durch ein Zurückklappen des Endes der Warenbahn C in die strichpunktiert dargestellte Stellung (Schlaufe G) geschehen, in welcher dieses Ende vorübergehend durch Klebestücke P an dem Tambour befestigt ist. In der Anordnung nach Fig. 2 ist daher bereits die Deckfolie 5 auf der einen Seite des Klebebandes 1 abgezogen. Zwecks Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen den Enden der Warenbahn nach Fig. 3 wird auch der andere Teil der Deckfolie 4 von dem Klebeband 1 abgezogen. Dadurch ist an dieser Stelle die Verbindung des Warenbahnendes C mit der alten Warenbahn D möglich. Die Pfeile in der Fig. 3 geben die Laufrichtung der Warenbahn an. Es ist in der Fig. 3 noch zu erkennen, daß der schmale Klebestreifen 7 noch am Tambour haftet, also von dem Klebeband 1 abgelöst ist, und zwar hier an einer Stelle, wo ein Verstärkungsband 70 zusätzlich auf den Tambour geklebt ist, welches aber auch oft weggelassen werden kann.
  • In Fig. 4 ist ein Tambourwagen 80 prinzipmäßig skizziert, bei dem auf einem Gestell 81 eine Lagerplatte 82 für die Wickelhülsenachase 83 der Wickelhülse 84 des Tambours A vorgesehen ist. An dem Gestell 81 befindet sich eine zur Wickelachse bzw. Umfangsfläche des Tambours A senkrechte, im wesentlichen horizontale Konsole 85 zu beiden Seiten des Tambours A. Diese ist getragen in diesem Falle von einer Halteleiste 87, die eine Führung aufweist, in der die Konsole 85 vertikal verschieblich ist. Die Konsolen 85 tragen eine Leitschiene 86, und zwar in horizontaler Richtung verschieblich in Führungen 88. An der Leitschiene ist eine Kassette oder eine sonstige Abrollvorrichtung für Klebebänder oder Klebestreifen verschieblich, und zwar entlang der Achse des Tambours A führbar zu lagern. Es kann für die Leitschiene 86 auch - wie strichpunktiert angedeutet - eine im wesentlichen radiale, in bezug auf die Wickelachse angeordnete Konsole 85' jeweils zu beiden Seiten des Tambours am Tambourwagen vorgesehen sein. Es wird hier nicht dargestellt, daß die Kassette oder die Abrolleinrichtung für die Klebebänder mit einer federnden Halterung an der Leitschiene 86 geführt sein können, d.h. daß z.B. die Kassette über eine Federanordnung mit einem Gleitstück, das in der Führung 89 der Leitschiene 86 gleitet, verbunden sein könnte.
  • In Figur 5 und 6 ist dargestellt, wie die Kassette K mittels einem Gleitstück 91 und einer Halteschiene 92 in der Leitschiene 86 gehalten und entlang derselben geführt werden kann. Dabei ist die Halteschiene 92 über Federn 93 und Haltebolzen 94 an dem Gleitstück gehalten. Die Bolzen 94 sind Schraubbolzen, und somit kann die Halteschiene 92 samt Kassette entsprechend einer bestimmten Kassettenbreite ausgetauscht werden. Dazu dient eine Halteplatte 95, die mit Flügelmuttern 97 an der Halteschiene 92 befestigt werden kann. Es ist noch dargestellt, daß mittels einem schmalen, dünnen Steg 96 die Deckfolie von der Klebebandrolle R während des Abrollens der Klebebandrolle abgetrennt werden kann.

Claims (2)

  1. Einrichtung, insbesondere damit versehener Tambourwagen, zum Aufbringen eines Klebebandes auf dem Bahnanfang eines Bahnwickels bzw. auf den Bahnwickel parallel zu dessen Mittelachse mit
    einer parallel zum Bahnwickel (A) verlaufenden Leitschiene (86, 86') und
    einer Führungsbahn (89),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Klebebandrolle in einer Kassette enthalten ist,
    die Kassette (K) lösbar und federnd mit einem Gleitstück (91) verbunden ist, wobei das Gleitstuck (91) in der Führungsbahn (89) der Leitschiene (86) gleitet.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kassette (K) einen Steg (96) quer zur Klebebandrolle (R) umfaßt, der eine zu entfernende Deckfolie des Klebebandes beim Abrollen des Klebebandes von diesem abhebt, wobei die Klebebandrolle die Deckfolie auf ihrer radial äußeren Seite aufweist.
