Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Eine solche Einrichtung ist bekannt aus der EP 0 181 280. Aus der EP 0 181 280 ist eine Einrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Klebebandes bekannt, die ein Gehäuse umfaßt, das das ab- und aufzuwickelnde Klebeband umgibt. Jedoch ist dieses Gehäuse fest mit seiner Führungseinrichtung verbunden, so daß im Falle die Klebefolie vollständig verbraucht ist, das Gehäuse geöffnet und ein zeitaufwendiger Rollenwechsel durchgeführt werden muß. Die DE-A 38 34 334 zeigt eine Einrichtung, bei der in einer Führungsbahn ein Gleitstück einer Schleifeinrichtung geführt wird, welche im wesentlichen von einem Schneidrad gebildet wird. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand der Figuren der Zeichnung erläutert; dabei stellt im einzelnen dar:

Dadurch wird die Dicke der Stoßstelle an dem Rakelelement (Streichklinge S) der Fig.3 gering gehalten. Dies kann z.B. manuell durch ein Zurückklappen des Endes der Warenbahn C in die strichpunktiert dargestellte Stellung (Schlaufe G) geschehen, in welcher dieses Ende vorübergehend durch Klebestücke P an dem Tambour befestigt ist. In der Anordnung nach Fig. 2 ist daher bereits die Deckfolie 5 auf der einen Seite des Klebebandes 1 abgezogen. Zwecks Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen den Enden der Warenbahn nach Fig. 3 wird auch der andere Teil der Deckfolie 4 von dem Klebeband 1 abgezogen. Dadurch ist an dieser Stelle die Verbindung des Warenbahnendes C mit der alten Warenbahn D möglich. Die Pfeile in der Fig. 3 geben die Laufrichtung der Warenbahn an. Es ist in der Fig. 3 noch zu erkennen, daß der schmale Klebestreifen 7 noch am Tambour haftet, also von dem Klebeband 1 abgelöst ist, und zwar hier an einer Stelle, wo ein Verstärkungsband 70 zusätzlich auf den Tambour geklebt ist, welches aber auch oft weggelassen werden kann.2 shows the state where the
In Fig. 4 ist ein Tambourwagen 80 prinzipmäßig skizziert, bei dem auf einem Gestell 81 eine Lagerplatte 82 für die Wickelhülsenachase 83 der Wickelhülse 84 des Tambours A vorgesehen ist. An dem Gestell 81 befindet sich eine zur Wickelachse bzw. Umfangsfläche des Tambours A senkrechte, im wesentlichen horizontale Konsole 85 zu beiden Seiten des Tambours A. Diese ist getragen in diesem Falle von einer Halteleiste 87, die eine Führung aufweist, in der die Konsole 85 vertikal verschieblich ist. Die Konsolen 85 tragen eine Leitschiene 86, und zwar in horizontaler Richtung verschieblich in Führungen 88. An der Leitschiene ist eine Kassette oder eine sonstige Abrollvorrichtung für Klebebänder oder Klebestreifen verschieblich, und zwar entlang der Achse des Tambours A führbar zu lagern. Es kann für die Leitschiene 86 auch - wie strichpunktiert angedeutet - eine im wesentlichen radiale, in bezug auf die Wickelachse angeordnete Konsole 85' jeweils zu beiden Seiten des Tambours am Tambourwagen vorgesehen sein. Es wird hier nicht dargestellt, daß die Kassette oder die Abrolleinrichtung für die Klebebänder mit einer federnden Halterung an der Leitschiene 86 geführt sein können, d.h. daß z.B. die Kassette über eine Federanordnung mit einem Gleitstück, das in der Führung 89 der Leitschiene 86 gleitet, verbunden sein könnte.4, a
In Figur 5 und 6 ist dargestellt, wie die Kassette K mittels einem Gleitstück 91 und einer Halteschiene 92 in der Leitschiene 86 gehalten und entlang derselben geführt werden kann. Dabei ist die Halteschiene 92 über Federn 93 und Haltebolzen 94 an dem Gleitstück gehalten. Die Bolzen 94 sind Schraubbolzen, und somit kann die Halteschiene 92 samt Kassette entsprechend einer bestimmten Kassettenbreite ausgetauscht werden. Dazu dient eine Halteplatte 95, die mit Flügelmuttern 97 an der Halteschiene 92 befestigt werden kann.
