Definitions
- the invention relates to an oven muffle according to claim 1.
- Ovens are already known in which one arranged below the muffle Radiator also a radiator arranged above the muffle next to the Baking or other preparation of food in the muffle also for a so-called Catalytic self-cleaning of the muffle is used.
- the interior of the muffle brought to a high temperature ( ⁇ 550 ° C) to contaminated areas to remove on the muffle inner walls.
- ovens are known in which one or more radiators within the Muffle, especially just below and parallel to the muffle ceiling, so that manual cleaning of the muffle ceiling is not possible or only possible to a limited extent is. For this reason, such ovens have between the muffle cover and Radiator on a catalytic shield.
- Catalytic self-cleaning has a number of disadvantages.
- the catalytic self-cleaning requires a relatively high level Temperature. This temperature is to be chosen so that, on the one hand, the desired one Cleaning effect can be achieved, but that also damage or a gradual destruction of the interior of the oven is avoided.
- the catalytic self-cleaning requires a high energy input and is also connected with the further disadvantage that the oven when cleaning cannot be used for a relatively long time. This time is composed of the time in which the operating temperature is formed the time of the actual cleaning and finally the time that is required cool the oven back down to a temperature that is safe to use of the oven allowed.
- a microwave oven is already known from German published patent application DE 37 23 628 with a radiant heater unit known in the heating chamber of Microwave oven run parallel to the heating chamber ceiling and with their End pieces is pivotally mounted in the rear wall of the heating chamber.
- the pivot axis is arranged in the plane formed by the radiator unit.
- the Swivel unit consists of one connected to the radiator end pieces Swivel piece and one enclosing the swivel piece, consisting of two bearing clamps formed bearing housing.
- the swivel unit is thus in its mechanical structure trained relatively complex. It is also prone to wear. Also joins Swiveling movements Friction, which complicate the swiveling movements.
- the invention is based on the object specify an oven muffle of the type mentioned, its pivoting mechanism is implemented constructively in a simple manner and, in particular, essentially Uses conventional radiators without a specially designed flange as a special shape.
- the heater in the oven muffle according to the invention can be easily swiveled, the pivoting movement practically only from the gravity of the radiator depends; friction only occurs to a small extent during the swiveling movement.
- a Another advantage is that the structurally simple structured swivel mechanism not subject to any significant wear.
- the invention Oven muffle can be made using commonly available oven heaters, which are provided with a flange.
- the muffle 1 shown in FIG. 1 is arranged in an electric oven.
- the invention can generally be used in connection with ovens.
- the muffle 1 is cuboid.
- a radiator 2 in the area of Muffle blanket serves to generate top heat and takes two defined positions 2.1 and 2.2 on: in position 2.1 the radiator is parallel and a short distance from the Muffle ceiling arranged, in position 2.2 the radiator is inclined in the direction of Angled muffle bottom. In this position the muffle ceiling is freely accessible.
- the radiator 2 is essentially flat. For example, it exists from multi-leg radiator elements with multiple turns a flange 23 ( Figure 2).
- a bracket 3 arranged in the radiator level serves the manual positioning of the radiator in the positions 2.1 and 2.2.
- the radiator 2 is outside of the by Radiator 2 formed level arranged.
- the radiator 2 can be in one Be pivot point, which is realized in the form of a cutting storage.
- the flange 23 of the radiator 2 has an edge, which forms a cutting edge 24.
- This cutting edge 24 is in a on the rear wall of the Oven muffle 1 arranged pan 11 stored.
- the pan 11 is in the Figure 2 shown embodiment formed by a part 4.
- Part 4 is used to guide the flange 23 and thus the radiator 2. It is on the rear wall of the oven muffle 1 and, for example, in FIG. 2 illustrated way curved. It has a V-shaped cross-section, being a Leg is attached to the back of the oven muffle. The free ends of the two Thighs are bent inwards. Part 4 consists e.g. made of bent sheet metal. In its lower region, part 4 forms the pan 11, as already mentioned receives the cutting edge 24; in its upper part, part 4 forms a Limit stop 41 for the flange 23.
- the flange 23 thus engages in the curved part 4, so that the radiator 2 with the flange 23 in part 4 occupies at least two defined positions (2.1, 2.2).
- the flange 23 closes in a first position 2.1 recesses 12, which for the Radiators 2 are provided in the rear wall of the oven muffle 1.
- the flange 23 closes recesses 42 for the radiator 2 are provided in the curved part 4.
- the radiator 2 is in its first in the oven muffle according to the invention Item 2.1 for the intended use (heating the food) arranged parallel to the muffle ceiling. In this position the radiator 2 held by a fastening element 7.1, 7.2 on the muffle ceiling.
- the fastening element (7.1, 7.2) is in the embodiment shown in Figure 2 from a mounting bracket (7.1) and from a corresponding one Knurled screw (7.2). This allows the radiator to be used easily and without tools Swing it down as well as attach it to the muffle ceiling.
- the fastening element (7.1, 7.2) is in particular in the vicinity of the loading opening (Front) of the oven muffle 1 arranged, so on the Swivel axis on the opposite side, approximately centrally in the front the oven muffle.
- the knurled screw 7.2 is on a support of the radiator 2 attached. On this carrier are also two leading, in the direction of Muffle-facing spacers 8, 9 attached. You are on one each Radiator side, i.e. left and right with respect to the loading opening ( Figure 1) the oven muffle arranged.
- the connected with the fastening tab 7.1 Knurled screw 7.2 and the spacers 8 and 9 ensure a secure Bracket of the radiator parallel to the muffle ceiling (position 2.1), which also a constant oven controller coupling is ensured.
- a catalytic intermediate plate can be retrofitted and between the radiators in its Position 2.1 and the muffle ceiling.
- the radiator 2 is thus in a guide part 4 in the rear area of the oven muffle 1 on its rear wall swiveling between positions 2.1 and 2.2 stored.
- the pivot axis of the radiator is outside and in particular arranged below the level formed by the radiator 2.
- a in the positioning of the radiator shown in Figure 2 outside on the Oven muffle 1 adjacent guide bracket 5 serves as a shield and Management of electrical cables.
- 6 denotes a thermostatic sensor tube, which is in the plane of the radiator or in parallel therewith.
