Description

- ein Entblocken des Gerätes unabhängig vom Spannhebel; hierdurch wird vermieden, daß die Zugkraft erhöht werden muß, um das Entblocken herbeizuführen, denn dies wäre wiederum dem Schutz der Tiere hinderlich. Abgesehen hiervon kann das Entblocken sofort geschehen.

Claims (11)
- Gerät zur Viehgeburtshilfe mit einer gegen den Körper des Muttertieres abstützbaren Ansatzstütze, die eine Stange (1) aufnimmt, zwei auf der Stange (1) angeordneten, abwechselnd verschiebbaren und feststellbaren hülsenförmigen Teilen (2, 3), wobei in einem der hülsenförmigen Teile (3) ein Spannhebel (7) schwenkbar gelagert ist, der in Abstand von seiner Schwenkachse (13) ein Zwischenglied (11) schwenkbar aufnimmt und das Zwischenglied (11) gleichfalls im anderen hülsenförmigen Teil (2) schwenkbar (12) gelagert ist, sowie mindestens zwei Halteeinrichtungen (4, 5, 6) vorgesehen sind, die in Zugrichtung eine Anspannung von mit den Halteeinrichtungen (4, 5, 6) verbindbaren Beinschlingen für das Jungtier ermöglichen, wobei sich mindestens eine der Halteeinrichtungen (4, 5, 6) auf einem anderen hülsenförmigen Teil (2) befindet als der Spannhebel (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gerät eine Einrichtung (11, 19, 22, 9, 31) aufweist, die bei Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Zugkraft den Spannhebel (7) in seiner Schwenkbarkeit blockiert.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (11, 19, 22, 9, 31) zum Arretieren, ausgehend von der Arretierung des Geräts, bei Unterschreiten der vorbestimmten Zugkraft den Spannhebel (7) wieder freigibt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenglied (11) Bestandteil der Einrichtung (11, 19, 22, 9, 31) zum Arretieren ist und ein erstes, im Spannhebel (7) gelagertes Zwischengliedteil (11a), sowie ein zweites im anderen hülsenförmigen Teil (2) gelagertes Zwischengliedteil (11b) aufweist, wobei die beiden Zwischengliedteile (11a, 11b) bei Erreichen der vorbestimmten Zugkraft entgegen der Kraft einer Feder (23) im wesentlichen in Zugrichtung relativ zueinander beweglich ineinander gelagert sind, wobei ferner die Einrichtung (11, 19, 22, 9, 31) zum Arretieren ein spannhebelseitiges Arretierelement (9) aufweist, das bei infolge Erreichen der vorbestimmten Zugkraft relativ bewegten Zwischengliedteilen (11a, 11b) in das im Spannhebel (7) gelagerte Zwischengliedteilen (11a) einrastet.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Zwischengliedteil (11a) im Bereich seines Spannhebelseitigen Endes zwei Schenkel (14a, 14b) aufweist, und jeder Schenkel (14a, 14b) in Zugrichtung mit einem Langloch (15) versehen ist, das von einem Lagerbolzen (16) für den Spannhebel (7) und für das spannhebelseitige Ende des zweiten Zwischengliedteiles (11b) durchsetzt wird, sowie das spannhebelseitige Arretierelement (9) als parallel zum Lagerbolzen (16) angeordneter, mit dem Spannhebel (7) befestigter Stift ausgebildet ist, der eine in mindestens einem der Schenkel (14a) angeordnete, sich über den Schwenkwinkel des Spannhebels (7) erstreckende Ausnehmung (29) durchsetzt, wobei diese auf der Rastwirkseite des Stiftes mit mehreren Rastausnehmungen (31) für diesen versehen ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Ausnehmung (29) über einen Winkel von etwa 90° erstreckt und mehrere, insbesondere mindestens fünf Rastausnehmungen (31) für den Stift (9) des Spannhebels (7) aufweist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Zwischengliedteil (11a) mittels einer Feder (23) in Richtung des Schwenkpunktes (12) des zweiten Zwischengliedteiles (11b) im anderen hülsenförmigen Teil (2) relativ zum zweiten Zwischengliedteil (11b) vorgespannt ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Zwischengliedteil (11a) eine mit dem Lagerbolzen (16) verbundene Stange (17) aufweist, die relativ drehbar zu einer Stellwelle (18) mit dieser verbunden ist, wobei die Stellwelle (18) senkrecht zu deren Längserstreckung zumindest über einen Teil des Umfangs eine Ausnehmung (19) aufweist, und ein mittels einer Feder (21) belastetes Bauteil (22) zum Eingriff in die Ausnehmung (19) bei Unterschreiten der vorbestimmten Zugkraft vorgesehen ist, wobei ferner die Ausnehmung (19) über ihre Länge eine variable Wirkfläche für das federbelastete Bauteil (22) aufweist und die Ausnehmung (19) und das federbelastete Bauteil (22) mittels eines drehfest mit der Stellwelle (18) verbundenen Stellelementes (24) zueinander bewegbar sind.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (19) konkav ausgebildet ist, wobei die Tiefe der Ausnehmung (19) in deren Längserstreckung zunimmt, sowie das federbelastete Bauteil (22) eine der Ausnehmung (19) zugewandte konvexe Oberfläche aufweist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Anschlag (25) im Verstellweg des Stellelementes (24) in Richtung steigender Zugkraft vorgesehen ist, der gegen die Kraft einer Feder aus dem Verstellweg des Stellelementes (24) bewegbar ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine hülsenförmige Teil (3) auf der dem Muttertier beim Gebrauch des Gerätes abgewandten Seite des Gerätes angeordnet ist und das andere hülsenförmige Teil (2) auf der dem Muttertier zugewandten Seite.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am einen hülsenförmigen Teil (3) ein Hebel (37) zum Lösen dieses festgestellten Teiles (3) angeordnet ist, wobei mittels des Hebels (37) auch das andere hülsenförmige Teil (2) mittelbar oder unmittelbar lösbar ist.
