Claims (5)
- Gerät zur Viehgeburtshilfe, mit einer gegen den Körper eines Muttertieres abstützbaren Ansatzstütze, die eine Stange (1) aufnimmt, mit zwei auf der Stange (1) angeordneten, abwechselnd verschiebbaren und feststellbaren hülsenförmigen Teilen (3, 4), wobei jedes hülsenförmige Teil (3, 4) einen von der Stange (1) durchsetzten Klemmring (8, 9) aufnimmt, der mittels Federkraft im Sinne einer das hülsenförmige Teil (3, 4) und die Stange (1) festlegenden Klemmstellung vorgespannt ist, mit mindestens zwei Halteeinrichtungen (5, 6), die an mindestens einem der beiden hülsenförmigen Teile (3, 4) befestigt sind und in Zugrichtung eine Anspannung von mit den Halteeinrichtungen (5, 6) verbindbaren Beinschlingen für das Jungtier ermöglichen, sowie in einem der hülsenförmigen Teile (3, 4) ein Spannhebel (12) schwenkbar gelagert ist, der in Abstand von seiner Schwenkachse (13) ein Zwischenglied (16) schwenkbar aufnimmt und das Zwischenglied (16) gleichfalls im anderen hülsenförmigen Teil (3) schwenkbar gelagert ist, mit einer Einrichtung zum Lösen der festgelegten hülsenförmigen Teile (3, 4), die ein in einem der hülsenförmigen Teile (3, 4) gelagertes, von Hand entgegen Federkraft betätigbares Auslöseelement (29) aufweist, mittels dessen der Klemmring (9) dieses hülsenförmigen Teiles (4) aus der Klemmstellung bewegbar ist, wobei der Spannhebel (12) im Bereich jedes hülsenförmigen Teiles (3, 4) einen Ansatz (34, 33) aufweist und der eine Ansatz (33) in Kontakt mit dem Auslöseelement (29) des einen hülsenförmigen Teiles (4) und der andere Ansatz (34) in Kontakt mit dem Klemmring (8) des anderen hülsenförmigen Teiles (3) bringbar ist, sowie der andere Ansatz (34) beim Überführen des Spannhebels (12) in seine vollständig eingeschwenkte Stellung in Kontakt mit dem Klemmring (8) des anderen hülsenförmigen Teiles (3) gelangt und diesen in seine nicht geklemmte Stellung überführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auslöseelement (29) als schwenkbar im einen hülsenförmigen Teil (4) gelagerter Auslösehebel ausgebildet ist, wobei der Auslösehebel (29) einen Ansatz (31) aufweist, der in einer ersten Stellung des Auslösehebels (29) in den Schwenkweg des einen Ansatzes (33) des Spannhebels (12) ragt und ein vollständiges Einschwenken des Spannhebels (12) verhindert, sowie der Auslösehebel (29) beim Überführen in eine zweite Stellung, in der er den Klemring (9) des einen hülsenförmigen Teiles (4) aus der Klemmstellung bewegt, aus dem Schwenkweg des Ansatzes (33) des Spannhebels (12) zu dessen vollständigem Einschwenken bewegt wird.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslösehebel (29) als Winkelhebel ausgebildet ist, wobei der Auslösehebel (29) im Winkelbereich seiner Schenkel (32, 35) schwenkbar im dem Spannhebel (12) zugewandten Bereich des einen hülsenförmigen Teiles (4) gelagert ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (31) des Auslösehebels (29) im Bereich der Schwenkachse (30) des Auslösehebels (29) angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittels Hand zu beaufschlagende Schenkel (32) des Auslösehebels (29) seitlich versetzt zum Spannhebel (12) angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in Kontakt mit dem Klemmring (9) des einen hülsenförmigen Teiles (4) bringbare Schenkel (35) des Auslösehebels (29) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei jedes Schenkelteil (35a, 35b) seitlich der Stange (1) angeordnet ist.
