Claims (12)
- Schuhbeschlag für wasserundurchlässiges Schuhwerk (4) mit einem Oberteil (1) und einem Unterteil (2), wobei das Unterteil (2) mit einem das Schuhwerk (4) durchstoßenden Nietschaft (16) in einer Aufnahmebohrung (5) des Oberteils (1) festgelegt ist, wobei eine Perforationsstelle (18) im Schuhwerk (4) durch ein zwischen dem Oberteil (1) und dem Unterteil (2) angeordnetes, verformbares Formteil (3) derart abgedichtet ist, daß kein Wasser von außen nach innen durch die Perforationsstelle (18) hindurchdringt, wobei das Formteil mit dem Oberteil oder dem Unterteil in einer Vormontage verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Formteil eine Auflagefläche zur im wesentlichen ebenflächigen Auflage auf dem Schuhwerk sowohl zum als auch nach dem Verquetschen aufweist. - Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendurchmesser eines Nietloches (14) des Formteiles (3) kleiner ist als der Außendurchmesser des Nietschaftes (16) des Unterteiles (2).
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formteil (3) aus Kunststoff, Gummi oder einem vergleichbaren verformbaren Material besteht.
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formteil (3) elastisch verformbar ist und nach der Vernietung unter Vorspannung steht.
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formteil (3) in der Aufnahmebohrung (5) des Oberteiles (1) angeordnet ist.
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formteil (3) auf dem Nietschaft (16) des Unterteiles (2) angeordnet ist.
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formteil (3) aus einer Hülse (11) mit einer außenliegenden, umlaufenden Hinterschneidung (12) zum Festlegen in der Aufnahmebohrung (5) des Oberteiles (1) besteht und an einem Ende der Hülse (11) die Auflagefläche (13) zur Auflage auf dem Schuhwerk (4) angeformt ist.
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formteil (3) aus einer den Nietschaft (16) umgebenden Hülse (11) besteht, die an dem dem freien Ende des Nietschaftes (16) abgewandten Ende einen angeformten Ring (19) aufweist.
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (1) aus der die Aufnahmebohrung (5) beinhaltenden Auflagefläche (6), einem Schnürteil (7) zur Aufnahme eines Schnürriemens (24) und einer Nietkopfplatte (8) zur Aufnahme des mit dem Oberteil (1) vernieteten Nietschaftes (16) besteht.
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nietkopfplatte (8) als separates Bauteil des Oberteiles (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (2) aus einem hohlen, an dem dem Oberteil (1) zugewandten Ende geschlossenen Nietschaft (16) besteht, der an dem dem geschlossenen Ende abgewandten Ende einen angeformten Nietflansch (17) aufweist.
- Schuhbeschlag nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schnürteil (7) zur Aufnahme des Schnürriemens (24) als geschlossene Schlaufe (9), offener Haken (20) oder mit Nocken (21) versehener Klemmhaken (22) ausgebildet ist.
