Abstract

Der Verschluss (1) an einer Doppel-Kartusche (9) für ein Austraggerät weist Mittel (5) auf, um eine Membran (14) an den Auslassöffnungen zu durchstechen, wobei die Durchstech-Mittel zwei Stopfen (5) enthalten, die vorne zugespitzt sind. Dadurch ist es bei der Verwendung der Kartusche ohne Suche nach einem geeigneten Gegenstand möglich, die Membran zu durchstechen sowie die Kartusche mehrmals zu verwenden, ohne eine Verunreinigung zu erzeugen. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verschluss an einer Kartusche, wobei insbesondere an einen Verschluss an einer Doppelkartusche gedacht ist. In der Regel werden Austragkartuschen am Auslassende mit irgendeinem Verschluss oder Stopfen verschlossen, der bei der Verwendung der Kartusche entfernt wird. Im allgemeinen wird für das Austragen der Masse mit einem Austraggerät ein Vorsatz an die Kartusche angebracht, wobei dieser Vorsatz bei Doppelkartuschen ein statischer Mischer ist. Häufig wird der Kartuschenauslass mit einer Membran oder Folie verschlossen, die für den Gebrauch irgendwie durchstochen werden muss. Obwohl am Verwendungsort solcher Kartuschen, bzw. Austraggeräte, irgendwelche Gegenstände vorhanden sind, um diese Membran zu durchstechen, müssen solche Gegenstände doch zuerst irgendwie beschaffen werden. Ausserdem, falls beim Gebrauch der Kartusche diese nicht vollständig entleert wird, bzw. nochmals verwendet werden soll, besteht die Gefahr, dass das Material aus der oder den durchstochenen Oeffnungen der Kartusche strömt und Verunreinigungen verursacht, die u.a. zu Geruchs- und Hautirritationen führen können.
  • Es ist davon ausgehend eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Verschluss anzugeben, der einerseits die Suche nach einem Gegenstand zum Durchstechen der Folie oder Membran erübrigt, und andererseits eine problemlose mehrfache Wiederverwendung der Kartusche ohne Gefahr einer Verunreinigung oder einer ungewollten Vermischung der Komponenten am Auslassende ermöglicht. Ein Verschluss, der diese Aufgabe löst, ist im unabhängigen Patentanspruch definiert. Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel verhindert das ungewollte Vermischen von zwei Komponenten einer Kartusche.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand einer Zeichnung eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.
    • Fig. 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Sicht einen erfindungsgemässen Verschluss,
    • Fig. 2 zeigt ein Auslassendes einer Doppelkartusche, und
    • Fig. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt einer Ausführungsvariante eines Kartuschen-Auslassendes mit dem Verschluss von Fig. 1.
  • Das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss den Figuren 1 und 2 ist ein Verschluss für eine Doppelkartusche mit zwei gleichen Vorratszylindern, doch wird aus der Beschreibung hervorgehen, dass die Erfindung ebensogut für einen Verschluss für eine Mehrfachkartusche anwendbar ist, und dass dies auch für Doppel- oder Mehrfachkartuschen mit jeweils Vorratszylindern von unterschiedlichem Volumen, bzw. Querschnittflächen möglich ist.
  • Der Verschluss 1 weist einen umlaufenden Kragen 2 und eine Verschlusshülse 3 auf. An der in das Kartuscheninnere weisenden Frontseite 4 sind zwei Stopfen 5 angeordnet, die vorne etwas zugespitzt sind, um eine Membran oder eine Kunststoff- oder Metallfolie gut durchstechen zu können.
  • Um bei der Verwendung von Doppel- oder Mehrfachkartuschen beim Verschliessen, bzw. Wiederverschliessen mit dem Verschluss zu vermeiden, dass die an den Stopfen 5 haftenden Komponenten jeweils mit einer anderen Komponente in Berührung kommen ist erforderlich, dass der Verschluss nur in einer bestimmten Stellung aufsteckbar ist. Ein Mittel, um den Verschluss bezüglich der Kartusche auszurichten, besteht aus einer Leiste 6 am Verschluss, die in eine Ausnehmung 7 an der Kartusche, beispielsweise am Flansch 8 der Kartusche, reicht.
  • Wie aus Figur 1 hervorgeht, haben der Kragen 2 und die Leiste 6 nicht nur die Funktionen, als Griffteil und Führung zu dienen sondern zusätzlich die Aufgabe, zu verhindern, dass das an den Stopfen haftende Material auf die Unterlage gelangt und diese und damit auch die Stopfen verunreinigt. Zu diesem Zwecke müssen der Aussendurchmesser des Kragens und die Länge der Leiste entsprechend dimensioniert sein.
  • Die Kartusche 9 besteht in vorliegendem Fall aus zwei Vorratszylindern 10 und 11, deren Auslassöffnungen in einen gemeinsamen Auslassstutzen 12 münden, der durch einen Mittelsteg 13 unterteilt ist. Entweder können die Auslassöffnungen gemäss Figur 3 bereits beim Spritzen der Kartusche mit einer Membran 14 versehen werden oder die Auslassöffnungen werden nach dem Abfüllen der Kartusche durch eine Kunststoff- oder Metallfolie 15 verschlossen.
  • Für das Wiederverschliessen mit dem Verschluss 1 ist die Verschlusshülse 3 derart dimensioniert, dass sie über den Auslassstutzen 12 greift, während die Stopfen 5 in den Auslassstutzen 12 greifen, um die Auslassöffnung dicht zu schliessen, wie aus Figur 3 hervorgeht. Zweckmässigerweise wird der Verschluss mit der Kartusche geliefert, z. B. in einem Blisterpack.
  • Wie bereits eingangs erwähnt, ist dieser Verschluss nicht nur für Doppelkartuschen gedacht, sondern auch für Mehrfachkartuschen, wo sich die Anzahl Stopfen nach der Anzahl der Vorratszylinder richtet, die je mit einer Folie oder Membran abgeschlossen sind. Als Ausrichtmittel kommen auch beispielsweise verschieden grosse Nocken am Verschluss in Frage, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen an der Kartusche greifen, oder eine unterschiedliche Abmessung oder Geometrie der Stopfen mit entsprechend geformten Auslassöffnungen der Kartusche.

Claims (9)

  1. Verschluss an einer Mehrfach-Kartusche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er (1) Mittel (5) aufweist, um eine Membran (14) oder eine Folie (15) an den Auslassöffnungen zu durchstechen.
  2. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchstech-Mittel mindestens zwei Stopfen (5) enthalten, die vorne zugespitzt sind.
  3. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Ausrichtmittel (6) aufweist, um den Verschluss (1) in einer eindeutigen Stellung am Auslassstutzen (12) aufzustecken.
  4. Verschluss und Mehrfachkartusche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtmittel eine Leiste (6) am Verschluss (1) und eine entsprechenden Ausnehmung (7) beim Auslass der Kartusche (9) enthalten.
  5. Verschluss und Mehrfachkartusche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtmittel aus Stopfen mit voneinander verschiedener Abmessung und/oder Geometrie und entsprechend geformte Auslassöffnungen an der Kartusche bestehen.
  6. Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine über den Auslassstutzen (12) reichende Verschlusshülse (3) aufweist.
  7. Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen umlaufenden Kragen (2) aufweist, wobei dessen Aussendurchmesser und die Länge der Leiste (6) derart dimensioniert sind, dass die Stopfen (5) beim Liegen des Verschlusses die Unterlage nicht berühren.
  8. Verschluss und Mehrfachkartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorratszylinder der Kartuschen jeweils voneinander verschiedene Volumina bzw. Querschnittsflächen aufweisen.
  9. Kartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Auslassöffnung mit einer beim Spritzen der Kartusche hergestellten Membran (14) oder mit einer Kunststoff- oder Metallfolie (15) versehen ist.
